Dr Brian Miller and his staff are excellent. My surgery started exactly on time, went smoothly and pleasantly and was done in the scheduled amount of time. My recommend Dr. Miller highly.

The exam and Dr Rachel Kawiecki were outstanding. Very thorough. The optical department had an issue. Kristin followed up. She was extremely helpful and was able to handle the problem. Thank you so much.

On Feb 8th I had cataract surgery on my left eye. The nurses were great and Dr. Brian Miller was amazing. The next morning at follow up had 20/20 vision which was amazing from the 20/50 vision. Then on 2/17 I had the right eye. Can't wait for th result!

Poor customer service. Glasses/contact department were very rude and condescending when I called and asked questions regarding my contacts. I went in to pick them up and I was treated rudely. I wanted to pick up my contacts and expected the experts to know what I was supposed to receive. They were agitated when I didn't know exactly what specific type of contacts were needed or ordered.

I would assume they would have that info in their computer system but they expected me to know the answers.? Normally I wouldn't take the time to leave a review but this was really an uncomfortable experience and it happened twice. I do not recommend and will not be back.

We've been going here for several years. Recently i had cataract surgery. 1st it was like pulling teeth to get answers to all my questions. When I called to prepay (as required) i asked one more billing question. The lady was extremely rude, telling me I knew from the beginning I had to prepay and if I couldn't do that I'd have to cancel. Maybe she thought I would back down to a bully.

I just cancelled. I spent the next several months searching for a different place for surgery. Finally I concluded that the doctors themselves were fine, office staff was rude. Flash forward 4 months to my 2nd eye surgery. I had a horrifying anesthesia experience. I was unable to communicate but felt and remembered all of it. Still do. Even though i was violently squeezing a nurse's arm the doctor said I was fine she didn't need to give me anything else.

After the procedure I burst into tears and sat shaking on the table. They certainly did not know what to do. The doctor came in, surprised I was upset. After a couple of exchanges he said, " Let's move on" I spoke to the follow up nurse and doctor later that day. The most I was told was 'I didn't know that was happening' and 'go ahead and take tylenol and ibuprofen for soreness.( Caused from being so tense the entire procedure) At my one week follow up with a different doctor it was even worse.

I was told they didn't prescribe meds for PTSD which it sounded like I had, I just needed to 'shake it off" as the doctor was walking out the door. I agree with all the posts using words like 'lack compassion' 'don't listen" "unconcerned" etc. This office has a culture of managing patients to avoid lawsuits and make the most profit. Perhaps I will eventually have a positive vision outcome.

I pray it is so. But I am seeking counseling for my surgery induced PTSD which Opthalmology Consultants could care less about. And No. They have not reached out to me even after I requested it.

I highly recommend Opthamology Consultants. They have performed my annual eye exams for a number of years and recently I had cataracts removed by Dr. Hudson. I can't say enough good things about the procedure from start to finish. Great outcome and couldn't be more pleased!

I called to make an appointment and they told me they are not accepting new patients with my insurance right now. I didn't quite understand that, if they do in fact accept my insurance so I asked for more information and the woman slammed the phone down and hung up! I did call back and spoke to someone else who was very kind but they still would not allow me to make an appointment. Either you accept the insurance or you don't! I don't understand how you can take it for some and not for others.

DO NOT get your glasses here. The lady at the desk in the store was extremely rude for no reason. I would give 0 stars if I could. The eye doctors are nice but super expensive. I will be finding a new eye doctor after how I was treated today.

My family went to Dr. Scott Miller (who retired a few years ago) for years and liked him a lot. They used to have 4 or 5 ophthalmologists. Now they have only 2 ophthalmologists and even existing patients cannot get an appointment; they book out 6 months and have no openings with either doctor unless you are able to accommodate a random cancellation. They said they will have another doctor in September. Current patients are just out of luck for months!
