I have been to this office twice now and plan to return. I appreciate how professional every single staff member is along with the knowledge of the Doctor. I needed to get a mole checked out and then I went back to have a wart scraped of under my left eye ( talk about nerve racking ). I couldn't be happier with the service and results. Thank you!

I have been going to dermatologists for a variety of reasons for 50 years and your office is by far the best of the best. Additionally, I have been a retail manager for many, many years and feel as though I am an expert on customer service.

From the moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm hello. Check-in was a breeze; the waiting room was bright and clean. My wait time was minimal and again I was greeted with a big smile and hello from Olivia. Olivia made me feel comfortable and assured me I would love my Dr. and the office. Within just a few minutes Dr. Moore arrived and "off we went".

For the very first time in a very long time I felt both "seen and heard"; what a joy that was! My exam was extensive but at no time did I feel uncomfortable or rushed. Dr. Moore asked insightful, thoughtful questions, listen to my answers, asking follow-up questions when needed. Dermatological questions can at times be embarrassing and difficult to discuss with your Dr.

I saw Dr. Moore to get a cyst removed from my scalp. She was thorough in her description beforehand. She removed it quickly and all in one piece. Well done! An extra shout-out to Tina, her assistant, who was so kind and understanding when I got a little woozy during the prep (I hate needles). This is a classy group -- I recommend highly.

Dr Phoebe is kind and caring and very well educated. I had previously gone to the urgent Care and been misdiagnosed but Dr Phoebe Rich figured out the problem. In just three months my fingers are showing a massive improvement. And I was actually very surprised at how reasonable the bill was. Thank you Dr Pheobe and team! All of her assistants are courteous and attentive. Her office is very very clean. She doesn't rush and she listens. Really had a great experience so I would recommend anyone to go to this place.

Within minutes of Dr. Rich entering the exam room she showed the essential elements of a fine doctor: competence and compassion. She knew of my concern having had Melonoma in the past and dealt with that issue immediately, putting my mind at ease, with the requisite admonition that a lab report was essential to make the final diagnosis. Dr. Rich spent an entire hour with me and I never felt that she had anything else to do but tend to me.

My experience with Dr. Hare has been excellent. She has taken the time to attend to all of my issues in a very professional and caring manner. The medications that she has prescribed are actually working and it is such a big relief. I'm grateful to this clinic for giving me back my life after a couple years of very stressful skin problems.

I saw Dr. Anna Hare for the removal of a cyst under my skin, between my eyebrows. I am incredibly happy with how the process went, but I want to call a couple things out. Both the doctor and her assistant went into significant detail about what I needed to do to help ensure the facial wound healed as cleanly as possible: how often to clean it, what to clean it with, what to dress it with.

I walked out without any confusion over what my responsibilities were between the appointments. I have not had many doctors go into that level of detail. I appreciate it. Surgery is an unpleasant experience in general, and even more so when it is on your face and your eyes are covered. I knew that my eyes would be covered after the initial consult, and I was able to take time to figure out what I needed to be ok with that.

In my case, just before the procedure I asked Dr. Hare to over-describe what she was doing so I could better understand the tugging on my face that I couldn't see. She did that, and it significantly deflated my anxiety and stress during the procedure. If I have a need to, I will be returning to them for treatment.

I had a skin condition that started Sept 2019 as an insect bite. I first went to Oregon Clinic under Michael Adler, long story short, after an initial 15 minute consultation and almost $500 and me asking for second visit that we agreed that I will not pay for, 6 months after, the issue still exists. On Jan 2020, I decided to see Dr Jill Moore. I was very hesitant because I felt that it would be the same outcome and ill be out hundreds for nothing.

The experience and the results were different. It was very difficult making an appointment but the front desk guy Chris really worked with me to get me in sooner. Dr Moore's assistant also named Chris was very helpful and she really took the time to get my history etc. Ally who is the business manager in the office is also worth mentioning. Finally, meeting Dr Moore was absolutely fantastic.

She carefully listened and really tried to understand my concerns and history to come up with a good prognosis and treatment. I left there feeling hopeful but not really optimistic until I started the regimen she put me in. I saw results that I never got with Dr Adler. I am not a fan of doctors in general because I feel that all they do is read a textbook and think that everyone fits in certain boxes which maybe the case at times but it doesn't work that way every time. I'm a pretty healthy individual and my few experiences with doctors just make me question motives and competency.

There are very few doctors in my lifetime that I can say I truly trust and Jill Moore won my trust. She even gave me an alternative option to buy my ointment through a coop pharmacy which saved me 70%. I have a high deductible plan which means I have to pony up the first 3K which is a huge deal. I have no problems paying up but I need to know that I will get real solutions that work and not just be milked with trial and error solutions. I know now why this place is rated highly. The whole organization has a culture where the highest priority manifests in patient service and satisfaction.

My spouse and I researched many dermatologists to take my mom with Alzheimer's to. We are SO glad we did. The whole team at Dr. Rich's is amazing - from scheduling to follow-ups. Very communicative, helpful, and caring. We were lucky to see Dr. Jill Moore. She treated my mom with the respect due to any human and quickly came to understand my mom's unique needs due to her dementia.

She spoke to us as if she were treating her own parent, which was just what we needed. We were able to have a suspicious growth removed on the first visit, as well as other needed testing. We promptly received results from the biopsy within a few days. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who is in charge of a family member who cannot advocate for themselves.

From scheduling my first visit, to arriving, to checkin all went smooth and professionally. Breana and Amy were fantastic. I felt at ease, and that there was no such thing as a stupid question to ask. I also came away much better informed about my skin and care for it. I highly recommend Phoebe Rich Dermatology, and will be back for my followup visit.

My husband and I have been coming to your clinic for a few years. We are always well treated both socially and medically.

Amy is always genuine, personable and knowledgeable. We walked in with a problem and had an action plan with follow up scheduled. My daughter (11 years old) felt comfortable and Amy's warmth. I've seen her as well multiple times and always feel confident with the communication and resolutions. I highly recommend the clinic and Amy!

There should be a "higher" rating scale for Dr Rich and her staff; caring, consistent care no matter what procedure. Truly remarkable.

Dr. Rich's office has been serving me for the last 15 years. It is a long drive for me but I would drive to another state in order to go to her office. Her staff is exceedingly professional, kind, patient and never makes you wait for any period of time. I usually always am treated by Amy Simpson, who is highly intelligent, knowledgeable and personable. Takes her time to check everything and explain everything- her treatments are practically pain free and so far, never any complications. In my opinion they are exceptional in their field. The absolute best!

Amy Simpson, PA is outstanding! As someone dealing with seborrheic keratosis presenting since my early thirties, I've been on the hunt for a practitioner who would help me find short and long solutions instead of simply telling me it's hereditary and that there's nothing to be done but wait for more to appear. I came away from my time with Amy and team with more answers in one hour than any of my prior appointments with other offices combined.

Wonderful place. They got me in on time at both visits which was a nice change from my regular doctor. Thank you Phoebe for taking great care of me!

I've seen Dr. Rich since my freshman year in high school. She's an exceptional dermatologist and I've come to appreciate her colleague, Amy Simpson, PA-C, as they make an amazing team. Both ladies are personable and genuine with a kind demeanor. They take their time with me, I have never felt them rushing through my appointment to get to their next client (a rare experience, these days). I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hare was a joy to work with. She answered all of my questions clearly and educated me about my skin concerns. She was very laid back, has a warm demeanor and made me feel comfortable talking about my concerns. Her assistant and the front desk staff were equally as pleasant. I highly recommend this clinic for your skin concerns.

As always the staff was professional, knowledgeable and "friendly", from the front desk to the doctor. Amy always explains what's going on in a way that the layman can understand. She does a thorough exam everytime. I trust Dr. Rich and her staff with my medical care.

The care here is hands down the best in Portland. Dr. Moore and Dr. Hare are incredibly knowledgeable and up to date. Both have phenomenal bedside manner. Everyone I've ever interacted with in this office has been incredibly professional and welcoming. I could go on and on but if you're looking for the best doctor and care this is it!

Dr. Moore and her team always treat me with respect. At the same time, they're friendly and down-to-earth, and put me at ease. Dr. Moore is quite thorough in her exam, makes sure I understand my condition, and answers all questions about treatments. I also like the fact that I can email her or others through the patient portal and get a reply in a reasonable amount of time.

I was very satisfied with the visit I had with Amy and her nurse. There were clear options to take moving forward for my treatment and they initiated the process. I was discouraged that this appointment took 4mo. to schedule. I thought my participation in the drug trials would give me at least some preferential treatment to get in earlier for regular treatment. In that period I had a leg infection that might have been prevented with earlier treatment of my psoriasis.

I LOVE this dermatology office. I see Amy Simpson, PA there. She is very thorough and kind, and makes it a point to not cause discomfort during procedures. All the staff are personable and proactive. Very well run. Plus their waiting room is gorgeous. Absolutely excellent care. I've had skin cancer a couple of times so I'm always nervous about dermatology appointments, but after finding this practice I know I'm in very good hands.

You will always receive the best care here. They know what they are doing and use the latest technology in skin care. I go here every year for a good overview of my moles. I have a history of melanoma on both sides of my family so I always make sure to get a yearly check up. Dr. Rich has an amazing bedside manor. She is very patient and thorough. I never feel rushed.

She does a good job of checking everywhere including my scalp for any signs of abnormalities. Her assistant Dr. Jill Moore is someone I tend to see more as of late as Dr. Rich is now focusing on finger and toe nail issues. Dr. Moore is great. Very attentive. I have only had one mole removed and it was painless. Good job of localized anesthesia by the assistant and the procedure was quick. I always feel I am in good hands at this office.

I am a chronic psoriasis sufferer and the old TV commercials of the "heartbreak of psoriasis" don't even begin to cover the effects of this autoimmune disease. After almost 20 years of dealing with and covering up the plaques and redness I have given up and was living a miserable existence. Then a friend told me about Dr. Phoebe Rich. Dr. Rich got me on an experimental drug study (Abbott Labs ABT-874) that started to have an effect almost immediately. Now, 8 months later I am largely cleared up and leading much happier and more productive life.

Aside from the study Dr. Rich has helped with several other small skin and nail related troubles and she has been fantastic. Her staff of assistants are nothing shy of amazing as well, I can only assume that Dr. Rich's confidence and drive to cure the masses rubs off on them as well. Her waiting area is large and warm, makes the occasional wait stress free, good magazines too. For any kind of skin abnormality her office is also a full on research center that handles many drug studies. She may be able to give you your life back as well.
