Oregon Ear Nose & Throat Center Oregon Ear, Nose, and Throat Center has served the Rogue Valley's residents since 1948. Our physicans, the hearing and balance department, our allergy nurses, and the rest of our team members are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of care. Our two offices, conveniently situated in Medford and Ashland, are open five days a week for new patient appointments, hearing and balance evaluations, and allergy testing and treatment.

Dr. Lee is beyond accomplished. His and his staff's level of competence is extremely comforting. He has degrees from the Mayo Clinic and chooses So. Oregon to call home. If you have need, choose Dr. Lee.

Got a referral. Took three months to get an appointment. Check in is at 9:30am with appointment at 10am. It is now 10:52am and I am still waiting.

Very Knowledgeable and friendly group of people. Really easy to talk to and staff are helpful, kind, comforting and have a fabulous sense of humor.

I was very disappointed with the service. My doctor had sent in a referral several months ago, upon not getting a call for an appointment after months of waiting I called the clinic who stated they had not received the referral. My doctor insisted it had been faxed over but faxed it again. When I arrived for my appointment at 10 I was informed that the appointment was changed to 4.

They had called at 9:50 to inform me of this. Since it takes me 1/2 hr to drive to the clinic I was in transit and thus did not get the message. The exam was rather cursory and I did not gain any additional information on my condition that I already knew.

My visit to the Oregon ear nose and throat wasn't as bad as everybody told me it would be. The young lady that was the tech who took care of me had a great couple of laughs and was very great at her job. I was sorry I couldn't finish the test as we came across an issue on my part but she got it done enough to be able to make the evaluation I appreciate the care that was given for someone that had never been there you ease my fears a lot thank you again for the wonderful job and the great comfort.

Had a significant medical issue with my head that required two surgeries. He was knowledgeable, compassionate very competent. Surgery was a total success. Other medical professionals rated his work as excellent.

Everyone at this office is professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Eric Fladmo took extra time with us to find the cause of my dizziness & deafness and really made a positive difference with both issues. It's so refreshing to find a doctor who really cares about his patients like Eric and also has the expertise to do something to help them. I highly recommend Eric.

They were quick to see me and took the greatest care during the worst ear infection of my life. I lost my hearing temporarily and they worked around my schedule to get me seen every time. Also the best care. They talked to me and gave me choices instead of just telling me what was going to be done. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience, the staff are wonderful. My doctor figured out what was going on health wise. He took his time listened and made a diagnosis. I would recommend this place of business to anyone. Thank you for the great care.

The doctors and technician's were fine. They were polite, thorough and pretty straight forward in their manner. The same cannot be said of the staff. Like a lot of people we are financially strained. Twice we tried to get the billing information before the appointment explaining we needed to prepare for this if it was going to be in excess of our normal co-pay.

Twice after the appointment we tried to square this away. Then we receive a bill for $250.not our normal copay. We called a fifth time. We were told they'd look into it and get back with us. They did.with a bill in the mail for $365 "due upon receipt". Payment arrangements have been made, but we feel like we've been taken. All we wanted was to know what was coming before hand. Instead, we were put off and blind sided. We won't be going back.
