The staff is absolutely useless. No one here wants to actually work. When you call in they tell you that you need to download an app to make an appointment. When you sit in the waiting area you can hear the staff and doctors belittling and mocking patients. They are unprofessional, and I can not deal with this place any longer. I keep hoping it will get better, but it's always a problem, an excuse, or an inconvenience.

I can't say enough about Dr Andreescu She is truly caring and attentive and genuinely takes time effort in my treatment, with me as her patient. I'm grateful for Dr Andreescu she's a genuine Yvonne M

Was a patient of this practice for 16 years. Before it was bought out by Osler Medical Group and it was just Heights Medical it was a great practice. Awesome caring doctors. Great staff. I grew up in town and even when I moved out of state I continued to come back. The past 3-4 years have been horrific. Non stop issues with billing and inaccurately logging services performed that they would then send to your insurance 1-2 years AFTER the date of service.

Their front desk staff always seem miserable too. Today I called in for a refill for an asthma medication only to be treated like I was asking for a narcotic. I'm done and already found a new primary care doctor right in town. Should have did this sooner.

The place has gone totally downhill since Dr. Renner left. Caring doctors like him were few and far between, certainly the ones at Heights Medical. The staff is no bargain either. I see someone new each time like they quit because they can't stand working there. A disaster

Office staff is HORRENDOUS! I've never dealt with such horrible service from a doctors office! My husband was a new patient there bc of me being an established patient there. They have our health insurance on file. So they treated him and never took his insurance. Then they sent us a bill. I said YOUR OFFICE WAS SUPPOSE TO USE OUR INSURANCE. She explained they didn't have it in the system.

I told them it's the same as mine (I'm on his insurance). She said ok. Disregard. A month later I got another bill stating now he's 60 days late with payment. I called AGAIn and was told again to disregard. Now I get another bill he is in delinquent bc they still didn't get payment. I called the office - asked for the billing Dept. They said biller is not in until Thursday. (Today is Monday) ok. then I asked for an office manager and she said "she's not available either" umm ok so Both people I NEED to speak with aren't in the office?! Wow!

So I spoke to a "GAbriela" bc clearly "Lisa" who I spoke with prior to didn't do her job right. and now Gabriela supposedly will scan my insurance in my husbands system and also let the biller know. Why do I feel like by next month I'll have an update and it'll be yet again NOTHING WAS DONE RIGHT! May as well give me your passwords and let me upload it myself at this point. SMDH!

I was quickly diagnossed with a leg vascular issue by my physician, BRAVO! My doctor called me in the afternoon and recommended that I call her if my leg began to swell in order to prescribe an antibiotic treatment. 48 hours after my visit my leg began to swell so I called the facility and was told by a receptionist, " your doctor is on vacation and you will have to wait until she returns next week" I argued to no avail with an extremely rude receptionist but was denied the ability to speak to any available physician.

I refocused and called again only to be harrased by the same angry receptionist. I was denied medical treatment for a period of 36 hours by a receptionist that is granted an inappropriate amount of power to decide when medical treatment is necessary. I have never been so outraged as I was during the verbal beating that I received during my conversations with this person. I was a patient of this ofice for over 35 years and obviously have moved on to a new PCP. Massive communication breakdown here please beware.

This Medical Group is very unprofessional! I have been going to this group for years and it's now gotten even worst. The receptionist on duty today was very rude and unprofessional, using profanity to resolve an issue. It's truly sad when you schedule an appointment, the office makes a mistake yet the patient is at fault. No apology, no contacting the doctor. Three call were made at this office the same day 2 being hang ups. Disgusting and disappointed!

Fast fun and friendly. Great staff good people always there to help now with extended hours and staff. Yes we know doctor's offices can be a stress but this place does it's best. They even offer free water and coffee while you wait

I have not been to Hgts, Medical, because I moved a distance, I have always been satisfied with the medical attention I received there. Dr, Bellavia was always attentive, informative and a caring professional.

I've been with Heights Medical since the 80s and never had any problems. All my questions were answer & never waited a long time. This office made home visits and I would call get an appointment the same day. I never experience any disrespect everyone was always helpful and pleasant. I have sent people there and they love the place. I love HEIGHTS MEDICAL

I have been a regular patient at Heights Medical for over 13 years. Each visit, I request to be seen by Dr. Feliciano. She is kind, patient, intelligent, and truly listens. The office and nursing staff are also amazing, not to mention their beautiful and newly remodeled office! I highly recommend Heights Medical and Dr. Feliciano to anyone.

This is the exact reason why my husband absolutely hates going to the doctor. He went in on Thursday after running a fever for 2 days with a terrible cough & completely run down. He was seen by a medical student with Dr. Taylor observing. The medical student had no idea what he was doing and at one point froze & put his hands up & said "I don't know what's wrong". Dr. Taylor stepped in and said "it's viral". Did not look at his throat or ears, no strep test, no flu test, no recheck of the lungs after the medical student checked his lungs.alarming! Dr. Taylor did not put a finger on him. Started with phone calls to the office yesterday @8:45am and finally got him an RX called in around 4:30 because Dr. Taylor was double booked.

I'm not exactly sure what we are treating since he was not properly examined, but I do appreciate RJ in the office for her time & patience with me yesterday and getting us the RX. So here we are.awake all night & contemplating a trip to the ER because he is in so much pain & the cough is so bad. So disappointed in the lack of care my husband received from this team of physicians.

They used to be fast. Went today and waited 2 hours to get seen bc of a flu. I was about to leave without being seen. Patients after me left without even getting seen bc the insane wait. I understand getting backed up but the Staff should advice patients about the long wait. Sad part is when I mentioned this to front desk one of the secretaries said she went to an endocrinologist last week and had to wait 3 hours and she didn't complaint. How about that for great service

I've been going here since I was 14 years old. I've always been loyal to Heights Medical but it seems lately they have enough business and don't want to accommodate anyone. I called for two weeks at their open hours and no one picks up. Finally, after two weeks, when I get someone on the phone they can't squeeze me in. My whole family was a patient.

My brother switched doctors two years ago and now myself and the rest of my family will do as well. I will make sure to share my experience all of social media and make sure everyone is aware of the lack of service Heights medical offers to their loyal patients of over a decade.
