This was my best orthopedic experience in decades. Dr. Marchese was professional and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was caring and responsive to my needs. I would recommend both the Doctor and the office to anyone who wants the best in orthopedic care

I have been extremely happy with the care that I have received. Dr. Ponger is a fantastic surgeon. I had knee surgery on my right knee. I am now back for my left knee! Thank you everyone from the front desk to the back office, you are all amazing!

Fractured foot Labor Day weekend in RI. Went to hospital and they did x-rays. Wrapped up my foot, gave me a few pain meds, and disc with X-rays and told me to see an orthopedic doctor in MA asap. He also thought may be a torn tendon. Had to wait 4 days to see dr in Ma at Marlborough Orthopedic. He looked at X-rays from the disc, I was in a lot of pain, told him about possible tendon damage and MRI but he just put me in a boot and said come back in 3 weeks.

Then it was 3 more weeks. Bone was almost totally healed, suggested PT. Have been going to PT every week, pain on top of foot was getting worse, asked about MRI said healing would take months. No MRI. Last week was so bad I couldn't walk on it. Dr took X-rays and bone totally healed but could not walk because of pain on top and side of my foot. Finally ordered MRI.

Last week I had MRI and can't see me until Jan 2. So I am going there this morning to get copy of report and get answers from other Dr. 4 visits with this doctor and every time I told him about the pain and asked about testing. Didn't listen to me. BEEN 3 1/2 MONTHS IN PAIN. I would not recommend the Doctor I had. My daughter had him for her knee and he sent her home with ice pack.

She asked to see different doctor and the new doctor looked at her previous medical history, ordered MRI then scheduled surgery for her knee. Oh, by the way, I was his first patient, it was his first day.just got the MRI report. Two ligaments are torn and partial fracture at the cubic. Ankle is a mess. Thanks for listening to me doctor.

The 2 times I went once for my broken ankle when I was 15 and once when I was having wrist pain a few months after having my 1st baby (15 years later), I was properly diagnosed and treated and haven't had any issues since with either problem. I 100% recommend Orthopedic Associates of Marlboro.

Customer service is usually really nice. But the wait times are atrocious. My first visit, i waited at least 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment. Today seems no difference. Going on 20 minutes and counting.

I had an injury on my knee from rollerblading. They were able to get me a visit with the Ortho Specialist within 2 days from the day I called (Mon, appointment on Wed). The Doctor was great, however, he failed to mention that I needed to schedule a follow up appointment after they had submitted for an MRI (Fri). In addition, he did not provide any more information than the ER doctor had provided, so this visit was a wasted cost.

I call today to find out my results and they say that I need to schedule an appointment to come into the office. This means I've been immobilized with crutches and knee brace for 2 weeks until I get any form of result or what my treatment steps are next. This is a significant delay and lack of communication. In addition, I would expect results to be given over the phone.

I was charged $300 to see the doctor for 30 minutes after which I was told to just "wait for it to get better." I should've just gone straight to UMass MD.

I personally like my physician but it ends there. Good luck calling them and getting any kind of help or a call back they say they will call back. I am not sure if I will go back.

First I would like to Say the Dr I saw was a great Dr and explained everything to me the first visit in regards to major lower back pain. They had me do X-rays and then scheduled me for an MRI. What I am not happy with is how they handled the Follow up for the MRI Reading. First they had the information for a week and a half and second even though there were no issues found and could have told me over the phone they still had me come in to pay another Co - pay Totaling $90.00 in 2 weeks to see them.

When I had contacted them about it they refused to work with me in this regards. This is serious Bad Practice in my opinion, considering these days not a lot of poepl have $90.00 to spend on Dr visits. Especially when half of that could have been avoided with a phone call to let me know the MRI was clear or any problem or issues with my back.
