Do NOT go to this group. They are very nice up front. I broke my foot back in January of 2021. I just now 6-2022 received a bill from them. They took all my co-pay and paid everything the asked when going to my appt. This bill was out of the blue and all they can say is they just processed a claim. This is insane over a year in a half later. Save your money and go to another doctor.

Absolute worst Dr experience of my life. Sat in waiting room over an hour, so late getting me back to my appointment. When appointment was over, left me in a room for over 30 minutes, told me they had filled by prescription and hadn't sent it anywhere. So unorganized. Terrible. Only thing I liked was the Doctor. Otherwise, AWFUL experience.

Everything about the experience was excellent. From check in to departure, the office was a efficient, friendly and professional. Dr. Joel Gonzales is a comforting and concise physician. His expertise flows easily from introduction to visit conclusion. My thanks to all the wonderful staff and Dr. Gonzales. Gerald Crenshaw

I had a great first visit with Dr Parker. He explained what was happening with the arthritis in my knee. He explained options and the course of action we should take. He was honest and I really liked his analogy that due to my condition I am on a track for knee replacement but I could do things to slow down or speed up the train. He understood my pain issue and laid out a plan to help. I am very happy I picked Dr Parker.

I highly recommend Dr. Parker. I have been a patient of his for a few years, most recently having undergone ACL surgery in Sept 2021. He is very good at what he does. As a (former) high level athlete that still competes at the National and International level (in the "Masters" divisions), Dr. Parker has delivered excellent results. Additionally, his staff and he are friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am thankful to be in his care.

Dr. Wydra listens to me carefully and answers my questions in detail. I have confidence in what he tells me and what he suggests for my care. I have always had a positive experience even if my condition is not. All the doctors and staff I have seen at Orthopedics Associates have been great and very personable.

Incredible and efficient team. I enjoyed my visits each time, and even saved my life (legitimately, doctor Joel Gonzalez was familiar with my injury and gave me some direction to cautious about certain symptoms because it could be a blood clot. That weekend I exhibited those symptoms and went to the ER, and they confirmed. Without his care, I wouldn't have gone to the ER.)

Dr Caufield took an X-ray on my right hip during my first visit and scheduled surgery for the following week! The surgery was excellent as I experienced no pain in my hip and a decrease in pain in my groin area, mostly due to atrophy issues. I was amazed that I experienced no hip/femur pain! Following restrictions was vital to my healing process. I saw Dr Caufield monthly to assess the healing process with my incisions and muscle area, since being an elderly female my healing process was slow. He is informative, supportive, a kind surgeon, and a blessed Samaritan.

I am an avid long distance runner who has been having ankle pain for the last 4 months that has kept me from running. When I went in to OA Cherry Creek I only saw an actual physician during my first session there, and for less than 10 minutes at most. They very quickly diagnosed my injury and had me start doing some simple exercises to regain ankle and hip strength.

Every time I came in afterward I was seen by a different student in training who had no idea of my injury or past exercises that I had been given. They exercises rarely changed and did not appear to help my injury at all. Other than that, they will charge a $105 copay + additional billing through insurance, which was more than they were supposed to per the insurance agreement and after some digging I realized that they owed me money. I had to call to get the refund. My experience was a waste of time and money, with little to no results.

Dr. Joel Gonzales did my daughter's ACL and meniscus repair surgery. He is very thorough in his explanation of the surgery, before and after care. He is very caring, kind and always willing to ask and answer questions. My daughter has been doing therapy and is on her way to recovering so she can play basketball her Junior year of high school. He has helped with comforting our worries and having my daughter feel confident in her recovery. Thank you Dr. Gonzales!

Dr. Gonzales is an exceptional Dr. and surgeon who strives to have an incredible patient relationship. He breaks down the medical issues down to the patient non medical level so you know exactly what the problem is and the required treatment to make it better. He also has an amazing staff of PAs and nurses that are also awesome. Highly recommended!

Dr. Gonzales and the whole team, were fantastic and cannot recommend enough. In and out as far as surgery goes and would say I had very minimal pain afterwords for an acl reconstruction. Everybody was very kind, knowledgeable and responsive. Really attribute my fast recovery to the doc and team.

After the last two years of escorting my family to this office, and having Dr Choudhry take care of us, I decided to be honest and admit that my arm lipoma needed to be surgically removed. It was also fall and harvest season was ripe for pumpkins and lipomas. I was also tired of startling people who haven't seen one this big. I did have to wait for a lull in guest traffic to my home until I was willing to schedule surgery.

And then my oldest lectured me sternly about addressing this issue, so I obeyed. The day arrived too quickly for my surgery, but the staff at this office was very efficient in preparing me for this date. The entire nursing staff at Rose Outpatient Medical center are also in awe of Dr. Choudry. They will each stop to tell you how amazing he is; as they prepare you for your operation.

I didn't want to brag myself, because he has operated on my family numerous times, and we have this knowledge first hand. I didn't even mind the short delay while someone else needed the operating room urgently before me because under stress my family is hilarious. Some professed their love with multiple texts and mimes; while others complained I was needing attention.

The best part was seeing how Dr. Choudhry gets to work. He treats his patients with great care and empathy, as he instructs the medical staff with kindness and respect, and with a very high level of professionalism. Everyone from the front desk at the surgical center, to the operating room, PA's, nursing staff, the surgical nurse, to the anesthesiologist, are all in awe of Dr. Choudry, and you will be too if you need his medical care.

II would never use these physicians again, and I simply do not trust them. Dr. Leslie Vidal operated on my rotator cuff on March 22, 2019, and did an acceptable job. However, this medical office, and specifically, the billing department of this office is an absolute nightmare. I paid my deductible prior to the surgery, and at least 3 times over the past 3 months, I've been told by Aetna representatives that I had over payed Orthopedic Associates by $1,110.

I received a check for $329.66 from Orthopedic Associates on Friday, over 5 months after my surgery, with no breakdown or explanation of why they had not refunded me the $1,110 that Aetna claimed that I had over paid them. After I complained to Aetna, I received a call from their billing department promising to provide me with a breakdown of the charges that reduced the $ 1,100 balance by $770.

On the 3 prior occasions that Aetna contacted Orthopedic Associates billing department, there was no mention of the $770 in charges that were supposedly owed to them. On a directly related subject, I spent a ton of time prior to my surgery making sure that everyone involved in my treatment was in Aetna's network, and ONE DAY before the surgery I got an estimated charge from the implant provider for $1,528 which was not covered by Aetna.

When I raised this issue with Orthopedic Associates, their response was "why do you care if we use implants that aren't covered by insurance?" I then contacted Mile High Surgicenter, the Surgicenter Orthopedics Associates uses, to delay the surgery until this issue was clarified. The manager of Mile High assured me that the implant Dr. Vidal uses in her surgery was covered by Aetna.

Because I suspected that the implant provided would NOT be covered by Aetna, and I would then have to pay out of pocket for the implant, I asked the Surgicenter to promise, in writing, to pay for it if Aetna denied the claim. To her credit, the manager did that. Guess what? After receiving the $329 from Orthopedics Associates I checked the status of my claims on Aetna Navigator which indicated that Aetna refused to pay for the implant, and if I get a bill for $1,528 from the implant company, I intend to forward it to Mile High Surgicenter so that they can honor their promise. Had I not objected prior to the surgery, I am confident that Orthopedic Associates would have taken the position that I was responsible for the cost of the implant.

The bottom line is there is absolutely no transparency in Orthopedic Associates billing, and there seems to be a policy of not letting the patient know where they stand in the claims process.

How time flies when your health is good! It's been two months now since my carpal tunnel release surgery, with Dr. Imran Choudhry of Orthopedic Associates. My journey started back in November, 2018. While sleeping, my right arm would fall asleep. No biggie, it's normal, so I let this go on for a while. I would shift my weight off of my arm, and all was good.

Time went on, rather two months, and my arm was still falling asleep, but now, it was progressing to throughout the day, for no apparent reason. My arm felt numb and heavy. My hand was also numb and tingling too. I didn't have any type of grip. The strength in my right hand was gone Yes, I am very right handed too. Something was up. I went to see my orthopedic shoulder doctor, as I was certain that it was coming from my shoulder, as the symptoms were coming down my arm. I'm no doctor, but it just seemed to make sense.

The doctor ordered xrays, which didn't show anything out of the ordinary. She also ordered an MRI of my neck and shoulder, as well as an EMG (a nerve study) of my hand and arm. Off I went and had the above mentioned tests done. Results: There was nothing out of the ordinary in either my neck or shoulder, thank goodness. The EMG was different.

It showed severe carpal tunnel in my right hand. I did my research, reading reviews of various hand doctors, talked to my insurance company, and I found Dr. Imran Choudhry. I made an appointment for the next week Friday. Dr. Imran Choudhry was very nice, and very professional. He reviewed the EMG, as well as doing several simple tests there in his office.

We talked about my options, which was basically carpal tunnel release surgery. I have to add here, that I worked at Data Entry for 14-15 years, so this definitely didn't help. My husband and I agreed, and surgery was scheduled for the next week Thursday. It was imperative that the surgery get done as soon as possible. The surgery was easy, as it only took 5-7 minutes. Yes, it's that short.

It took more time to get to the surgery center, and get prepped too. I was out of there within the hour (I am slow to recover out of anesthesia). My hand was wrapped with a bandage, which I had to keep on for 3 days, no problem. I went back to the doctor on week two after surgery, and the stitches were removed. Easy, really easy! As I have said, it's been two months now since surgery.

In the beginning, I was amazed at how much I couldn't really use my hand. I started doing the simple finger exercises that the surgery center told me to do. The doctor also said the start using my hand more, but not push it. He didn't believe in physical therapy. I went on line, and found that the majority of the websites/doctors, recommend several other exercises (all recommended the same exercises), so I started doing those as well.

Life has been good since I have had the surgery. I have no complaints. Two of my fingers, the middle finger and the ring finger, as still numb. I've researched that, and it's normal, so I'm no worried. I am using my hand, typing can be a bit tough at times, with the two fingers being numb, but hey, it really is all good. I know the numbness will go away within the next few months. I'll definitely take this, over what I had prior. Dr. Imran Choudhry was wonderful! His office staff is very nice and professional as well. I highly recommend Dr. Imran Choudhry! Thank you!

I was recommended here by 3 other surgeons and the neighbor of one of the doctors. On my first visit I realized I had definitely made the right choice. Dr. Andy Parker is amazing. He answered every question I had and even took the time to go over my X-rays with me as I have quite the extensive medical knowledge myself. I have no insurance and was a cash paying customer, this office did a great job working with me helping me get everything scheduled and paid off quickly.

I have already recommended multiple people to come to this office. My surgery went amazing, my recovery was a little rough and the Dr. continued to stop in and check on me(what little I can remember). After a couple weeks I was finally able to remove the tape and see the scar and they did absolutely amazing. It looks so great! He definitely took his time to make sure the scar was as small as possible and I really believe it will be hardly noticeable in the future. Definitely check out Dr. Andy Parker for any shoulder surgery you have. He's the best in my opinion for sure!

I have been to this office a couple times for various reasons. They are nice when you get there, the problem is the behind the scenes crap. First of all the PA's that work with the Doctors have no idea what they are doing or talking about. They give wrong information that goes against what doctors say in previous visits. It got to the point where I refused to talk to any PA.

My last visit ended in a $550 bill due to my crappy insurance. In the past with massive bills at any doctors office, I have paid these off monthly by giving a percentage until the bill is paid. Most doctor's offices have no problem with this as long as the bill does not go unpaid. I am a teacher and I don't make a lot of money. So giving over $500 at once is a bit much.

In 2 months I payed $100 off the bill and the office sent my bill to Collections! They are trying to ruin my credit. I have a great credit score, I always pay my bills, and this office has the nerve to send my bill to a debt collector? Thats absolutely ridiculous that you would do that to someone. They obviously have no understanding for their patients financial situations.

People go to doctors to get answers, they barely give them to you. People go to doctors to feel comfortable and be treated fairly, they don't do that. I will never go back to this office again.

This office is terrible. Dr. Gonzales and his assistant Alex are great! But everyone else is terrible. The women that run the front office are so rude and unfriendly which is unfortunate because they are the first people you see. The billing department is unhelpful and do not know how to talk to people. They also didn't tell me that something wasn't cover by my insurance and the only reason I order to item was because I assumed it was covered and I had reached my deductible so it didn't matter to me.

Now on top of the thousands of dollar I have to pay for my surgery, I have to pay them even more because they couldn't simply tell me that my insurance didn't cover something. I'm sure there are a lot of great orthopedic surgeons that have quality staff that you could find in the area. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.

Dr Choudury and hand therapist Karen Voss were/are awesome! But the management company running the back office service is terrible. They have been hired to step in a "revamp" the business and/or process and are doing a horrible job. Just sad. Will tell everyone I know.

Dr Choudhry did a flawless job fixing my carpal tunnel problems, which I have dealt with for over 10 years. I am a very active person, and the thought of going twice for each wrist just wasn't going to work. I wanted to get it over with to condense my total recovery timeline. Dr Choudhry did my bilateral carpal tunnel release almost 3 weeks ago, and I experienced immediate relief from numbness, tingling and pain in both hands.

I thought the post-op recovery would hurt (duh, it's a surgery), but I actually felt zero surgical/recovery pain. Just the annoyance of local anesthesia for about a day (like going to a dentist, only on both hands), and I only needed Advil for 36 hours - no narcotics. Once the nerve block wore off and I could feel all my fingers again, I realized I had no need for Advil because nothing hurt.

I am so thankful for his expertise. This was a surprisingly easy surgery to have. Of course my husband had to cook all my meals, drive me around, open drawers and clean up around the house for a few days, but that was kind of nice for a change!

First off, Dr. Vidal is wonderful, she is very attentive and for the amount of people she see's she remembered me which made me very impressed! I have nothing bad to say about Dr. Vidal at all, she's wonderful! My surgery team and anesthesiologist were wonderful as well, but you only see those people for a few minutes. Also, Erin Greene Dr. Vidal's ATC was phenomenal!

The rest of the staff, I don't really have a lot of great things to say. I have not yet started PT as my surgery was 4 weeks ago but the front desk staff was very rude and untrained. When I first walked into the office (2 days after my accident where I shattered my collarbone and 5 ribs) they handed me a heavy iPad and told me to fill out paperwork when I couldn't even hold it up and didn't offer me any assistance what-so-ever!

I was crying trying to fill out this paperwork in the waiting area. I was completely shocked that an orthopedics office would treat someone newly injured like that, when I asked for help I was told "we cant help you, there's no one here who can help you!" I work in the medical field and I would never treat my patients that way! On top of it all it took the medical record's team 5 weeks to fill out once form and send it in after multiple times of me trying to get the form sent I had to call the office and ask them to send the form directly to me so I could make sure the proper people received it. I would only refer people to Orthopedic Associate's because of the medical team not the front or back office team. They really need to hire better staff.

Could not speak highly enough about Dr. Joel Gonzales. I tore my ACL/MCL skiing on New Years Day. Got in with Dr. Gonzales the following day. Had my MRI that night. Returned for my f/u that same week. They got me started into physical therapy only days later and surgery scheduled. Not only was this a breeze but my recovery has gone swimmingly. I was terrified after all the horror stories of ACL rehab but Dr. Gonzales did a fabulous job and I'm getting back to normal. My experience in the clinic and the surgical center were fantastic and I highly recommend this practice for anyone with an orthopedic injury.

I must be living in an alternate reality than several of the "posters." I found Orthopedic Associates and Dr. Vidal in particular to be professional, kind and courteous. I had a total shoulder replacement done by Dr. Vidal at Rose Medical Center. The procedure went smoothly, the follow-up was efficient and the post-op physical therapy has so far been good.

The longest I had to wait before being seen was about 10 minutes. Of course, I am realistic about medical/surgical care in 2017/18. Given the current state of healthcare in America, we do live in an age of large practice groups and somewhat "processed" procedures. Orthopedic Associates, within the sometimes dehumanizing confines that our insurance companies place on us performs quite well.

De Lindberg seamlessly worked his part of surgery 6 weeks following Se Caufield. I've now referred 3 patients to these doctors as the only option that they should use. Words can't seem to express my gratitude for this team. Larry and Miranda the trusted MA rank neck and neck with these surgeons. Thank you two and let's not forget he the front end ladies and x-ray team.

I have been under the care of Dr. Zinis ever since I moved out to Colorado almost 4 years ago. Dr. Zinis is very knowledgeable and explains everything in great detail of what is going on and solutions, surgery being the absolute last route. I would not trust seeing anyone else as I feel comfortable with Dr. Zinis, he takes more than enough time with his patients so that you leave there with no questions.

This is an orthopedic office so wait times and scheduling are not going to be the simplest procedure, that is just the nature of this type of medicine. I would recommend Dr. Zinis to anyone seeking the utmost professional orthopedic medical care.

Spine/shoulder issues. In severe pain. I saw two doctors here and neither one touched my back to even identify the place the pain was radiating from. The cortisone really helped reduce the pain (for awhile). Other than that, they took MRIs and X-rays of my neck, exposing me to unnecessary cancer causing radiation. I say unnecessary because my neck was not the source of the pain.

I will never go here again or recommend them to friends. Now my insurance company and I are stuck with the bills for their expensive and worthless treatment. I am giving them 1 star because the docs were very nice as were their physician assistants. One of the PAs was very responsive and the other one was not. BUT I needed healing and that did not occur.

After this debacle and two months of excruciating pain, plus seeing multiple other medical folks (chiropractors, acupuncturists and a physical therapist), a friend referred me to Dr Joseph Silvernail (chiropractor) in Lone Tree. They got me in the next day. My spine was pretty messed up and the inflammation pretty considerable, but with 2 treatments a week I'm far down the road to recovery. Had I stuck to Orthopedic Associates I would likely still be battling with significant alignment issues, additional diagnostic expenses and shots to reduce the pain.

Look, I don't want to be hysterical here. But, my husband almost DIED after the careless and highly unprofessional care he received from Dr. Yani Zinis. Dr. Zinis failed to return multiple phone calls from my husband begging Dr. Zinis to review his MRI. My husband's lower back pain was getting more and more painful (just take more pain meds, were the instructions from his rude assistant), but Dr. Zinis never returned calls and never reviewed the MRI.

If he had, he would have seen a raging infection in my husband's vertebrae and directed us to the ER immediately. Finally, days before our scheduled appointment where Dr. Zinis would, according to the receptionist, " actually have some time" to review the MRI, we went to the University of Colorado Hospital ER (where we received exemplary, compassionate care).

The infection was quite advanced at that time, causing unspeakable pain. My husband spent 2 weeks in the hospital and is still, a month after discharge, suffering the effects of the infection. Had Dr. Zinis reviewed the MRIs in a timely manner, the infection could have been stopped before it destroyed so much bone. While we were at the hospital, I called Dr. Zinis's assistant to ask for copies of my husband's medical record for the hospital staff.

Big surprise, never got a response. Do not, under any circumstance, trust your health with this practice. Their practitioners never return phone calls or provide any useful assistance. They're unethical and unprofessional. You deserve attentive and compassionate medical care, and you won't find it here.

Dr Gonzales didn't care about me at all. Wouldn't fill out paperwork (wasn't suing them) after they botched surgery and instead he sent me to another dr and refused my calls (I'll be calling lawyer in a month when working again) I just yesterday got surgery redone he did 16 months ago bc HE IS A MONEY OVER PATIENT DR! Lost minimum 50-60k plus in wages in between and they didn't help me w my work disability claim- almost became homeless w an MBA bc they didn't want to evaluate my health even w/o stating ANY WRONG DOING! 10 minutes would have left me poor but not broke (moms rock or I'd be homeless) Unbearable year plus of hell DO NOT GO HERE IT IS A CHOP SHOP Slice for a price, get paid- turn their back He violated his oath to heal! Popped me up on Oxicontin to shut me up And then refused to help me eat with 2 pages of questions and not a cent to him Even the anesthesiologist sucked HORRIBLY!

Too much of everything, bad instructions, redic amounts of pills even tho I said I wanted Vicodin so can't take so much Refused- why? Why refuse an at risk patient Vicodin and give him Oxicontin instead? Bad judgement or kickbacks? RUN AWAY RUN AWAY BTW: MY SURGERY WAS A SIMPLE ONE! He just SUCKS!

It's a mixed bag. Dr. Vidal is wonderful! She is caring, considerate and thoughtful. Ditto for Dr. Gonzalez who saw me on an emergency basis when Dr. Vidal was not in the office. He arranged for an MRI to be done within a couple of hours so that the results were back 2 days later when I saw Dr. Vidal. The negative side -- a month later I asked medical records for a copy of the report on that MR.

Two days later, I was told they didn't have a report and they couldn't get it. One hour later, when I was seeing my oncologist, I mentioned the problem to them. They pulled a copy of the report from the hospital's on-line medical records and gave me two copies -- no charge! I don't understand an office being unable to access the report of a procedure they ordered.
