Dr. Syd Jones has to be the nicest and kindest doctor I have ever encountered. He truly wants to help you get better. He gives you time to ask questions and makes you feel that you matter. You walk away feeling better for meeting with him. I can't say enough about what a wonderful orthopedic doctor he is. Many thanks to Orthopedic Associates.

Very impressed with this office. Check in was easy, and although there was a line, there was a very short wait. The in-house x-ray was impressive - my doctor had the pictures less than 15 minutes after they were taken. Felt very informed of my diagnosis and options. Highly recommend this office

As a new patient at Orthopedic Associates, I was very happy. I live much closer to Redding and have NOT had much luck for the past several months going to the local doctors there. It has been well worth the 3xfurther drive to go to Chico. I found them efficient, business like and reliable. They actually contact me in a timely manner, return my phone calls soon and schedule appointments quickly. Gee, what a concept!

I would highly recommend Dr. Granlund complete professional and all around good guy. His staff is super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for the patient. I've seen many Doctors in my 54 years and after my car wreck. He and staff are truly a five star group.

I have always had a very positive experience with this medical facility. Both on the phone and in person, the ENTIRE staff have been helpful, friendly, polite and professional. They always take any time necessary to address your needs. They truly care about you as a patient. My experience with Dr. Leonard Brazil and Zinnie and Dr. Phillip Jones and Susanna has been especially great and appreciated.

They run a very organized and efficient office. The wait times are very minimal and always on time. From the doctors to the medical assistants to the office personnel; everyone is a 5-star rating! They go above and beyond normal expectations.

This is a very well organized, well staffed, quality practice. As a patient, you are treated to excellent quality orthopedic surgeons both in the exam room and the operating room. They, in turn work with a top notch group of both internal staff and coordinators that arrange optimal patient care with post operative services within the community with great care and detail. For me, they have been the dream team of all things orthopedic. I highly recommend this group.great people, highly skilled at all levels.

Over the years I've seen doctors/surgeons at Orthopedic Associates for carpel tunnel, torn meniscus. I give them and all staff a wholehearted 5 stars. We're lucky to have such an excellent clinic in Chico.

I have seen Dr. Helm Jones and also his son Dr. Sid Jones. Exceptional clinicians and actually great human beings who care. They also believe in trying other modalities besides just surgery like physical therapy and injection of joints to improve function and decrease pain.

I have been dealing with an extremly sore knee for a couple of years. I tried physical therapy and exercise. It did not help. It was so bad it was keeping me awake at night. I was lucky to see Dr. Sid Jones. He took an X-ray and diagnosed almost bone on bone. A steroid shot changed my life! Dr. Jones listens and then makes a recommendation. He treated me like a person, not just a knee. I highly recommend him.

I have had the privilege of using Orthopedic Associates for a few years. The 3 physicians I have seen are great communicators, very organized and I feel very well cared for.
