Orthopedic Associates of SW Florida is currently open to our new and current patients. We will be closing our office every day at 4:30 pm until further notice. We are asking patients to not bring friends or family members into our office, unless they are immobile and need assistance. Our employees are diligent about washing their hands and sanitizing between patients.

We are making every effort to keep patients separated in our waiting rooms. Most importantly we are asking patients if they are sick, have been around anyone who has had respiratory issues, fever, sore throat to contact our office to reschedule their appointment.

I have had the best experiences with Dr Dupay and his staff. They always listen to my concerns and answer my questions with the utmost respect and in language I can understand and easily apply to my needs. He always explains everything in detail and makes a difficult experience a lot better to deal with and the overall outcome a pleasant experience. I am absolutely thrilled that Dr Dupay and his staff are my #1 Orthopedic FAMILY

Dr. Dupay is very caring and informative. He explains the pathology of my symptoms and provides the proper treatment. All of his staff are well informed and very polite and courteous. I have been his patient for over 30 years and have had numerous surgeries and procedures done by him and have always had great results. He is my go to orthopedist

My wait time was just minutes. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. Karlene P.A. was great, informative. She gave me a cortisone injection in my knee was very gentle. Today I am able to walk without pain. Thanks so much.

Dr. Dupay is a wonderful doctor.everyone says that about their doctor I'm sure but when Dr. Dupay calls you at home to see how you are doing. from your surgery that tells me he's a great doc. I trust him with any comments, suggestions that will help me make a better decision of my care. Dr. Dupay, and staff are wonderful, they make you feel comfortable and at ease.once you feel comfortable they feel like family, it's nice to know you can joke and laugh.

So don't be stuffy be open and honest with your Doc. Doctors are not mind readers tell them what's bothering you so they are better equipped to help you and make the right judgement of care. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Dupay.

I have always been 100% satisfied with Orthopedic Associates! The entire experience has always been positive. Easy to get an appointment. no 4-5 week waiting period like other physicians in our area.hardly any waiting period and the staff from top on down are wonderful! Always a smile and friendly greeting! My Dr. and P.A are in my opinion the best!

I've had to have two surgeries ( torn rotator cuff and a new Pho-knee this spring) and both of them were done perfectly! No surprises! As an older patient I really appreciate every aspect of this facility!

I've heard awsome reviews about Dr Dupay and recently changed from my prev ortho dr to see him for my surgery. What a great experience, he is very kind & takes time to explain everything. He does not pressure patients, but gives informative options. The whole staff was great. Im extremely happy with my new choice.

Dr. Dupay is wonderful. Keeps you fully informed both pre-surgery and post surgery. Very competent, through, and caring. The only negative is his office, the practice he is a part of. Too busy, long waits to see doctor. Once you get to see him he will take all the time necessary and answer any questions.

Real time review: Been waiting over an hour and a half to be seen today. The kicker is the receptionist told me to come in because they were "slow" instead of waiting for my 4:15 appointment. Literally have waited anywhere between an hour+ and three hours to be seen for five minutes here every time. The week I had my first appointment here (June) three of the practice's doctors left (2 quit, 1 died) and they closed a location.

I would have gone elsewhere but, the doctor did my surgery so I thought it was a good idea to see him for follow-up. Another kicker? Last week I was here for my final visit, but they called me yesterday and said they didn't do the paperwork correctly and needed me to come in one more time. I am pregnant, and have been pregnant this entire time. every visit they go to do x-rays then act surprised that I am pregnant, decide not to do them, then say they are making a note in my chart to have the correct protective gear ready for my next appointment.

This happened literally 4 times in a row. While the surgery went well and the female PA is great- the customer service and general practice is not one I would EVER recommend to anyone needing orthopedic help. Thank goodness my wrist did well- which is the most important thing and the only reason I am not giving one star.
