Read this. This review is more than just a poor phone call. Go ANYWHERE BUT this office. Dr Ford has been managing my father's care after breaking his leg and have hardware placed. He was sent home from surgery without pain meds for 3 days, no antibiotics. The surgical sight had been infected for weeks, she refused to give him antibiotics and said "It's ok we will continue to monitor it".

We attempted to go to physical therapy, and the physical therapist lost his mind after looking at his leg because it was so infected. Only then we're we contacted by this office to be seen about it. Here we are 3 months down the road, hardware had to be removed emergently because the infection spread to the bone, he is now septic and may lose his leg if he doesn't lose his life.

All because Dr Ford wanted to "continue to monitor". I work in healthcare, I understand mistakes happen, but this is deeper than that. The patient care given to this man is absolutely unnecessary. I am thoroughly disgusted in Dr Ford.

Absolutely the worst experience with this group. I wanted treatment for a frozen shoulder and this company declined to even see me, recommending I go back to my original surgeon. I wanted to have treatment done locally without having to travel hundreds of miles. This group seem to be more of a clown show than a medical facility.

I came in eight minutes late for my appointment. That's a rare thing and I apologized profusely. The front desk folks were incredibly rude. Then they checked with the physicians assistant to see if he could still get me in. While they were gone, I counted 29 people languishing in the waiting room. Twenty nine. They couldn't fit me in but I decided not to reschedule with them.

Really like the doctors (I have seen several and have had multiple surgeries) but the waits are getting longer. For this current appointment/referral, which is narrowing of the neck that is causing numbness and loss of strength, it has been over 5 weeks since I was seen. Their office has not processed the referral; they have one woman processing referrals for all 22 of their providers.

If you need somewhat urgent care (my doctor there wanted me back within three weeks. that obviously isn't happening), go somewhere else. The comfort of their patients do not seem to be as important as it used to be. I'm headed to the west side and am being seen by two specialists who have treated other NW Orthopaedic patients. Sad. We deserve better here.

Got my arm checked out by such a awesome technician named Brianna, she was very gentle and polite. She was guiding me to how to place my arm and slow moving with caution. She did amazing job. Great job girl!

Found out I have a bone spur in my right foot. Ugh! The staff and Dr. We're awesome! I was expecting a 2-3 hr appointment. Nope! In & out in an hour including x-rays! Super nice people. I've had my time in clinics for injuries and this ranks top 3 for good service. Highly recommend Can't post pics- privacy reasons.

Be careful, there's a surgery cap at Memorial hospital and they determined my broken hand, after reviewing my X ray had been broken earlier than what I had reported. They're requiring proof of not injuring my hand at work from L and I, and I work for the federal government. A number of people in Yakima have said the same thing about the front office trying to get around seeing patients. Thanks for not treating me. I initially went through the V.A. to Urgent Care, who referred me. Thanks for not treating this disabled Veteran. ial

They are definitely overworked and understaffed. It took 2 months for Dr. Liu to approve me as a patient. They were waiting for a "shoulder MRI" that they were never told was coming (I didn't have one). I was finally able to get an appointment and it was for three months later (that's 5 months to be seen). I was seen on May 27th and I was extremely happy with Dr. Liu because he was very kind and thorough.

His PA was also amazing. However, I have had to call at least five times to get my PT notes sent to the insurance company so that they could pre-authorize the shoulder MRI. Jenae said she would call me as soon as my insurance approved it and would fax over the referral to Valley Imaging. It is July 19th and I still have not received a call from ONW or Valley Imaging.

I called my insurance only to realize that on June 17th my MRI was approved. I've called Valley Imaging multiple times throughout this process and each time they tell me that they have never received a referral from ONW. Finally, spoke to someone today at ONW and they said that they would fax it over again. What takes so long at ONW and why don't ONW and Valley Imaging how this system running smoothly by now?

It's a surgery clinic for orthopedic patients. All of the local surgeons are part of this group and all have their office in the building. They have a very high volume of patients. During Covid, they are taking all precaution guidelines. I've had 4 visits over the years, the service has always been the same. There is normally a little bit of a wait before you're seen. When it's your time, you're escorted to an exam room, asked questions pertaining your visit, possibly have rays taken, and then a consult with a PAC or Physician.

I had 4 different issues with my left shoulder that required surgery. 2wks after I had my post op appointment and was scheduled to return to work. I was still unable to drive, I requested another week from work. When I returned to work on Monday, by lunch time I was in severe pain. Close to end of day I contacted their office to request modification with work schedule, employer requires medical note, and informed of severe pain.

I was informed doctor on vacation, only a doctor could provide and a doctor not available until Thursday. Next day continued to have severe pain, went to their office, receptionist called doctors assistant who informed receptionist to repeat what was said day before and take Tylenol for pain. Mind you, I am driving 30 miles to and from work with one hand while in severe pain, plus very limited movement with my left arm, which is in a sling and I was only requesting to modify my work schedule, no mention of any medications.

With being a medical facility, why no doctor available until 3 days later? I left their office feeling hopeless and as if didn't matter, their statement about caring for their patients is questionable.

They never have any open appointments (unless you can wait 4-6 weeks) and the office staff are rude. My husband was having pain from an injury and surgery he had a few months ago from one of the doctors in their clinic and the soonest they could get him in was a week later. However, he had another appointment that was supposed to be a 6 month follow-up from the surgery that was scheduled at the end of July.

We called today and they had cancelled his 6 month appointment because they aren't supposed to have 2 appointments scheduled for one person. They obviously don't care about their patients. They didn't tell us this when we made the first appointment and then when he called back to get his appointment time back they said they didn't have anything else available.

Then the lady he was talking to proceeded to hang up on him. Horrible customer service. It's a shame because they have some good doctors but the office staff are terrible.

Called ahead of time & explained I was a pedestrian hit by a motor vehicle more than 2 weeks ago and am unable to put weight on my leg, from my knee down is purple & swollen & I have stabbing pains. We are brand new to WA & our pcp we were going to use is out of town. Jennifer from scheduling told me it'd be best to come in to the Urgent Care from 5pm-8pm. Got there & was told they refused to let me see a Dr since I'd already had care for my leg. Someone needs to figure out your companies policy & the other person needs to apologize.

Wouldn't see me as I owed $50.00. And couldn't pay then. I am on SSI disability and will pay but couldn't pay right then. Obviously the Doctors and mangers Porsches needed repair and they needed that $50.00. Ok staff and facilities but no compassion and understanding.

Can't even get a timely appt with a surgeon. The Dr who had time, almost a month out isn't a shoulder specialist, turns out shoulder guy looked at my referral and turned me away.don't know of its insurance or a boring case. THEN they call 6 days prior to my appt and tell me I need to get my xrays. Um no, call and get them from my referring Dr. Don't go to Orthopedics NW, unless you want to feel less than worthy. I'm going west of the mountains.at least they WANT to treat me. Oh, and even the ER people don't like this place, or the DR I was referred to.

I needed a hand X-ray after a bike accident. Their urgent care clinic saw me within an hour despite not being a client/having an appointment and the staff was very friendly. They also scheduled a follow up visit -despite not needing immediate treatment, the staff wanted to just make sure it healed properly. I recommend the nightly urgent care clinic for any non-emergency trauma care!
