This review is not for the clinic itself but rather a specific cardiologist. I was hospitalized via ambulance at (26yo) because of an Atrial fibrillation event. It was serious and I was in the icu for a few days. I was assigned Dr. Aljudi at Dameron hospital. Aljudi was in the room when I was Cardioverted twice. One of the nurses made a comment that I likely was on drugs because I'm young and appear healthy and the doctor audibly agreed.

I was actually having the cardiac event because my father had taken his own life (he was only 50yo) just a month prior and I have spent majority of my life (including adolescents and early childhood) raising my parents and family for themselves. It was truly heart breaking for me and it did trigger the cardiac event. Regardless of that Aljudi then put me on a medication that is quite dated and passes "the blood-brain barrier" which can cause depression and other emotional issues as well as many other physical issues.

I was dealing with enough grieving and his choice of medication made it much worse. I gained weight which is not "heart healthy", I was constantly in emotional distress, and I was practically wanting to not exist anymore. I called Aljudi's office weekly with my complaints and his only option for me because I was "supposed to take the medication for 3 years" without any testing was to have an invasive procedure to make him more money.

This doctor does not care about my health and after many of my family members pleading with me to find a new cardiologist I did. I have since stopped the Betapace (medication causing me issues) which stopped ALL of the terrible side effects I thought were my fault immediately and I've had a battery of tests done at my other cardiologists office. My stress test was abnormal and I do have elevated pressure in my heart so I do need medication but not for what Aljudi put me on.

Trust yourself, sometimes doctors are not a good fit. Do not blindly trust doctors like I did. It could have cost me my health and my life. I'm safer and happier now and my only wish is that I would have found a new cardiologist sooner.

Don't bother. 3 times I've been here. At one point they made an appointment for me and when I showed up they said I wasn't booked in the computer. I'm here now for an appointment and I've been waiting 45 mins over my time. I recommend going somewhere else. Still waiting an hour later

Horrible service. The doctor and translator who helped my mom were extremely rude to her during her consultation. My mother was asking a lot of questions and it seemed as if they were growing inpatient with her, that in the middle of her asking the doctor a question, the doctor got up and told her to have a nice day and walked out on her. This wasn't the first visit she has been to, every visit she's gone to, she's had a negative experience.
