Pacific EyeCare History - We've served Kitsap county for the last thirty years, and here's how:. Pacific EyeCare, Kitsap and Jefferson Counties' premier Ophthalmic and Optometric practice, is also one of the oldest. Dr. Tom Case hung up his Ophthalmology shingle in the early 70's and helped establish the North Kitsap Medical Center.

Edit: I had to go in to talk to a person because they never called me back. But once I did I talked to John in Optical and he reviewed what was going on and is helping resolve things. Based on what I've gathered so far there was an internal communication issue which caused the initial issue. Messed up my prescription leaving me with useless glasses and won't give me an appointment to get a corrected prescription.

You can't speak to someone to arrange an appointment and have to leave a message. 4 messages no call back. Now I told them before I got the glasses that the prescription was wrong and they told me to fill it and then they'd correct it. As I wasn't getting the glasses from them (they don't take my insurance) I guess they didn't care.

I'm 59 years old with a history of eye issues, so I've seen a lot of ophthalmologists, but the care I received today was the best ever. Covid safety was off the chart. Staff was wonderful, attentive and well informed. Dr. Areiter and Nurse Courtney were a great team who performed the most comprehensive eye exam I've ever had. They took the time to really explore my issue and offered personal and detailed health plan. Plus it's a full service facility with Optometrists, Glasses showroom and everything for your eye needs. Cannot recommend high enough.

There billing department is rude is disrespectful and makes you feel stupid they are not understanding and will tell you we called you it is not our responsibility to look to see if you have other insurance that's your responsibility just totally rude I will not go to pacific eye care again

This was a great place to go, first eye appointment ever. Well, I need glasses to read. They hooked me up and now I can read, without having the book three feet away. The Doctor was awesome. I am going back soon to get another pair.

Watched my 92 year old grandmother be treated like a complete fool by the receptionists, they wouldn't let her make an appointment until next year. All she wanted was a check up for her eyes. Which she was willing to pay for. Shame on you.
