Love coming to this office Dr. Padilla and his team are seriously the best! They treat you with kindness and respect, they go above and beyond.

Dr Padilla deserves a 5 star review. Give it a couple more years and I'll decide if his PA deserves a 5 star review also!

As always going to be honest. I am very grateful of the care my mother has received from Dr Padilla and his staff. 93 years young and strong. He has always consistently provided her with the best explanation of symptoms with care and respect. Love and respect to the Doctor

I called to schedule an appointment and I got through to the direct front office instead of any call centers, which is so much more comforting. After I had my appointment, my concern got worse and called back and they seen me within 1 hour. They are very cautious about keeping the office and themselves well sanitized and I was out of there within 30minutes. I will definitely look into making this my Primary Physician!

This place follows up on my health and takes care of what my problems. They did lab results that's helping me solve my health issues since my previous doctor at Operation Samahan in National City didn't do nothing to figure out what was mentally and physically wrong with me. I only been with them for a year and the only problem I have is that my contact information was incorrect.

Which I didn't get my medication for awhile and I repeatedly told them my phone number and they gave my personal lab results in the mail when it was suppose to be private. I have no complaints about the doctor yet and I'm just assuming that the inaccurate information is from my previous clinic or the people in the front desk is messing up. I'll wait for a few more years to see if this place deserves a five stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Padilla for over 20 years, since he was with another medical group. Once he opened his own practice, I immediately switched with him. He and his entire staff have always been wonderful. Once, the night before Easter I was very sick and went to the Emergency Room. Turns out I had a severe case of Bronchitis. I got a call early Easter morning asking if I did go and checking on what medication I received.

He called the pharmacy for me and added another one he felt I needed. His patient load is thriving and there have been times if I needed to get in the same day, I have been asked I I wanted to see the PA instead and I have always been satisfied. Chris was amazing and now I see Annie. I continue going to this office even though I live in El Cajon because I am happy with the care I receive. Also, having TriCare and Medicare, they have always been able to get the paperwork filed properly.

First time visit for my 12 year old son, secretary Judith was awesome and the nurse ana was great. Doctor came in was very attentive great experience.

Great doctor. He has taken care of my family and I for decades. Very genuine, sincere, prompt and professional, this is why we keep coming back

Lack of consideration. a few minutes late because of circumstances that was beyond control along the way and was denied to be seen despite of the urgency of the case. I'm moving my family to a different provider.

Great office! First, the place looks like a spa and the front office staff is really sweet. Second, Dr. Padilla is genuinely concerned about his patients and explains everything in great detail so you can leave the office understanding all your orders. And finally the entire staff is soo kind and compassionate. They make you feel better and cared for. Best medical office I've ever been too by far!

Had a severe cold/flu and made a same day appointment, no problem, they took me in. I got there early, so they checked me in, put me in a room, the assistant was pleasant, then I started to get antsy, 25 to 30 minutes passed and no one had come in to check on me or to reassure me that they (the staff) had not forgotten about me. I walked out once and spoke to the front desk about how much longer (15 minutes still).

So i went back to my room and still not one staff member came to check up on me. I made a new appointment else elsewhere. What a waste of my time and business. I guess my whole family will have to find a new family doctor. Not happy and left just as sick as i got there.

I was satisfied with Dr. PADILLA but all they really wanted to do was send me to a psychologist for my prescription medication and when j did make an appointment with a psychologist the psychologist said that Dr. Padilla's office was filling capable of taking care of me and that my visit to the psychologist wasn't necessary and was honestly a waste of money. I was also not seen by a doctor I was seen by a PA.

Good doctor very thorough with his patients. PA Joanne is also very nice. Staff is friendly willing to help with any questions. Their office might be a little hard to find may be mistaken by a house.

Best family practice in chula vista, great costumer service and employees have a great attitude!

Just want to thank the office of MD Padilla, I didn't have an appointment and they had me out within one hour. The Staff and PA were awesome!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE! I guess it's partially my fault for not checking the reviews first. After calling multiple practices trying to schedule an appointment for a same day visit (which I knew was going to be tough) but I finally found this practice who said they would accommodate. I was able to make their last appointment of the day with the nurse practitioner.

I was told that the doctor was also going to be in the office but had other appointments to attend to. I was okay with seeing the nurse practitioner so I took the last appointment. So I stopped my search and continued with my day. Only to get a call two hours before my scheduled appointment to be cancelled on because they decided to close shop for the day because they didn't have anymore appointments. Apparently, my appointment was not enough. Very unprofessional! I never even stepped foot in this practice but I will not be a future patient and would not recommend this place.

Pretty cool doctor. Only thing though is that the waiting time is so long, so you'll need a whole day off to be here.

My Mother adored Dr. Padilla. She was under his care for many years off and on. She suffered from depression amongst other medical issues. In my opinion, the visits were often rushed with many questions left unanswered to the point that he became short with us. He just did not have the patience or empathy to deal with her and her illness. I pleaded with her to transfer care but she "adored" Dr. Padilla.

I really wish that as her Physician he would have taken a bit more interest in her well being. I am very disappointed and upset. So Patients. if you feel this Physician is not providing you with the upmost outstanding care that you deserve AND PAY FOR and treating you with dignity and respect. then it's time to TERMINATE THAT PATIENT / PHYSICIAN RELATIONSHIP AND TRANSFER CARE. GOOD LUCK.! P.S. Too bad there's no "ZERO" on this rating system because that's what I rate him.

No one tells you that everytime u call they try to set you up with a p.a. Sorry but I don't wanna pay my insurance to see a p.a.! I wanna see a doctor. This is super annoying.n it said the avg wait time is only 10 mins. Nope! I had to wait almost an hour and a half n almost had to pay the Parking meter again!

I was referred to Dr. Padilla through a girlfriend for Botox. I was nervous to try it, but I had some serious ' angry lines' forming between my eyes that made me look mad all the time. Dr. Padilla was super nice, explained everything, and is a master with the Botox needle. I kid you not when I say it was no more painful than regular eyebrow tweezing.

My lines are all but gone now, and I look relaxed and refreshed. I recommend Dr. Padilla to anyone considering Botox, or to those who are already doing it. He also has a family practice, and if my current insurance covered it, we'd be going there. We are switching plans in the fall so we can.
