Immunizations Report

Preventive care is the cornerstone of pediatrics. Check-ups give us an opportunity to assess your child's physical and mental well-being, as well as to screen for anemia, hearing loss, vision impairment, scoliosis, thyroid and kidney problems. This also provides an opportunity for your child to become comfortable with their doctor so that when issues arise, they are willing to communicate in an open fashion.

Upload documents and forms to our office (school physical forms, Lead screening forms, IEP or 504 plans, orders for physical, occupational or speech therapy, medication forms, etc). Dr. Duong and her staff are all wonderful! Be it the efficiency and ease of setting up an appointment or the detailed attention that Dr. Duong provides the patients and parents in understanding. We always feel safe at Palatine Pediatrics. My daughter is very nervous about doctor visits and Dr Duong has always been the best with her, and helps her through her anxiety.

Honestly a very very bad and unprofessional pediatrician! She gave us attitude from day one and i am 100% sure its because we have medicaid insurance! Also, she tells you many times to not call back for results of urine or blood work, that she does not forget to call back but that the results are just not in yet and YET she left my son with an untreated bladder infection for almost a week because she never called back with results that she had for 6 days! Super unprofessional with attitude i have never experienced in my life! I really DO NOT RECOMMEND!
