Carry Ann in the front office is extremely rude and has a terrible follow up. I've called to get in touch with my Doctor numerous times. I have questions as I am covid positive and high risk and need to follow up with my Dr as the ER discharge paperwork states. I've tried for 3 days and she says she "thinks " she sent the message. She seems unaware of how to properly do her job. She seems to need you to repeat things often and even then she is clueless! Unprofessional!

I have been a patient of Dr. Chapman's for over 30 years. Dr and her staff are professional, caring, & thorough. Pali Women's Health Center utilizes the latest technology so patients can access their records and easily communicate with the practice. I have the utmost confidence that I'm receiving the best care!

I really enjoyed working with Dr. Moore. She listens to all of my concerns and provides thorough feedback and suggestions. I appreciate her care.

Dr. Song was wonderful! She answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable.

Dr. Friedlander was very attentive with my concerns about my birth control. She offered me multiple options that best suited my situation and my problems and I ended choosing one that has been working well so far. She is very nice, and I'm grateful for her expertise! Thank you Pali Women's staff!

Dr. Moore is absolutely amazing. I enjoy her energy and professionalism. I was so impressed with her and how she handled the birth of my daughter. I just seen her for an appt. today. I told her "I liked you so much, I had to come back and do this all over again!"

Love this place. Everyone is so nice, from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. And Dr. Moore is great! And it's so convenient, right next door to Castle Hospital. Got my mammogram and yearly done in a snap.

I like Dr. Sung as my doctor. She is awesome. She listens and take time to answer my questions. I had another doctor for a couple of times, but she wasn't so willing to give me more advices and not so helpful compare to Dr. Sung. It is my first pregnancy, and I was a little disappointed by the doctor. I switched to Dr. Sung, and she's been always really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

I love the doctors and it's really nice going there. The only problem I have with them is they never answer there phones I've had to call through out the day on multiple occasions to get someone and with that itself makes me want to change doctors because what's the use of a good practice if you can't get in contact with them
