I really love the providers I've had. I had Paige Patterson until she retired recently, and I saw Karen Shank, NP. She is very nice, and also Amanda Welbourne. I do want to say, the woman who is the front desk receptionist on Family Practice, 2nd floor is so incredibly rude. She has blonde hair, no name tag. She acted very frustrated when I had an extra question when I was there for an appointment on the 10th, and I came back today for additional paperwork, and she rushed me and huffed and puffed and said things under her breath behind the desk.

I did address her attitude, and she did not help me any further after that. She said, "we'll call you." when I asked about the next steps to.obtaining my paperwork. I'm sure I definitely won't receive a call. After reading the reviews, I see I am not the only one that has experienced this. It really needs to be addressed. She is working with sick people, who deserve the time of day, considering it is her JOB to HELP them.

This place is a run down joke. I ASKED SIX TIMES IF THEY ACCEPTED MEDICAID. They said YES. Brittany the front desk lady asked for my address to send over new patient paperwork. I'm disabled and cannot use my hands that well due to arthritis and numbness in my hands. I spent AN HOUR filling out the paperwork, once again, I got a SEVENTH CONFIRMATION ON INSURANCE.

The day of my appointment, I call to notify them I'll be late due to medicaid cab. Robert says, "You said you had a medicaid cab, does that mean that's your only insurance?". I confirm with him and ask him if that's a problem. This "man" says, "We're not taking any new medicaid patients at this time." I tell him, "Brittany told me you do accept medicaid and I'm almost out of my medication.

I waited A MONTH to be seen. Why would no omg notify me of this sudden change?". He says, "I'm sorry, but I don't know why she said that. Um, yeah, sorry." THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I hope you all realise what you did to me. This will NOT be the last complaint I make. You made a disabled, crippled in pain and needing her medication female, very upset about getting wronged. I hope you all pay for your mistakes.

The receptionist on the 2nd floor needs customer service training. She pretty much refused to help even though I didn't have an appointment. Worse she treated me like I was stupid and acted like I should know I was referred to a specialist and they'd give me a call. She then asked if I was new there? They have all my paperwork and I saw the dr on Monday. When asked about the patient portal she told me I had to go to the 3rd floor. Worst service I've experienced in a long time!

Providers are decent. However the whole place is very disorganized. There is always a wait to check in and front desk is very terse. My kid was in for wellness, mentioned a sore throat and they did a strep swab. Were referred out for "labs" and spirometry. Prescription got sent to the wrong pharmacy. Went to lab, got bloodwork. They called back the next day, "we missed a test, can you come back?" I thought it was the spiro.

We went back and they did another strep swab, no idea why. The front desk person then made us an appointment for spiro, but the reminder she gave me says xray. They also had my child's name wrong in their system for ages resulting in confusion at the pharmacy and claims being billed to insurance incorrectly.

The physical care is decent, but they have now changed their services, at least in Family practice, to where you cannot get an actual person on the phone. I got blood work a month ago and have yet to be able to get my doctor on the phone to read and explain my results to me, despite leaving 5 messages on their answering machine. The system that is currently set up only allows you to leave a message to be called back, but I've been waiting a long time for a call back and its endlessly frustrating when I'm just trying to get information about my health.

I had my first appointment here and have nothing but good things to say. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, despite me being early and misunderstanding my appointment time. The assistant was super sweet and kind. The NP, Janet Luppino, I saw was amazing! She took her time with me and was so kind.

I have to say that Sarah DeLuca is one of the best providers at Selma. She has a fantastic memory about her patients. She listens and is very kind, knowledgeable, and doesn't make you feel like you are taking up too much time. The turn around for phone calls is the only reason that Selma gets a 4 star review from me. Sarah absolutely gets a 5 star rating!

I'm very confused about all the negative reviews. I have been seeing Dr Z for about 3 years and have to use the walk in clinic many times. All my experiences have been fine. Sometimes good, sometimes great. But never has been bad.

For the open door services Selma needs to improve waiting area. Patients come to Selma because they are sick and they have to wait outside with the cold to assure to be seen as open door only provides services only with appointments. Please improve this as this can affects patients health.

I've been going to Selma Medical seeing the same doctor, Mark Galbraith, for around 30 years. I get great service from him and staff in all departments. My husband also went there until he passed away 13 years ago. My husband saw Dr. Armstrong, who has retired. When my husband died Dr. Galbraith, Dr. Armstrong, billing department, everyone were so good to me.
