I just had my annual visit at Greece OBGYN. I was greeted upon entering and received my forms to fill out. I was called in before I finished the paperwork! No waiting. All of the staff are friendly and seem genuinely happy at their jobs. Dr, Velastegui came into the examination room promptly and was amazing. Very thorough and caring. She spent time asking questions and explained everything throughout the exam. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been going here since I was a young child but only most recently have I really begun to truly value the experience I've had with Greece OBGYN. From the nurse's kindness to the doctor's knowledge (namely, Dr. Hunse and Dr. Velastegui), and the ultrasound sonographer's (Jen) care and concern through the process of infertility, pregnancy and miscarriage I am beyond grateful for this staff.

The doctors and nurses have been absolutely incredible! I feel so welcome and comfortable. I have seen Dr Hunse my last few visits and she is very sweet. Unfortunately, I'm sorry that I do have one complaint. We went in for my 12 week ultrasound and were very disappointed in our experience with Jen. I haven't seen my baby since he looked like a gummy bear, so I was excited to see that he looked human!
It was incredible- I was laughing and tearing up (literally just for the first 30 seconds). I know Jen has a job to check baby out, but she was completely insensitive and rude. She kept telling me to stop laughing and baby turned at one point and she was like "see that's why we don't laugh, now I have to wait for him to turn back" which he did immediately.
She kept scolding me like a child. my husband and I were so baffled. She recommended maybe I don't look, so I stared at the wall to my left. I went home sobbing. Not only did I get treated like a child, but I didn't get the experience of enjoying my own.

They have the most kind and caring doctors there, dr Hunse, dr Tariq, and dr Lammers have taken the best care of me through this pregnancy, always advocating for me when I was to reserved to do it for myself. They made sure I got the best care and when any complications arose they took on the problem head first to make sure my baby and I were safe and healthy! I've never felt more confident and comfortable with my doctors! Thank you

Just disappointed whoever helped me today was pretty rude over the phone. I haven't been to this clinic in awhile since I've been getting fertility help else where. I am finally pregnant and today was my last day with my fertility doctor so I called to make an appointment she gave me a Wednesday and I told the person I am part time and cant take a day off. the days I do have off are Mondays and Tuesdays I guess August was to late of an appointment she told me which I don't understand why?
I told her again my days off and she just wouldn't work with me and told me " I don't know what to tell you then " I just felt uncomfortable. I went ahead and called another Obgyn and they made me an appointment in August on a Tuesday with no problem.

Dr. Lammers and the staff at Greece OBGYN are absolutely AMAZING! They are all incredibly caring and compassionate, and their new office is absolutely beautiful. Liz, thank you for sitting with me and making me feel better while I waited for my appointment, and Dr. Lammers, I love you more than words; I am incredibly blessed to be in your care.

I had been going here for years for gynecological care and had been happy with the care up until recently. The staff was always kind and ready to help you, until they moved to the new location. Now the staff always seems to be overwhelmed (possibly short-staffed?) and thus can in turn be very short with you. Not the kind of care you want to receive when going in for a procedure or prenatal appointments.
Not ALL the staff are this way - that would not be fair to the nurses and staff that work hard to make this office comfortable. But 9/10 times the nurses and reception staff seem inconvenienced by you just coming in for your appointment. Even if that isn't how it's intended, it's how it comes off. On top of these things, I had to switch OB offices at 32 weeks pregnant (I moved and the insurance I had to switch to was no longer accepted here).
This to me was no problem! However, I had been making payments to them for my delivery and hospital fees due to a high deductible and was told that they would refund me the difference after any outstanding bill was paid with the money. Also fine. Except that it has now been over 3 months since I left the practice and have since called and inquired about the refund to no avail.
I have even since received bills in the mail from the practice for delivery charges that they will not even be fulfilling! I urge anyone who reads this entire post to consider a different practice for gynecological care. You and your health are worth it and there are plenty of OB's and midwives willing and able to help you elsewhere!

This is by far one of the most positive experiences I have had at a doctors office. I have personally seen all but 1 of the physicians, and each one was extremely knowledgable, timely and compassionate. Even if you are given discouraging news, the doctors are honest and direct. This is one of the only offices that truly cares about the well being of its patients. The office staff is just as lovely and caring. I would give this place 6 stars if possible!

I've been going to this office (when they were at the previous location - absolutely love the new building) for about 20yrs. I have been lucky to have been attended by 3 dif doctors at dif times, which means I've always been able to get an appointment/or get in on a rare occasion I had a health scare. honestly I adore the staff; they care about the patients and its obvious. I've referred several friends and even some of my aunts go there. they're currently taking new patients!
