Dr. Dodson and his staff are serious professionals. They are very attentive and are genuinely interested in improving your quality of life. Everyone is friendly, knowledgable, and make you feel at home. Even spending a little time there, you know there is a positive atmosphere and that both the employees and patients are happy to be there. They are efficient, on time, and have everything planned out to get you in, taken care of, and on with the rest of your day. They have exceeded my expectations and I would HIGHLY recommend this place for your needs.

Paradigm Physical Therapy in Midland is an AWESOME place to go get the best therapy! The physical therapist there are very knowledgeable and hands on with every patient that comes through the door. The staff at Paradigm has been very welcoming and encouraging. They make exercising fun. The work they have done with dry needling for my tone has been great. My mom and I could see the result immediately after the first treatment. Mom was not able to flex my left ankle before that but after my first treatment she was able to move it. I recommend Paradigm it's been my favorite outpatient therapy.

Best place to go for Physical Therapy! The care you receive at this office is above and beyond compared to other places! Definitely see fast results with the different methods of therapy they have available. Professional and caring staff makes it a comfortable and enjoyable road to getting back to a healthy and pain free life.

Dr. Dodson and his staff are fantastic. They are caring and respectful to every patient. The Doctor always takes the time to answer questions. His staff is very knowledgeable as well. They are also very attentive to each patient. I have been a patent twice, for 2 different injuries- a knee and a jammed finger. Both have been thoughtfully and effectively treated. I highly recommend Paradigm to everyone.

I love love love the staff at paradigm. I've been taking my baby there since he was around 6 weeks(now 4 months). after going to several doctors and feeling so alone Dr Bill took us in. He immediately got me set up with the right doctors and got us referrals for specialists. He knew I was struggling so bad. I wont go into much detail, but I was suffering severe ptsd and post partum depression.

Not only has it been therapeutic for my son, but its helped me a lot knowing I've had ppl on my side. Words cant explain how thankful I am for Dr. Bill and his crew. My son has improved soooo much and he has actually graduated from physical therapy but I really dont wanna stop going they keep me reassured my son is ok. I highly recommend paradigm physical therapy

Not only have I been a patient of Dr. Bill I also have been an employee. He has also worked on one of my sons when it started having knee pain. There is no one else I would trust to work on my family. He has gone above and beyond for so many of his patients and employees. I have never seen such a hardworking and dedicated doctor in west Texas. Most think of a reason NOT to work and Dr. Bill is the complete opposite, even coming in on weekends and holidays to take care of patients. He has more than earned my business and Trust!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU ARE A NEW PATIENT! Coordinator was very rude with me the entire time, but it got especially bad after telling her my insurance didn't cover the treatment and I'd be paying out of pocket. She told me she would call back to schedule me multiple times, only to have to reach out myself to get any answers. 2 weeks of excruciating pain later and I still haven't gotten help from them. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE IF YOU ARE HURTING

Have been going to Paradigm for 25 years. Rotator cuff, knee replacement, stroke, shoulder surgery to name a few. Took my dad there as well. Nicest people, best care and most up to date techniques available. Everyone there is the best at customer service. I would never think of going anywhere else. Covid HOTSPOT, despite health experts saying that wearing a mask INDOORS and especially in crowded business, this place doesn't believe in social distancing or MASKS. New expert studies have proven that indoors covid can spread up to SIXTY FEET, that's 60 feet. For a place that's for helping people get better, it's a misnomer that they don't believe the pandemic exists. Nor do they have hand sanitizers available to everyone.

Took my daughter for a back injury due to lifting weights. The doctor and staff were great and very knowledgeable. She did dry needling, adjustments and specific exercises that did away with her pain and will help maintain her stability in her back. I appreciate the candidness of his assessment in dealing with her issues. We will miss seeing them 2-3 times a week.

What a sweet from staff to be greeted by.and I realize the owner is an anti masker apparently but I was there for wound care. I asked for him to put on new gloves and a mask and it was like a personal affront. Threw off his gloves and stormed out saying we will have to do it another time he doesn't have a mask here. I don't care about covid anyone should know to wear a mask for wound care. Yuck! His tantrum and attitude need a check. No I won't be rescheduling. I read his employment reviews and his attitude seems to be the problem there too.

I came in a few weeks ago with horrible back pain. After just 2 visits I was feeling so much better. After 4 visits, I had 0 pain in my back. I received chiropractic, acupuncture and tens unit with heat therapy and all of it worked. Everyone is really nice and helpful. Dr. Dodson and his staff know what they are doing. Highly recommend coming here.

Delt with pain in my neck and back for 3 years eating pain pills and advil bc Tylenol everything just to function ONE trip here I felt like a new me Doc and the staff are great but Doc obviously knows what he's doing ive been to every chiropractor in west Texas no help it blows my mind what he did for me in just 1 trip im certain ill be pain free 100% shortly #MINDBLOWN!

In the peak of this pandemic, none of the staff and owner were wearing face masks. When I made the observation to their behavior, I was lectured on why we shouldn't wear face masks with arrogance from Dr Dodson. Anything they say about "compassionate care" and "respect for the patient" they are far from it, I was shock to hear this coming from profesional place of healthcare. They are acting irresponsible, selfish and reckless. I would not come back unless they correct their behaviors during these difficult times.

After I had my first visit with this doctor, I immediately went online to check reviews to make sure I wasn't the only one to have a completely absurd experience. After a minute long search I realized I wasn't the only one that was degraded practically the entire visit. Phew! I dunno, when I go in for physical therapy. I just want physical therapy and not constant insults to who I am or what I do for a living.

He will say whatever pops into his head without regard to a consequence-- it's extremely unprofessional. I don't really have anything to offer on if he's actually a good physical therapist or not because I. well. didn't go back. I do see some good reviews? But most of what I see are reviews talking about how rude, egotistical, and unprofessional he is. I really regret not doing my research before coming to this place.

I've been very pleased, so far. The staff is professional. The place gets busy sometimes but my knees are much better after 6-weeks. And the Midland location fits my needs very well.

Dr. Bill and his staff are respectful, professional, kind and caring. I suffer from many different issues and would recommend Paradigm to anyone who needs therapy! They have a fun and relaxing environment to make you feel at home. Just an awesome place!

This is the second time I have been to them for therapy after surgery. Both times they have been great. On this round they knew my name and treated me each session. Made me feel welcome each time. Dodson is tough but will get you back on your feet.
