Parks Dermatology Center He is the most patient-oriented physician on the planet. You never have to wait. He runs on-time or is ready for you early. His staff is excellent. Everyone there is always in good spirits. The level of courtesy and efficiency is truly amazing. Dr. Coppola never seems in a hurry and takes time to explain things plainly. He has treated me many times since I have fair skin and spend a lot of time outdoors.

I actually enjoy seeing him. I have recommended him many times to friends and acquaintances. I was a circuit judge for 20 years and know many local people, and everyone I sent to Dr. Coppola has the same glowing opinion.

I agree with most of the reviews. I am dealing with the effects of a condition they treated me for over 4 years ago. I am sure that I will have this feeling on being sunburnt because of the cream they gave me to use. They offered no follow up and then brushed me off for 2 years, trying to say they didnt know what happened. Dr Parks would not even respond to my contact attempts.

Had severe cystic back acne looked at and was told it didn't need treated because it was all acne scars. It's not like I had just popped a back pimple that morning or anything. Didn't argue and left to never come back.

First time here and i left full of confidence and feeling like a queen. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, timely and efficient. Ive been looking at this mole self conscious for over 30 yrs. I couldn't ever get a reasonable price for removal or even someone to remove it since it was cosmetic.that is until i found them. Theyre helping boost my confidence one visit at a time.gentle on the procedures and hardly a spot to show for it

Dr Suah personally inspects his patients for skin cancers instead of using a PA. He caught a cancer INSIDE my husband's ear and operated successfully.

I will not go back. The service is very slow and once you do get in, they can't rush you out fast enough, little if no explanations for treatments, medications etc. And don't you dare ask a question.

Parks Dermatology Center is definitely a dermatologist office that you should consider going to. When you enter, the office staff is very pleasant, and all of my interactions with Dr. Foley have left me feeling very happy that I chose to go there! Her attention to detail and addressing all of my personal concerns really made me feel confident about my treatment.

Having gone to Parks for several years, I've noticed over time they seem much more focused on skin care/elective procedures and much less on skin cancer. The only time I ever saw an actual doctor was in 2011 and every other visit since has been with a PA who was all smiles but mostly dismissive of my concerns (which got progressively worse over time).

This is upsetting because I have melanoma deaths in my immediate family and started having moles removed in my mid 20s. The last time I went in late 2018 was the final straw. They were more concerned with pushing lotions and product on me for beautification purposes than what I came in for which was to get my moles checked as THEY recommended me to do every 6 months.

The PA's "scan" of me was laughable at best. maybe a quick 30 second glance over my whole body? I no longer felt they were capable of protecting me and also didn't feel they had my health as their primary concern. I cancelled my follow up appointment (they refused to remove a mole I asked about). I instead drove all the way to Mayo Clinic Dermatology in Jacksonville 2 days later as they had a cancellation and what do you know. my concerning mole WAS an issue.

The doctor at Mayo had a hand held magnifier and looked at each and every mole on my body which is no small feat. Parks NEVER did this during any of my skin checks. Never again will I set foot in Parks as they have completely lost my trust. I'm not sure what happened to them but I feel like greed has played a part in their continued lack of interest in skin cancer prevention.

I've been going to Parks for around 5 years now for both medical and cosmetic appointments. This is a very busy office, and I think that's where some of the criticism stems from in other reviews here. Dr. Foley truly is one of the best around, and I would recommend her to anyone. She is very thorough and offers multiple solutions with explanations when there are options for skin ailments.

I see Linsey, who is one of the PAs, for skin checks and injectables. She is the sweetest and doesn't rush through appointments. I've seen Gina a few times for cosmetic consultations, and she also does the new dermasweep service, which I highly recommend.

First they charged me hundreds of dollars too much. Not one hundred, HUNDREDS! I called for months and they were rude sounding women who refused to fix it. Finally I went in and saw Meg for an appointment and told her and low and behold I was due HUNDREDS in a refund (and I have insurance!) Also every time I go Meg's big assistant reminds me of how I might be treated in prison (thankfully never been arrested) but if I had I'd imagine the scary big guards would treat me better than she does.

I've talked to others (one a medical professional who no longer goes there) who agree with me. Also their Granada office is downright scary and the confusion of having two offices down the street from one another has led me three TIMES to not getting the treatment I came in for! And then when I did get a treatment (but really not what I wanted) I was charged 750 DOLLARS and knew that was wrong.

I'll never go back there again and oh, in all the years I've NEVER met the actual doctors but plan to write them a long letter similar to this review letting them know what I think of their awful place. I wish I'd stopped going sooner but both locations are close to me (medical prof and I agree weird they have 2 down the street from each other) and my insurance covers them but NEVER again. Please stay away!
