Went to see Dr. Charles Kent. No bedside manner. Talks down to you. Does not explain conditions, process, or outcomes well. Does not discuss options. Very closed off when you ask questions or share concerns. Kept to himself the whole exam. His surgical schedule assistant is unorganized and not reliable. The office itself is hard to reach and office does not allow a guest to join you. There are plenty other good doctors in town, make sure to research beforehand. I got a second opinion, and I am in way better hands now.
