The staff are kind and I've never had issues when I had to be seen. However, I haven't been a patient here since 2018 and just found out that they sent a bill to be paid to my former address. It's 2022, why is this bull just now showing up 4 years later? Not good business to surprise patients with charges years down the road.

I am getting bills for a co-pay 2 years after the date of service. It's not the principle of the amount - it's crazy and this is coming from a Health Care Attorney. They literally tell me they had delays in submitting claims (errors in submission), their claims were a mess, and now finding patients weren't billed. Totally contrary to timing filing/billing.

My DR. Or nurse practitioner was incredible! Best treatment and listener I've ever had in a doctor office and I'm sure that's why her medical practice is very good. Awesome staff I absolutely love this place. I hope they can become my primary after my work comp is over. Highly recommend! 10 stars +

Have you ever heard of a Drs office not giving a Dr visit for a sick patient? My son was sick and Thursday closed Friday no one in the office Monday booked. He had to get a Covid test before going, came back negative. I called for an office visit and the receptionist refused to give him an appointment! My husband called today and she wouldn't give him an appointment stating to take him to urgent care even tho there were spots available. What kind of practice does this? She needs to be fired. Don't use this place what a yahoo. He has to be seen by a Dr. to be allowed back to work, how is this even ok?!?!

Dr Yamamoto genuinely cares about his patients. I am usually more likely to criticize any dr, but here they actually care. Thank you to you and yor staff.

Dr. Yammamotto is a nice guy and tries his best, but always takes EXTREMELY long to get to you. If I have an issue outside of business hours Yammamotto always calls back. As for Gina Hutchins, NP-C: she is rude and seems to know how to make rude comments about your health, but not sure how to diagnose them. She told me multiple times I was fine and made sure to mention how often I am sick.

Well Gina, maybe with some doctor work you would have determined year-round allergies are the cause! Also she either doesn't know how many days are in a month or how to count. Prescriptions written by her are almost always scheduled to be filled on the 31st day instead of the 30th- which I can imagine could be deadly for some patients. Can't wait to change my doctors!

I've been going to Dr. Yamamoto and Gina for at least six years now! I don't ever want to change doctors! They are very attentive, knowledgeable, and never make me feel like I'm strange for the questions I ask! The support staff is also amazing!

This place is horrible! If you feel like spending your whole day at the doctors office well then this is the place to go. I made two appts for my wife and I back to back and we spent 3 hours there. 1 and half just in the waiting room. Dr. David Yamamoto is extremely slow and barley looks up from his computer to interact with you. He also decided to put me on a new medication for anxiety that I read up on increases depression.

I found my depression so bad that I was having suicidal thoughts and he did't even listen just wrote me another prescription for it. There was never blood work taken to check the levels or anything. Just him typing on his computer and hardly every making eye contact. Then when we did make a complaint, we received a call back later that day stating that Dr Yamamoto would no longer except me as a patient. This place is unbelievable and I would suggest finding any other doctor!
