I had 3 issues Took almost 3 weeks for results of a adominal xray. When I called they had no recollection of the order. He referred my son for physical therapy due to frequent falls. They said it would take a while. We'll I gave them over a month and when I called they had no knowledge of it. Then they called back stating that the girl never finished the application.

Then I had an appointment for my son's physical for medical care. I gave the dr the appropriate paperwork to fill out. He wouldn't even look at the paper. He said he had his own online. Well news flash that facility wouldn't accept his paperwork due to inadequate information. Then he refused to fill the paper out. Saying surgery wouldn't be canceled.

He wouldn't even give me the blank physical back. Then he stated that he wouldn't have time to fill out the paper even tho our appointment was several weeks before hand. He billed my insurance for this I had to pay out of pocket elsewhere to get it done for my child Then I asked for the medical records to be transferred I asked for copies of their shot records while I was there.

They only gave me one child's. The new office couldn't find the disc they sent. Upon calling this office they refused saying that he's not a current patient. According to hippa they have to keep medical records for 10 yrs It doesn't matter if a patient is "current". With written consent they have an allotted time of 30 days to get thr paperwork complete.

I also just recently told by someone else that they were a little behind with their shots and they let their kid sleep in the bed with him. I think he said she was lucky he didn't call cps. This was along time ago. But still. The office has a high turnover rate too I would try someone else
