Extremely friendly and professional. They gave me the best assistance even though I only needed to buy a cable to charge my phone. Professionalism is noticed in the small, not big things

My three children have been going to this group since 2018, that was up until today. Unfortunately, the group is no longer about caring for children and their well-being but instead about greed. On my son's last well child checkup, it was discovered by the doctor he had put a small piece of plastic in his nose. The doctor stated she could remove it, the doctor used long tweezers to pull it out, it took a total of 30 seconds.

We were extremely appreciative that was until we received our claims report from insurance. The doctor coded it as in office surgery and billed the insurance company $408 for 30 seconds of work, no surgery equipment used no medicine given. We then received a bill after insurance paid their portion for $238. When we called to dispute an unreasonable charge, we were told they were standing by the charge and would give us $75 off the bill. Beware of this group apparently they are only in the practice of making money not caring for children's health.

We see Ginger the NP for our baby boy, we've been going since he's been born, she's very thorough and answers all of our questions. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. No issues so far

My children have been patients for 10 years here. When I first started taking my children they would see Dr. Giannuzzi who was an excellent doctor and his wife Nurse Practitioner Betsy Giannuzzi. They are no longer there but i continue to take my children and have never had any issues with the office. They always get my children in same day when they are sick.

So far i have not had problems with scheduling. As for the providers Dr. Cutler is very sweet and knowledgeable also Nurse practitioner Mary she is always very thorough when examining the children and they both always make me feel that my children are in good hands when they see them. I would give them a five star but i do feel that the waiting room could be bigger and more welcoming for the children.

Dr. Prasad have been my grandchildren primary doctor from the 2nd day after they were born, and she is absolutely wonderful with each of them. She's knowledgeable and she have excellent pediatric bedside manner. She's always very personable with our whole family and very professional too. Dr Prasad is a exemplary Pediatric provider to each of my grandchildren.

There are other pediatricians at Pediatric Group that have also seen my grandchildren such as Dr. Cutler who is just as s wonderful with my grandchildren and she also will call back a few days after seeing the sick child to check on how the child is doing. All of the staff from the receptionist and nurses are all very caring and friendly.

Normally good but very frustrating when you need a form done and sent into your child's school. Routinely, they sit on documents until the parent argues it needs to get done quickly. This time, I had dropped off a form only needing the doctor's signature and just needed then to be faxed to the school. Twenty-four hours later, it still wasn't done and I had to argue for it be done then, being told that office was extremely busy. Guessing that doctors don't look at paperwork till end of day and only if time permits. We are changing to an HMO so we will no longer need to go here.

I picked this group because when my daughter was born we had Medicaid. They've misdiagnosed my baby 3 times and treat you like garbage when you do have Medicaid. I have new insurance and the girls at the front desk are still rude, more worried about what's on their phone than the line of people trying to check in. The nurses are the only good thing about this place.

The doctors talk down to you treat you like an idiot. My daughter was seen a month ago they said the little bit of fluid in her ear was "normal" she was seen this week more fluid in her ears still "normal". I took her to an ENT she's had an ear infection for 2 months! My baby could've lost her hearing! These doctors don't care they also misdiagnosed my nephew and a family friends child.

One of the best pediatric offices we have ever been to. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond. If you need to wait for your appointment it is because the doc's are giving their full attention to a child who needs them. It is refreshing to have a doctor that we feel is truly on our side in helping us navigate through the medical world for our child. If they don't know the answer they will tell you, and research it. What an amazing place!

My son has been seen at this location since he was born. He's almost two now. We've never had anything but positive experiences in that time. They are accommodating when making appointments and the front desk staff is helpful. They also don't charge extra to fill out school physical forms. The wait to see the doctor is about average (usually around 15 minutes).

My son has seen a couple of different nurse practitioners, both of whom have been professional and knowledgeable. Any calls we've made after hours have been promptly returned by the on call nurse. When we had to take my son to urgent care one Sunday, the office called on Monday to make sure he was ok and see if we needed to schedule a follow up appointment. In my experience, this is a great practice, so much so that I've continued to take my son even after moving 20 minutes away.

Nice enough with knowledgable doctors. If you care more about decor than the wellbeing of your child, then maybe this is not your place. They are, though, accommodating and do not have extra fees for common activities like filling out forms. We are seen on-time and our medical concerns are always addressed.

I am not going back anymore. Nobody cares about your kids over there. Front desk loves to argue and pester with billing questions. I have never seen anything like that before. To pester you with billing questions right from the start when you sit in the waiting room with an immuno compromised kid who has high fever waiting for an appointment and then when you ask for a manager to explain problems with billing to hear an answer "you need to find something better to do then to take up our manager's time". Really?

To say that to a parent that was up all night with a sick child? I talked with their front desk manager and she was not much help. I have a private insurance and I have never missed a copay with their practice and I'm taking my business somewhere else. If they treat paying pediatric patients like I can't imagine how they treat disadvantage ones. This practice is very weird and very unfriendly. Stay away from it.

OK. Care is what you'd expect. Nothing above average. Nothing extraordinary. Staff is friendly but doesn't really engage beyond the first friendly hello. Lobby is small and boring. Desk area is very boring. Feeling of clutter. Overall clean but no attention to detail. For right now, this place is OK.until I find something better. They accept state insurance, that is why I set up appointments here.otherwise I don't think I would of picked this place as my top pick. They were very fast though at getting us seen and transferring prescriptions.

Just moved to Woodbridge and start taking my kids to this practice first I called and made a 4 month check up for my daughter and before the appointment my daughter start getting cough and running nose so I call in that morning to get appointment for her and they give me same day appointment after I hang up the phone then they called me back and said I AM SORRY WE CANNOT SEE HER BECAUSE SHE IS NEW PATINT.

So I told her my daughter is sick and I am going to bring her in and she needs to seen by the doctor. The front dest person was arguing that no we cannot see her because she is a new to our paretics. so finally they called me back and says I can bring her in. The doctor said she if fine with out any test so a week later I take her again and they said it flu she is having. I AM NOT GOING ANY MORE.
