Dr. Kitchens are her office staff are AMAZING! We have been going to her for 3.5 years now and she has always been great at listening to our concerns, and explaining what's going on. Her office is great at offering same day appointments if needed and we are always seen pretty quickly. I believe there was only one time where we had to wait over 30 minutes before going back to a room.

My only "complaint" is that they are a pediatric office and when we went to the Evans location we noticed they do not have toddler potty seats or step stools which was an issue with my newly potty trained daughter. If anyone from the office is reading this, they make toilet seats with a built in toddler seat and you can get them at Home Depot I think it's worth looking into. Other than that, you guys are awesome!

Literally the worst experience I have EVER had taking my kids to a doctor. I have never been so heated leaving an appointment before! As a family we choose not to vaccinate and because of this choice I feel we were treated very poorly. I was told what I was doing is illegal and got nothing but sighs and huffing from the doctor. I felt SO uncomfortable and will never be going back.

Dr Harris has been my daughters pediatrician since the day she was born! She was the pediatrician who saw her at the hospital and I liked her so much we followed her My daughter is now about to be 14 and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Our experience here has been incredibly frustrating and infuriating. We are military and move around a lot. Pediatric Partners had fabulous reviews so we were hopeful it would be a good fit. It's been a massive headache. Scheduling appointments in impossible unless you have your entire set of medical records transferred over. For us, that meant contacting and releasing medical records from 4 DIFFERENT facilities before they would even see us!

It took 2 months for all the medical records to finally come through before we could even schedule an appointment. The office in Evans is overcrowded and wait times are at least 30-45 minutes after your appointment time. The front staff of receptionists are less than friendly and always in a rush. The nurses and doctors seem fine, but it doesn't make up for the hassle with everything else.

And lastly, in an effort to be ready for our next move, I requested to have a physical copy of my medical records to take with us to our next duty station. They charge $30 per record! For YOUR own medical record! What in the actual hell? This place is a joke.

Dr. B is one of the most caring people I have ever met. She has been my daughters Ped for 3 years and it always feels like a friend is walking in when she enters the room. My 4 year old LOVES her. We recently left GA and will miss Dr. B and her staff so much. Nicole has helped me with paper work to transfer schools to a new state and is always upbeat and friendly. She calls back quickly and has made sure all of our needs are taken care of. Thank you Ped Partners of Augusta, especially Nicole and Dr. B.

Dr. Safford was very kind during the appointment and even drew a picture to help me to understand my sons consistent croopy cough. When I had a concern about his seizures and night terrors she would not call me back. The office refused to let me make an appointment for the concern. She recommended melatonin with out speaking to me and when I told her nurse that melatonin caused the night terrors, the response I received was "well that's what the doctor recommends".

No follow up call after with a response after I told them that was an issue. Clearly does not care about putting parents minds at ease about ongoing concerns. I don't mind seeing her for my 2 healthy kids but would sooner drive back to VA from GA to see my previous pediatrician than to see her if there are any health concerns. After reading this review they contacted me to tell me this was shocking and not normal and I could make an appointment anytime I needed and then when I called for an appointment they did it again! I am fuming!

Pre-COVID-19: Dr. Jones is Board Certified in Pediatrics. This founding member of Pediatric Partners of Augusta and his staff completed promptly all required immunization and paperwork for admission at a school. Since COVID-19, all patient encounters require to wear face masks to optimize the safety of everyone.

We normally see Dr. Barrientos who is awesome and very thorough and compassionate. This last visit for a sick checkup was with Dr. Jones when we thought my daughter had Covid. The test was a 15 minute one and not invasive at all. He was awesome, as well. This practice is soooo good all the way around. They take excellent care of your kiddos!

Dr. Harris is awesome with my children, we are a military family so we move around often and it's sometimes tough finding a good pediatrician. Well Dr. Harris is GREAT! She listens to my concerns and do not rush me, models patience, professionalism, knowledgeable and trustworthy! My son has eczema and Dr. Harris took the time out to listen to my concerns and we both agreed on a plan that will work best for my toddler.

Thanks to Dr. Harris my family doesn't feel like a number but a priority! Also, Ms. Nesha the medical assistant and Kiara the nurse is so sweet and patient with my little guy! My toddler experience was great and my family is so blessed to have such amazing healthcare professionals.

All 3 of my boys go here and I wouldn't have them go anywhere else. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. Their doctor (Dr. Safford) is always so nice and friendly with them. She never rushes us and always answers every question we have. They also have a new infant floor. I brought my now 4 month old there when he was just a newborn.

I was having a difficult time breastfeeding him. The lactation specialist and nurse were great. They were friendly and went over everything with me. I definitely recommend them if you're having any problems breastfeeding.

This clinic was recommended to me about 4 years ago and I couldn't be more grateful. My kind see Dr. Barrientos. She is a wealth of knowledge, friendly, out-going, and kind. She speaks to my children, not just me, explaining to them on their level what is happening and asking them questions so that they feel involved in their appointments and plan of care.

The clinic intake is split between sick and well children appointments in an attempt to not cross contaminate. We have been seen last minute, on weekends, and for sports physicals. Every experience is at least 9/10 and most are full 10s. The nurses are kind and efficient. The clinic is clean and well-organized. The doctors that we have seen in place of Dr. Barrientos have all also been knowledgeable, helpful, receptive, and respectful, taking the time to get to know us even though we are not seeing them regularly.

We recently changed pediatricians. Our previous provider was in a practice where they were the only doctor. I was a little nervous about coming to a practice with so many doctors (worried that the personal touch may not be there). I was so wrong! I am SO thankful for the doctors at Pediatric Partners! In the six short months, we've had three sick visits (upper respiratory infections and pneumonia).

We saw three doctors and every single one treated us with the most care and patience. I never, ever felt we were being pushed through the system. Each visit we got attentive care and I know my daughter's health is in good hands. I also LOVE that they have office hours every SINGLE day! Their after hours visits are truly a lifesaver!

Great area, doesn't give me a good medication, but they do their best, they help me very much, too.

I absolutely love Dr. Barrientos. On this visit, my 4 month old was seen. Dr. Barrientos has been my children's doctor for a little over 10 years. Our visits are always very personable and informative.

This clinic has personally attacked my rights as a parent. No consideration and complete disregard of a legal order. This is a perfect example of a non-custodial parent being sidelined when all I want to do is be present and involved. Is that not what we want as a society? My child is being seen by Dr. Strickland. He underwent an evaluation for ADHD.

My ex-wife has primary custody but we have Joint Legal custody. I called the clinic and spoke to Mr. Jeff Small who is the clinic administrator and let him know that I was being completely left out of the process. My ex-wife and her husband refuse to include me as I have requested to be since the beginning. I have been asked to be given appointment dates and times so I can be a part of conversation and decision making as it pertains to my son.

The first thing that the clinic asked for was divorce decree which I promptly provided. At that point I asked to have an appointment with Dr. Strickland so we could talk about the diagnosis and medication. Even though a decision was already made without me being present or considered. I made it very clear to everyone that all I wanted was to understand what was going on.

After countless emails and telephone conversations I had to physically go to the clinic to speak to Mr. Small since he stopped replying to my emails. I asked him in person and he told me I had to call and make an appointment. After doing so I was told there were no appointments available. The following week, after I am told there are no appointments I find out through my children that they went to the doctor again for a follow up regarding the medicine at a time that I was told had no available appointments.

When I found out I call Mr. Small and asked why I could not get an appointment but they could. At that time he told me that now the Doctor will not speak to me without the mother being there. Because the divorce decree states she has final decision making on disagreements. There has not been a disagreement. I am just asking to be informed by the doctor what her thoughts are so I can figure out if I am ok with how they have proceeded.

Let me start by saying this review is strictly based on the after hours clinic. That said.the woman at the front desk was really rude. We walked in and she didn't acknowledge us at all. After being ignored for a few minutes, we signed in and sat down. After being ignored another 10 minutes I asked if we checked in at the right place. She mumbled yes but continued to ignore us.

She then started complaining about how stupid a parent was for calling and asking a question. Which was super inappropriate. Finally she called us up with the most condescending tone ever. Eventually we saw the doctor, who was absolutely awesome. We love this practice during the day but the after hours desk person clearly doesn't want to serve patients.
