Your health insurance policy is a contract between you and the insurance company. It is your responsibility to know your benefits and copayment due, as well as if PPA is in-network and participates with your insurance company. If you have any questions regarding participation, call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
Your baby is finally here. Newborns are wonderful, but exhausting! Having friends or family around to provide extra help and support can be very helpful. Make sure all visitors wash their hands well. Your baby's first visit to our office takes place during his or her first week of life, usually 1-2 days after you are discharged from the hospital.
All Office Visits are by appointment only. Our Physicians are availalbe to see your sick child the same day you call for an appointment when you call to speak with one of our office triage nurses. If you have an emergency during office hours, we will do our best to see your child immediately or refer you to the appropriate medical facility.
After your baby is born, contact your insurance company as soon as possible to add the new baby to your insurance policy. You are responsible for any unpaid claims due to the failure to add your newborn to your policy within 30 days.

We Love the doctors, have been coming here for years. HOWEVER this last time I went, my child had a fever, sore throat, and the doc thought it was strep throat. Came back negative. So they said it was just a virus that's going around and a lot of kids they have been seeing have this and it just goes away in a couple days. They were dismissing us. Before I left, In my gut I asked them to do a covid test, they said probably not that but if I want I can do a test. so we did, and POSITIVE it came back! Scary they said a lot of kids have this and it's just a virus.

I was going to send her daycare once she feels better, I was going back to work and my parents were coming to visit over the weekend. they need to be more thorough and stop dismissing people just because they don't think it's covid. they made a mistake in judgement and I don't know how many more kids / families they have done that to, just test them!

We've been coming here for 19 years with our 3 kids. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing! A special shout out to Dr. Thomas Heaphy for all the care provided over the years.

All three of my boys see Dr. Broeckelman and we enjoy him very much! He answers all our questions and takes his time with each appointment. The nurses are amazing as well. They have definitely gone above and beyond for our family. Highly recommend

I absolutly love the dr's a nurses. They genuinly care for my children but the hidden fees and charges for the free childrens mercy call line are going to cause me to change back to my previous physician.

Been going here for about 13 years now. Never really had any complaints. The doctors seem to be decent and know what's up.

Dr. Beck is great but the two times our kids were sick the after hours call service doesn't return calls within 2 hours or in my experience call us back at all. When we called again the next morning the operator provided false information about office hours and we ended up at the office when it was closed, with a 2 year old with influenza A. Lastly we got a call from their office at 6:30 pm on a Friday that our 8 week old was exposed to he measles (5 days prior) in their office. Maybe it's time for a new pediatricians office.

Dr. Broeckleman and Dr. Bostwick are great! Many thanks for everything the Dr.'s have done. All the nurses are very caring. There is one very exceptional nurse named Marilyn. I don't know what we would of done without her when my grandson needed to have blood drawn. She is there to help him calm down. My grandson loves her and always has to give her hugs. The office staff is terrific too! Can't say enough about PPA. We were very fortunate to of found them.
