Pediatrics, P.C. was established in 1967 by Dr. Ken Fijan and Dr. Jim Lodge. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Hal Shriner and Dr. Larry Fletcher joined the group. We thank them for their combined service of more than sixty years of practice treating thousands of children and their families. Pediatrics, P.C. has continued to grow over the years into a team of five board certified pediatricians and two physician assistants. At Pediatrics, P.C., we continue to be strongly committed to providing excellent contemporary healthcare for all infants through early adults.

They have services for children of all ages, as well as resources for parents to help them guide their children through the various stages of childhood.
It's time to schedule your child's physical! Nebraska schools require all those entering kindergarten or 7th grade to have a physical. The American Academy of Pediatrics is now recommending yearly physicals for all children age 2 years and older. You may contact our office for a physical schedule for those under the age of 2 years.

Dr. Cruce has been both my children's doctor for about 4 years now and I have not had a single bad experience in that office! The communication in the office and to myself has been great. Dr. Cruce is funny, caring, and really gets down to my boy's level to make them comfortable. They actually look forward to seeing her!

Dr. Duensing is absolutely 100% the best pediatrician I've every come in contact with. He was recommended to me years ago when I had my first born. After moving out of state and having to take my child elsewhere it really did show where his knowledge stood. Upon moving back and getting pregnant with my second I automatically knew who I'd be calling.
He's so kind. So smart. And on top of things. He referred me to get an evaluation for my 18 month old because he didn't want to risk things seeming a bit off. I was able to catch my second child's autism early enough to be super proactive with his diagnosis. Thanks Dr. D you rock! Wish you could be my doctor too haha!

This office has been a blessing for my kids. We see Ashley Knapp, PA and as a parent I worry more than I need to at times. Her staff and Ashley have always been open to evaluate all options when figuring out a problem with the kids. When we need in it has always been the same day which avoids having to be seen at Urgent Cares. My kids also enjoy the fish in the reception area haha.from the front desk all the way to the provider typically a great experience.

We started at this practice when our doctor moved out of town in 2011. Our son has special needs and all the doctors have been more than helpful with meeting his needs. Our daughter was born premature and was a nicu baby Dr. Cruce went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the nicu and other hospital stays. She really knows her patients and what is best for them.
When she thought they needed to be referred to a specialist she takes the time to explain why and finds top notch Drs to send you to. All of the doctors here are amazing and spend the time needed to make the kids feel comfortable as well as the parents. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for an outstanding pediatrics office in Lincoln.
