Both the office staff and medical providers always provide detailed explanations and incredible results. It's refreshing to have confidence in all the staff to always meet my expectations. Everyone in the office was friendly and I felt comfortable receiving treatment from Dr. Pellegrino and his assistant. I am not a fan of needles but I felt more relaxed than I ever had!

Dr Pellegrino is the absolute best. He is very knowledgeable. His med tech Robin is wonderful. She is a god send and a total asset to the office

This was my second time visiting Jayme. She has THE BEST personality and makes you feel so comfortable, as does the rest of this very professional staff! I had a suspicious possible BCC spot on my face. Appointment was scheduled very fast. Minimal waiting time in a lobby. The staff was very polite & efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Carroll did not do a good job with my major abdominalplasty. I have had 3 other plastic surgeries from 3 other doctors and none of them scarred like this one. The scar doesn't look like a plastic surgeon closed me. Plus, one side of me is bigger than the other and feels like something's inside me. I've been bringing this issue to his attention for almost 8 months since the surgery. NOW.he says it's scar tissue and I'm being unreasonable and there's nothing he can do and because I was fat before, I should be satisfied that I'm not as fat - but still wide!

He said get a second opinion, which I will do! Oh and on top of that, the spa won't let me exchange a ZO product even though I can't use it because I have eyelash extensions and can't put the eye cream on top of my eyelids! They said use it on the bottom! This place needs to consider their policies and their surgeons!

A bunch of lovely ladies who do wonderful job. Very caring and personal. Every visit I have had here has been a very nice experience.

I was so nervous to go to a new Doctor, I always am, but the Doctor and staff made me feel so comfortable that my fears and nervousness disappear, I do recommend peninsula plastic surgery, to anyone that may need it.

Best service I ever received from clinical staff and doctor. The anesthesia personnel had me dosed perfect and I didn't experience any nausea afterwards. Great work there and pleasant team. Also very professional, explained and went over treatment plan entirely and answered every question big or small.

It was a great experience. I can't wait to go back for more routine maintenance and self-care. I walked out of the office in such a great mood because I actually felt like I had been truly cared for- and not just faceless name. It was also really nice to go to a spa where I was not being pressured to buy a product or service.
