Ariana and Dr. Taylor are amazing. They are very thorough and helpful. They showed compassion, sent prescriptions to the pharmacy and made sure I had what I needed. I recommend Peachtree immediate care for excellent care. I would go there again.

Made an appointment online for 5:45 after I got off work. I got off early and was able to be seen early as well. The staff, PA and MA were very pleasant and kind. This was the best experience I have had at a Peachtree Immediate Care facility!

From being able to schedule an appointment in forty five minutes to the friendly greeting as I walked in, I knew I had found a special place. I was really impressed with the doctor who was not only very professional, but personable as well. He listened to me and seemed genuinely concerned about how I felt. In no time, he had written me a prescription for two medicines that made a huge difference in just 24 hours.

After having been in bed for four days and feeling lousy, that was a welcome relief. I won't hesitate to recommend Peachtree Immediate Care to family and friends and will use them again for myself if necessary. Just can't thank them enough for being there!

The facility was great and the staff was terrific. No real wait time. The doctor was thorough and offered the PCR test for Strep and COVID. The only down side is the lab for tests results took a long time. Very comprehensive exam. I would highly recommend this facility.

Understanding my level of discomfort they were quick to get me back into a treatment room & started. Bedside manner by the Nurse & Doctor were excellent. Dr. Pharris answered all of my questions & even used some neat technology so I could physically see my condition. I'm not 100% yet but already doing much better, thank you all. 10/10 would return for treatment or recommend this facility & team.

Friendly, professional staff. Efficient visit. I made an appointment, so I was seen pretty much at my scheduled time. It was clear to me that the staff gave thoughtful consideration to their choices for patient care and I appreciated how informative my time with the doctor was over my reason for visiting. Thank you!

I didn't have an appointment, but was able to make one on the spot there. Apparently, that day, which was a Wednesday, you had to have an appointment although the sign on door states no appointments necessary. It was easy to book online though and I didn't have to wait too long. Receptionist was helpful and pleasant. I felt PA was very thorough. Overall, good urgent care center.

I was treated here recently by FNP Stevens and received excellent service. She seemed to really care about the problem I had, and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. The rest of the staff, from reception to the person assisting in treatment, were equally as welcoming. I will definitely go there again if I ever need anything, and I highly recommend this place to others.

This was such a pleasant experience! Making the appointment was easy (online the day before) and I provided all my ID and insurance information then so when I walked in (to a waiting room with just one other person) I had a very brief wait until I was called back. In the exam room I provided answers to a few basic questions. The test was administered and i then waited in the exam room for approximately 15 min for the results. They gave me a signed paper stating my negative test and I was on my way! Easy, efficient and quick!

My family and I went to Peachtree Immediate Care Brookhaven because we were extremely sick. When we walked in we were greeted with a nice and helpful front desk attendant. We were called back by a nice nurse who took our vitals, ran several tests, and listened to all of your symptoms. The family nurse practitioner (Robert Calvert FNP) came in and he was very caring, thorough, and knowledgeable.

He had the best bedside manner I've ever seen. This is one of the best immediate care experiences I've ever had in my life. If you are sick and want to go to a caring immediate care, I would highly recommend Peachtree Immediate Care Brookhaven. Keep up the great work!

Don't bother making an appointment. It apparently means nothing as every single walk in will still be seen first. And though there is a mask policy it is not being enforced. They were quicker earlier in the COVID pandemic. Staff are nice but systems are SLOW.

I was in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes. I was in the patient room for over an hour. - The tech and doctor lost my chart so by the time the doctor met with me, she didn't have any of my vitals. I was there for a heart issue and the tech misremembered by blood pressure and pulse (he told her my BP was 177 over 80 instead of the actual reading of 117/80). Luckily, I noticed the reading myself and was able to correct the tech, otherwise I'm sure the doctor would've been unnecessarily alarmed and may've potentially misdiagnosed/alarmed ME. - The tech took an EKG.

When the doctor spoke with me, she said the tech hadn't recorded long enough for her to 'fully assess'. She asked me very little about the history of my heart. From the wait time to the disorganization to the miscommunication/lack thereof, this was a poor experience and I would not recommend this location to friends or family. There were only 4 other people in the waiting room in addition to myself and I spent over 3 hours there.

My chart was lost. The EKG was pointless, few questions were asked to obtain a full scope of my heart health, and I was referred to a cardiologist. I could tell the doctor was having a busy day and she apologized for my wait but what was most disappointing was the care I received during the time I was there.

Brianna was a registration staff member outside for the COVID-19 testing at this facility. Her attitude was disgusting and rude. She was disrespectful and was speaking poorly on me to her fellow coworkers as I sat with my window down and listened to her. Her complaints included staying that I was rude because I wanted to know why she stated my insurance was inactive after giving me no information and walking off while I tried to get some better understanding of the situation so I could get advisement from my insurance company. Turns out.as I already knew.that Brianna was absolutely incorrect and my insurance was in fact active and they were magically able to give me my negative results back for my COVID test.

No apologies from Brianna for her clear mistake. Extremely disappointing service from a healthcare clinic where I am going to get some helpful services. Hope this is not the norm for this facility. Brianna needs to get some kind of training if she can't handle her attitude in the presence of patients. The remaining nurses and staff there for sign up and testing were extremely helpful and the only reason why I did not give one star.

I came here for a drive in Covid test. You have to have an appointment to get tested. You go on their web site and keep refreshing the page until a time is available. They release the time slots 24 hours ahead. It takes a bit to snag an appointment. There were several times that by the time I put in my information, the available time was gone. All in all, it took me about fifteen minutes of trying and refreshing before I got an appointment.

They recommend that you get there at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. My appointment was at 9:36 a.m. I pulled in at 8:59. There was a line of cars snaked around the building. Things did not seem to be super organized as they were opening up. I was also shocked at how little the employees seemed to be concerned about catching Covid. I saw a few employees not even wearing masks.

It was over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before I was being tested. The testing itself wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Uncomfortable for sure, but not painful. You pull up under the tent and the person testing gets your sample and then directs you to pull around to another area for the results. I was told that would take 15 minutes.

It was actually 35 minutes. My daughter was tested the day before and she said she was taken 10 minutes early. So maybe getting an early appointment isn't the best time frame to get in and out. There were so many areas that were not impressive about my experience but I was very thankful that I was able to get an appointment with relative ease and able to get my results in less than an hour. For that reason, I gave them four stars.

Covid drive through was quick and efficient. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed and was put into line right away. Waited 15 min for results. Team was nice and professional. Not sure about the negative reviews, but this team is in the heat all day and doing their best.

I woke up early 2 days before my required appointment date to register online and showed up an hour before opening to wait in line. There was a person going around telling everyone who has been waiting early in the morning that THEIR system crashed and we all have to go home and reregister at 930, threatening to ticket everyone in line (who HAVE APPOINTMENTS), taking pictures of license plates.

No apologies, just openly and blatantly threatening people to go home. People in line need this test to go to work and pre-registered for this occasion. They said they're supposed to take 200 but took 500 on Friday by mistake.

Very outstanding service here. My boyfriend fell on a really bad driveway and scraped his knee pretty bad and had to get stitches. A hospital bill would have been thousands but here it was a VERY reasonable price and without insurance. I SO very recommend this clinic to anyone. And not to mention the wait was not long at all! 5 out of 5 stars!

I was told my son could not be seen because his birthdate wasn't the same in Kaiser's database and was advised to give KP a call to check. Well I called and they had the CORRECT birthdate on file. Prior to this issue it seemed they do not like to deal with Kaiser patients anyway. So all seemed fishy! Very inconvenient and unprofessional when I had a sick child who needed care. I will not refer this place.

They don't take insurance if your injury stemmed from an automobile accident. They do not advertise this fact on their website. So if, for instance, you were to make an appointment for an afternoon the day before a holiday you might be too late to find another doctor. That happened to me.

I checked in ONLINE for appt at 7:35. I arrived way earlier waiting behind someone to get checked in. I was not called back til after 8:15. There were still 4 people left in waiting room when I was called back.some arriving way after me! When I left clinic, it was after 9 and I was the last one to leave. The waiting room was dark! I was the FIRST one called back and the LAST one seen by a doctor!

I waited so long! That is not right! Online check-in is supposed to save you time but it's just a sham to help staff with check in process. I waited so long unnecessarily to be told I have the flu and to be on my way. I don't understand why they saw everyone who came after me first. I was the first one called back and had online check in!

I even asked them to choose pharmacy that closed at 10. They should have known CVS closed at 9 being in the medical field and from the area. Im from out of state. I drove all the way there to find it closed feeling like death. The nurses were very nice and I don't feel like they were at fault but I was very disappointed with entire process.

I am new in town, and I needed to see someone today for a medical issue. This place is amazing! I saw Dr. Kris Manlove - Simmons, she gave me the best medical care. I also really appreciated her medical assistant today who was also very good! His name is James M., he was pleasant, and professional. The receptionist was very nice too! It was a speedy process, I think I'm in love with this place I will be back!

I got me a medical referral from this office as well. I was treated well today. I am glad I moved to Georgia I also made my appointment online and received speedy care! This place rocks!

They were able to handle my issue quickly and efficiently. I made an appointment online and they Had me in and out in an hour and a half. The staff were caring and funny, they listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. Plus, they took their time to listen, I didn't feel like they were rushing me out the door. I highly recommend this location.

Thursday at noon and you have to wait 2 hours to be seen just to get a prescription refilled. Quite ironic they call themselves "urgent care". They're adamant they take your payment as soon as they can but have no issue having you wait for two hours to be seen. If you're back up, they need to tell patients as they walk in. Not everyone has two hours to sit in a lobby.

Waited 2 hours to be seen and another hour and a half in the treatment room to be seen for a bad cold! Nothing was urgent about this place. I give them 3 stars because it was clean and the staff was nice and professional

I had to visit this center twice in the last week. I was having an issue with an impinged nerve that was causing muscle spasms and numbness. The first visit, I was seen very quickly. Reggie, who does intake, bp, etc was kind and professional. I saw Dr. Halliburton that night. She too, was kind and professional. But two days later, I was not improving, so back I went.

I again saw Reggie, who again was kind and professional. I met Dr. Manlove-Simmons. I had to wait a while to be seen that night, but it was worth it. Dr. Manlove-Simmons checked my hand/arm/neck and traced the pain. She determine which nerve it was, and explained how that led to muscle spasms. She ordered two shots, one for pain and one for inflammation.

She changed my medication. Within hours I was feeling so much relief. I understand that I need more time to heal completely, but I am on the way. I was so impressed with the office, and with every member of the staff. I hope not to need urgent care again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where I'll be going.

Best walkin Urgent Care ever! Still amazed at how professional and quickly it was to be seen and out by Dr. Manlove-Simmons. Who was AMAZING! I will return when need be, which I hope is no time soon.

My insurance was charged $500 for a 5 minutes with a PA. She did not even check my breathing, throat, nor hear beat. I had a flu.

I did not want to even give them one star. This was the worst medical care I have ever received. I was told I could get a cbc drawn with a result turn around time of 15 minutes. So after an hour's drive and my $200 payment already taken, I was told it would actually take three to four days for my result. I would have never paid it or driven that far if I knew this.

Neither the receptionist or nurse knew the clinic's policies, the nurse incorrectly drew my blood and did not call me with my test results. I now have a large hematoma on my arm. When I called this afternoon, I was told to hold for my results then told a nurse practitioner had to call me back to give them to me. She called to tell me that the blood hemolysed and i needed to come back in.

Why no one called me with this information, is beyond me. So I sit here with this big hematoma on my arm and out of $60 more dollars having to go to another lab. I WANT MY $200 BACK! YOU GUYS ARE DEPLORABLE!

Visit this care facility and got treated and at the time of the visit I was not informed that my office visit was $429 which is very high to me for a office visit ( I should have went to a major hospital for that amount). Know my Beef with this Facility is they sent me a statement December 24, 2017 which I received on the 30th of December. On January 3, 2018 they charged my charge $306 after Insurance deductions the full amount and didn't give me chance to pay my Bill with in 30 days of the statement. I thought it was a good idea to go there but I was very wrong about that. NEVER WILL GO THERE AGAIN. THAT URGEN CARE CAN " (YOU KNOW WHAT)". Yea you know who I am Acct#83990

This is a very nice facility. You never have to wait long to see a doctor. The staff is very professional. The doctor is always friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Peachtree if you need urgent care in the Snellville area.
