Dr. Plancher is a phenomenal physician. He goes the extra mile to ensure a positive outcome. He is one of the best educators I have met. Explaining why the pre & post-surgery instruction were so important to follow. I followed his instructions to the 'T' and had a fantastic outcome in 2016. Now in 2021, 5 years later I still have, strength, full range of motion and no pain so I consider my rotator cuff surgery is a huge success.
Now add that the staff is terrific. Highly attentive, thorough and kind. From scheduling, to follow-up and billing, everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. Great experience from start to finish.
