Starting with the initial call to set up a consultation to my follow up care, my experience has been seamless and flawless. Every single employee was kind, professional and CARING. The anesthesiologist was also kind and just as caring! I never felt nervous because I knew I was in excellent hands. Again, professional, honest and caring are the first 3 words that come to mind when describing Dr Ratliff. He is artistic in his profound ability and while making sure he relays realistic expectations. I highly recommend Dr Ratliff and his amazing staff.

Dr. Ratliff is absolutely amazing! I felt so embarrassed about my body and he and Beth made me feel so comfortable! I was treated with so much respect! Beth and Caitlin were so kind and available when I had questions. Dr. Ratliff has made my body beautiful and I couldn't be happier with my results! Dr. Ratliff and all the staff are amazing. I got a breast augmentation back in December and have had nothing but the best experience with them. I would Recommend to anyone and everyone, very professional doctor. The staff was amazing as well.all of my questions were answered before, during and after without hesitation! 3 hour breast lift, along follow ups and I feel like a new person! I was scheduled for March 2022, but due to cancellations and/or no shows I ended up receiving a phone call to move to October 2021! Thank you everyone in this office for the outstanding work and dedication, can't wait to come back!

Went for a consultation for a breast augmentation lift and a tummy tuck. Dr was very honest about not needing a lift and how the tummy tuck wouldn't be effective for me in particular. I had An area that wouldn't give me the flat look like most! Also his nurse and him were very honest about the biggest size implant I could go based off my measurements!
They could have easily told me what I wanted to hear and took my money but instead told me the truth and let me decide. All the staff were very friendly and informative. Didn't wait long in the waiting room and they took their time in the room with me answering all my questions!

Love my results and staff is top notch! I went to Dr. Ratliff for a procedure a couple years back and the results are still amazing. I'm so happy with the way the procedure turned out I recently came in for another consultation. Staff is still super friendly and welcoming. During my consultation Dr. Ratliff spent an ample amount of time listening and answering all my questions and explaining the process of each procedure. He even came back at the end to double check that I got all the information I needed. He is an amazing surgeon and I have highly recommended him to my friends.

I'm a nurse so I've worked with many doctors, many surgeons. Dr Ratliff is one of the best. Clear & concise about procedures, including talking me out of something that would be unnecessary & recommending only exactly what he thinks I need. Refreshing to get honesty rather than someone trying to get me to spend more money!
