• Dr. Garazo is a native of Hagerstown, Maryland. He returned in 1997 to become partners with Dr. Michael Hall at Plastic Surgery Services. The practice was founded in 1961 by Dr. John Clark.
• He completed his General Surgery Residency at State University of New York (SUNY), Health Science Center, Syracuse, New York.
• Dr. Garazo completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at Medical College of Georgia, Hospital and Clinics, Augusta, Georgia.

I was recently diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma on the side of my head by my temple in my hairline. Dr. Garazo did an amazing job removing all of the cancer and you can't even see the scar in my hairline! I'm so thankful and pleased with the outcome of this surgery! Dr. Garazo and staff are wonderful! He stitched up my face 18 years ago after a bad accident. No scar and 18 years later I had a basal cell on my nose so came to see him for removal. Still in the process of healing but I am expecting the same great results. His staff is friendly, caring and very professional.

I had a breast reduction done December 11th with Dr Garazo. From my first appointment to my last I was treated with professionalism, compassion and kindness. I was a little apprehensive but Dr Garazo assured me that everything would go well. The staff is amazing and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I would recommend Dr Garazo to anyone who is thinking about a breast reduction.
