Staff will arrange doctor appointments for participants and transport them to their offices while they are at the center. Nurses communicate with your physician and doctors to provide better care and help identify problems sooner. Participant vital signs are taken monthly or more frequently depending on the situation and physician orders. These reports are sent to their physician if any variances are detected. Participants spend time together with their peers, Certified Nursing Assistants, and volunteers from the community including students from local school systems.
