To Providers: If your patient has given you permission for access, you can download your patient's CCD medical information immediately. Our EMR calls this "Community Chart" and you can access required PHI at any time as needed. PVMED will transfer last 2 available years of PHI to a health provider via Direct Message, no charge.

Dr. Mary E Piergallini M.D. is Board-Certified in Family Medicine. She received her medical degree from Pennsylvania State University, College of Medicine and completed her 3 year residency in Family Medicine at Fairfax Family Practice Centers in Virginia.For 8 years she practiced Family Medicine with her colleagues at Prince William Family Medicine in Virginia.
