It is important to follow your doctor's instructions to get ready for your surgery. If you have not received directions from your doctor, call his/her office and inquire about it. You can expect one of our nurses to phone you the day before your surgery and remind you of some of the pre-operative tasks to remember like those listed below.

Said to be here at 7am by doctor's office. No confirmation call. The main doors were locked. Had to go to a side door that was never mentioned. Procedure was scheduled for 8:30 am. People with later times were taken before me. It is 9:30 am and I still haven't been seen. This place is a joke. It is run down and there is no customer service. Just one at a time, unlike more modern and up to date facilities. Obviously my doctor (Dr. Ball) is trying to save money, which is a shame. Do not schedule your surgeries here! It will be a big mistake.
