The staff is extremely rude and not helpful at all. They dont give any warning and will drop you as a patient for no logical reason. If you are looking for a good Doctor do not go here. To be treated like trash in the middle of a pandemic is terrible. I hope no one ever has to experience what I have with this place.

I really like the doctor, she's funny. When her nurse gave me a shot it didn't hurt as bad as I thought.

Absolutely Horrible! The staff & Doctor were appalling- I suffer from PTSD and was ridiculed in front of many waiting patients. Had an appointment, was made fun of, my phone was slapped out of my hand. Then was told to leave the property- she refused medical services to me even though she is my PPO; I usually see a APN through the same network due to her being busy but today she had me banned from the office.

The staff made fun of me, laughed at me, so so so disheartened at the lack of empathy from this "medical facility". Seems to a bunch of mean women who belittle people. By the way I was going in to be seen for Multiple sclerosis. Never go here.

If you've got a few extra hours to sit around sick folks, then this is the place for you! Went here for a few years. I thought it was normal to wait 1-2 hours for a refill until I visited another office. The receptionists are rude and they NEVER call back. On separate occasions: biopsy, blood test (twice), a $120 billing error, and not a single call back.

Want to feel worried? Have some tests done here and play the waiting game. Highly unprofessional and uncaring. Doctor Dillard is nice, but needs to straighten her business out.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews circling this clinic as mine was complete opposite. All staff were courteous and Dr Dillard was very professional. They helped me take all the tests I requested and had me in and out in under an hour. Will be continueing to use this location until I see issues that align with the other complaints here.

I sat there for 4 hours and never got seen. I told them I had to leave and couldn't wait any longer because I had to get my daughter from school. I then received a letter stating they could no longer see us. I call to ask why and they said rude behavior. How is it rude to say I have to leave and get my daughter from school? The manager is the rude one.

She was being very unprofessional when I called and was telling me that I was rude in February. If I was rude then, how did I not receive a letter then? This place is a joke and all they do is sit around on their phone and joke around all day while you have patients waiting for 4 hours to not be seen. I also paid a co pay to not be seen. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We have never had any problems going there like many obviously have. The receptionist to the nurse practitioner is always friendly and knowledgeable.

Attempted to re-start the weight management program. The red head that works the front desk to the right, walked to her seat, sat down, opened the glass window only to stare at me for a good 5 seconds, finally she says can I help you? My response was thanks for the greeting. She proceeded to check me in and advised me that I would have give a urine sample, I said that was fine.

I asked her how long the wait was and she said not long for weight management and advised me that I only had two people ahead of me. After, drinking dam near 2 water bottles and waiting about an hour and fifteen minutes. The lobby clear of the other 5 people that were waiting before me, leaving me the only one left. Two others ladies walked in and were advised they'd have to give a urine samples.

One of the ladies was immediately called back and the other lady was asked if she was ready to give her urine sample. I immediately jumped up and asked how much longer it was going to be? I was advised that I still had one person ahead of me. I immediately asked for my money back and expressed that I believed the staff member did this on purpose. I expressed that they needed to find someone who is personable.

I said i have been sitting here holding my urine and was never offered to give a sample. Apparently, all of the front desk staff have each other's backs and support this behavior. I will move on to a clinic with more personality and patient appreciation. Sadly, that was a waste of time and frustration. PEACE!

They charge for services not given. I called my insurance and told them. I think medicaid would like to know they charge for services not given. I was there 4 hours my first visit. They are rude. They only want your money, they are not concerned about treating you. Will not release your records to another doctor even with legal release signed. Will not sign an FMLA paper without charging $25.

Not a very intelligent doctor or just does not care. I only checked one star because I could not post unless I did. Will never return. Cornerstone has much better people working in their clinic.

The scheduling is terrible and the receptionist are rude. The clinic had scheduled multiple appointments at 8:30 am and the clinic does even not open until 8:30 am. Most employees were not even in the building at that time. Other patients had to leave because the receptionist forgot to "check them" into the system.

Are you kidding?!? Walked in with my girlfriend, (it's Her Primary Care doctor no less, ) with a severe sinus infection, leading to future (proven) breathing distress. and pneumonia. Paid $130 down for a 4:00 appointment. after 20 minute"suggested" that we go to the Emergency Room to receive immediate care. There was a plus one hour wait to see her after the agreed upon time. does "legal action" ring your bell?

Thank You for your care. and your "non-service." Do not overbook appointments. Happy to contact the State Medical Board, AMMD, and others concerning your "your level of care." BTW: I have an abundance of experience with Federal and State funding authorities. not to mention HIPPA, (two violations noted.)
