For centuries man has sought the "fountain of youth, " and this pursuit is still popular today as evidenced by the popularity of youth serums in print ads, news stories, infomercials and internet "informational" sites. Today it is impossible to escape marketing of methods and procedures that promise a youthful appearance and the happiness that goes with it.
The position of the brows affects the appearance of the entire face, but most importantly, the appearance of the eyes. The aging forehead skin thins and weakens, and brows tend to descend, causing the thick skin beneath the brows to cover the eyelids. By surgically elevating the eyebrows, the brows themselves can be aesthetically shaped, and the excess skin of the upper lids reduced, often minimizing the need to remove the eyelid skin directly. You have excessive forehead wrinkles and/or excessive upper eyelid skin due to sagging brows.
Chin augmentation is a relatively minor procedure in which the prominence of an underdeveloped jaw is accentuated with a solid silicone chin implant. Chin augmentation is often done in conjunction with rhinoplasty since a balance between the nose and chin are important to facial beauty. If you have a weak, receding, or asymmetrical chin, this procedure may be a suitable plastic surgery solution. Some patients seek this procedure after a disfiguring accident or to adjust a birth defect. Good candidates have healthy teeth and a normal bite.
Eyelid surgery, or blepharoplasty, which removes excess skin of the upper eyelids and the bags under the eyes, goes a long way to make one look younger. Blepharoplasty is ideal for patients with overhanging upper eyelids and heavy bags or puffiness under the eyes. Some patients may complain about heavy eyelids that obstruct their upper visual field.

I was one of Todd's very first patients. October 1999. His coveted father, Harlan, had a business relationship with my dad, Maj. Thomas M. Carpenter. They shared much in common, including their heart for service to others above self. Todd did my surgery and today, 23 years later, his work still amazes me. Dr. Pollack and his staff are the best! They always answered any questions I had and was always super nice and helpful. He explained everything in detail and made sure that I was comfortable during the whole process. I could not have found a better Dr. or team for my experience of having a tummy tuck. I saw Dr. Pollock for what I am sure was a minor procedure to him. Although minor, I was nervous and somewhat intimidated to even go see a cosmetic surgeon. Well, not here, not at all! All of his staff is wonderful. From the moment I walked in, I knew that I had made the right choice. Dr. Pollock was very kind and attentive to my concerns. He took the time to explain the procedure and address any of my questions. The actual procedure went very well, and I would not hesitate to see Dr. Pollock again in the future.

I got a bilateral mastopexy and liposuction to the back (bra) and flanks on 1/17/2020. I am so happy I chose Dr Pollock. His staff was/is amazing they called to check on me, very supportive, kind and attentive! Dr Pollock him self has best bedside manner, VERY knowledgeable, and TAKE HIS TIME with each patient! Texas institute for surgery was also very helpful kind and they made sure I was comfortable the day of surgery. Do your research on this man and you'll see why I chose him!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience and the outcome of my surgery with Dr. Pollock and his amazing staff. Dr. Pollock is truly one of the most talented physicians I have ever met. During my consultation, Dr. Pollock spent quite a bit of time with me breaking down the entire procedure and answering all of my questions. I am 2 weeks post-op and healing quite well.
I am following his post-op requirements, which was clearly explained to me prior to my procedure as well as a very informative booklet that I refer to quite often. His nurse Kim and the office staff are nothing but kind when I call with questions. I highly recommend Dr. Pollock for this procedure-I am beyond pleased with every aspect of my experience.

Dr Todd Pollock is an excellent surgeon! I would give 10 stars if possible. Not only is HE a caring, compassionate surgeon, his entire staff is extremely professional, and always available to answer questions. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Pollock as my physician, as there are many choices in the DFW area. I can't imagine anyone having a negative experience with him or his staff. I am thankful for the experience with him, and very happy with the results of my procedure! He is the best!

As a registered nurse I trained myself on how to intervene before things gets escalated therefore choosing a surgeon for my tummy tuck was critical especially since this surgery has many complications that can arise. I've went through many years consulting other plastic surgeons and no one popped up that I wanted or had courage to do this surgery with till I met Dr Pollock and his team.
He was referred to me by one of his patient because of his no drain tummy tuck and I wanted to learn more about it. come to find out his dad and himself created this technique. that's when I knew he was the one. and it was the best decision I made! Recovery is faster, I was up and doing chores the day after. Been able to walk straighter than others who has done the traditional way and lay in my bed on day 4.
I was coaching volleyball day 5 with minimal pain/stiffness! I highly recommend him as a plastic surgeon and will do it all over again with no doubts! And I love his team! They were all very supportive, caring, passionate, and was always there when I had questions.

Dr Pollock is the BEST! I have had 2 procedures done by him. He is professional, kind, caring and I could not have been more pleased with my results in both cases. I would highly recommend him! I'm sad reading the negative review posted below. One of the things I respected most about him was his medical background, knowledge and experience. He truly cared and knew what was best for my body; I don't have a medical degree so I need to trust the opinions of my doctors and this is one I trust!
