First time going been in pain 2 years The doctor didnt seem nice at all are welcoming want be returning i dont even think my mri was looked at no help at all

I have been seeing Dr. Roberson for several months. He did my shoulder surgery. He is wonderful. Very caring for his patients. Always answers all my questions no matter how long it takes. I highly recommend him.

My daughter was seen here. She dislocated her knee. She came out crying. The doctor that saw her told her she dislocated her knee because she was overweight and told her he had the perfect diet for her. He never examined her knee. He never asked her if she could weight bare etc. She was totally broken. This is unacceptable.

We were on time for a one o'clock appointment but the receptionist told us we would have to reschedule because we were supposed to arrive thirty minutes early to fill out paperwork. We begged to be seen because my wife was in allot of pain and it had been 8 days since her injury. We had tried to get there early but due to my wife's injury we couldn't move quickly enough. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and we were set away with out any consideration.

I was scheduled for a 7AM visit to examine a broken ankle. The doctor turned out to have the flu which I can understand, but the nurse practitioner refused to see us because she's "not familiar with that type of injury." The orthopedic center employee. Who isn't familiar with a broken ankle. Wish I could rate zero so I could match how much they care for new patients.

I have been receiving treatment for an injured knee from Dr. Matt Roberson. He has been great to work with. Very through and professional, but friendly and easy to talk to. I have a friend who had major knee surgery performed by Matt and is also pleased with the group. The staff have been very easy to work with, kind and courteous. No complaints at all.

The ONE and ONLY time I went to Carolina Orthopedics Center was for a consult for what I suspected was Tennis Elbow. The office staff was more concerned about the amount of work they had rather than the patient. And openly expressed their displeasure. The physician assistants were rude and non communicative. Did not respond to direct questions. Before the Dr would even see me they had to have an xray ($$). Dr. William Roberson was quick to write a RX for Physical Therapy with their sister practice ($$) for.

Tennis Elbow. Told me I had to come back in 6 weeks for a follow up visit ($$). Spent more time lecturing me about smoking than the reason for my visit (I'm 63 I think I know about smoking). 1. I never went for Physical Therapy 2. I never went back for a follow up visit 3. They sent my bill to collections (which I had paid) 4. They never responded to the Collections Agency who sent them proof I had paid the bill. 5.

They never responded to my numerous calls about paying the bill When I finally got a "live" person on the phone - the office manager is on vacation - doesn't know when he will be returning. The woman handling billing is on vacation - doesn't know when she will be returning! 6. Gave me another phone number at the hospital billing to call - it was the wrong number. My arm is healthy! I would NOT RECOMMEND Carolina Orthopedic Center on Patewood Drive Greenville SC to anyone. What a shame!

They stink, told me when I called, that they don't do broken bones. I fell and chipped my tibia, and tore my miniscus, and they could not help me? Duh? I thought that is what Orthopedic Drs do.!

If possible we would give it less than the one star. The staff was rude and unprofessional, uncaring and did not give us any assistance when we desperately needed help with our granddaughter. They kept the records we supplied and which we needed to get her help elsewhere, and would not release them back to us. I would not recommend them to anyone.

My son was seen here multiple times for various things. Feet, ankles and wrist.various childhood accidents. I appreciate the confidence and care, every single time. Staff was great and we always got great service!

Dr OBoyle is the best orthopedic surgeon I've ever dealt with. His staff is top notch. His bedside manner is wonderful. Him and his staff are so caring. They believe in doing their jobs right and fast. They have taken great care of my mother.
