I personally had no issues with my visit. I had an appointment so I didn't wait long. Every single person I interacted with (receptionist, nurses, doctor) was friendly, professional, and seemed genuinely caring about me and my well-being. The clinic itself was very clean with a pleasant modern decor. I feel like I went to a completely different place than the other reviewers

I'm glad I always read reviews first before making any plans. So very terrible reviews for more than two years, and NO response at all from the clinic. This place should definitely put an effort to better themselves.

I was hoping that Dr. Ansari would show a little more concern for me and my medical issues than my last PCP, but, I had an 11AM appt, and arrived 20 minutes early. Waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Then waited in the exam room for ONE HOUR 55 MINUTES. Had bloodwork done last week, which showed my ferritin was very low. (I had iron deficiency anemia years ago and had to get infusions. This nurse said I was just 'fine.' I guess I am going to have to go back to NOVA to find medical competence. I am sooooo disappointed.) Having troublensleeping

I've been going here for more than 10 years and these people don't even know my name or my medical history even though it's on their computer right in front of them if they took the time to look. I'm a heart patient with several other medical conditions that needs to be monitored very closely. The owners have gotten so arrogant, self-absorbed and lazy and hiring unprofessional, uneducated staff that will not read your charts when seeing you it's getting dangerous.

If it had not been for the Pharmacy I could have been in serious trouble with the medications prescribed me. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and the way they have run this nice place into the ground, I'm so sad, Maybe they need to put the patient first again and not the all mightily dollar, Shame On You All. My Life Matters to Me.

Terrible doctors office and staff. Took 3 days and 3 different prescriptions for the doctor to finally prescribe medication that I wasn't allergic to despite having allergies clearly marked in patient info. Labs were written wrong, and no call backs about results or correcting orders for proper labs. Front desk staff is rude and don't allow for any privacy when discussing personally information. Don't go here!

Live left 4 messages over a 3 week period. They have not returned my call. I had an appointment for a vision and audio screening the first week of January. The service was performed to standard however the results were never sent to the party that paid for the results LHI. Now I'm being held accountable by the military as having not completed my duty of getting the required screenings because primary & urgent care failed to provide LHI w the results.

Primary & Urgent Care were paid for my visit by LHI. If I can't get this resolved I will be filling a complaint. At this time I can't recommend anyone visiting this office if they want quality service.

My son sent forms to be completed two weeks before his SCHEDULED appointment. He arrived only to be told they did not have the forms and the doctor was not in the office. The nurse was extremely rude and informed my son he had a medical condition unknown to him. She did not even look at his records before she gave out inaccurate information that should only be used by a physician. This is a frequent occurrence of inefficiency and rudeness,

I walked in at 8:45 pm. Their hours stated they were open until 9:00 pm. I am not normally one to walk into an establishment right before closing because I know that means they have to stay past closing time. However, I was experiencing shortness of breath and I have asthma. I had been exposed to someone who tested positive for covid-19 A couple days prior and started having symptoms.

So I walked in the front door and stated that" I had been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID and I was experiencing symptoms, specifically shortness of breath and that I have asthma and I am concerned." I am 49 years old and I have had asthma since I was 2. So I have been dealing with asthma my entire life. There were three females at the front desk at the time.

Two behind the counter wearing blue and one white coat in front of the counter which I would assume would be a doctor or physician's assistant. One of the girls behind the desk stated that"I'm sorry to hear that but we are done seeing patients for today. We open at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow for walk-ins." I said thank you very much in a sarcastic tone and walked out.

She did not say that I should go to the emergency room or seem to be concerned about my well-being. In my opinion she just wanted to go home. So if they are open until 9:00 they should be taking patients until 9:00. Otherwise they need to post something on their door or on their website stating that they stop seeing patients at a specific time. About 2 minutes later one of the girls in blue came to the front door and locked it at 8:50 p.m. The public relies on doctors, physicians assistants, nurses for health, safety and well-being. If you are only there to collect a paycheck find a different profession.

Zero stars. After waiting for close to 4 hours with an injured finger (I get it, they were busy) I was treated so incredibly rude by the entire medical staff. The man who took my xrays was dismissive and rude, to the point that he chuckled at me. After my x-rays, I waited 45 minutes for the doctor to come in and see me (now I've been there 5hours).

With a sigh he started, why are you here? He had no interest in what was wrong or how he could help me. He told me everything was fine to just go home nothing to worry about. I asked for a better splint than my home made one. He looked my dead in the eye and said, you are fine. Five days later, I received a phone call saying that the x-ray was actually miss read and my finger was indeed broken and I needed surgery.

They suggested I come in immediately for a second consultation. I called them back and told them I would rather go to a real doctor elsewhere. Now months later, I'm receiving a bill for this service that says it's past due. I paid my co-pay the day I was there and never received any follow up bills. I have no past due balance. Shady billing practices is on top of their terrible service. Stay far away from this place. There are a couple other really good urgent cares down on Plank Road. Go elsewhere

I waited in the lobby for over an hour. Once I did get moved back to a room I proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes until being seen. It's been nine days and my prescription still hasn't been authorized. I would suggest driving down the road to the better med down rt 3 if needing an urgent care.
