I called the Somerset office asking for an appointment with Neurology in January 2022. The scheduler on the phone scheduled me to an appointment and to come in 20 Minutes, I told her that I can not make it. I got $25 charges for cancellation. I called 6 times and they let you go one answering machine and they are keeping sending me an invoice for $25. Its definitely a very greedy corporation.

In the summer of 2021 I experienced a serious medical condition. Everyone at the Somerset office has been amazing. I feel blessed to have Dr. Greenberg as my neurologist. He works with and advocates for his patients. I feel like I am fighting my disease with a team. I'm thankful for all they have done for me. Highly recommend this office and Dr. Greenberg.

This practice is not well organized and is hard to deal with, even though their Drs. might be alright (we only have seen 1). 1. When the office sends an electronic prescription, the pharmacy never receives it (might be the pharmacy issue). When write a physical prescription, on regular basis they end up having some errors and the pharmacy has to call the office (that does not resolve it for a few days) and I have to wait and keep coming back to the pharmacy for the meds. 2.

Hard to make an appointment. Usually have to wait for 3 months 3. The practice closes super early and has no answering machine (only emergency answering services). Thus for non-emergencies, one has to remember to call before 3 PM, or call back another day, like it is the only thing we need to keep in our heads. 4. Twice we were confused with another patient who has similar last name, eg we called for an appointment for Michael K but Sam K name got entered in. Remarkably, the receptionist was trying to convince Michael that he should have been Sam, releasing Sam's DOB with it. In summary, I am OK with their Drs, but hate dealing with the office. The trouble is, the other large neurology practices are even worse.

Followup is waste. If they knew there is no issue in the report then why waste my time. Waiting for 1 hour to see the doctor and he came and say thanks for coming. That is worst doctor office I have ever been to. Their motive is to get money from u. For each test they asking to pay copay which not needed, I had to remind them I can't pay the copay. It is just rip-off.

CAN I GIVE 0? ****One of the most unpleasant, disrespectful receptionist/w.e disregarded my feelings and thoughts/voice. I had to tell her persistently, my husband had an appointment. I was right next to him when he scheduled. I wrote it in my planner and took the day off from my job as a NURSE. To not only just blow off this unprofessional "Dr" office due to the lack of patient confidentiality! BUT. I'm upset with how I had to be rude and snarky back for them to speak to a DR TO GET HIM IN. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE ALONG WITH THE STAFF!

This was the best experience I have ever had in a doctor's office hands down. From their scheduling staff getting me in, to their COVID protocol, front staff, nurse, and Doctor Laconte, who knew a neurology appointment could be so pleasant!? I have been suffering from a "headache" for months now, and different office canceled my appointment after such a long wait.

This office was very understanding/compassionate and got me right in. Doctor Jennifer Laconte was so thorough, and for the first time in my life, I felt like she GOT me. I'm amazed and truly inspired at how someone can be so ultra brilliant and still down to earth, explaining things to me and not just mumbling and throwing out medical/neurological terms over my head. I'm excited to get to the bottom of this headache and get better. I feel very confident.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. I was waiting for authorization for an MRI. Since I never got the authorization before it was time for my appt, I decided to reschedule because I wanted to get the MRI done before I went to see the doctor so he could look at it and tell me if all is ok. When I called to reschedule I was told I would not be able to get the prescription for MRI until I saw the doctor.

I said ok, then don't reschedule, leave it for today. I took the day off from work, show up to my appt and they tell me I don't have an appt and the doc cannot see me today. If these people cannot get their scheduling right, then I don't trust these doctors with my head. Needless to say, I'LL NOT BE GOING BACK!

After not seeing Dr Devin Friedlander for a few years I went back for a checkup, I have PPMS. The front office staff was very pleasant as usual. The nurse said she was going to take my blood pressure and never did. The doctor came it with very little to say and seemed in a hurry. He wrote me a prescription for blood work, an MRI and medication for fatigue.

I explained a few issues I was having and he did not address all of my questions. He did not discuss why he wanted me to get 2 MRIs that I have to pay out of pocket due to my insurance. If he was having a bad day I understand, however he should not have come into work. Even the nurse seemed surprised the way he left the exam room in such a hurry. I would not recommend this doctor based on poor communication and seemingly little concern for my well being.
