I absolutely love the Parkville location! Super friendly staff and always so helpful. Dr. Jones is amazing to say the least! I feel so open to asking any and every question that may cross my mind when it comes to my daughter when talking to Dr. Jones! Priority Care Pediatrics was who I saw as a child and now my own daughter is seen there. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

When my son was born in May 2021, finding a pediatrician I trusted and who listened was a big priority for me. We connected with the practice and started seeing Dr. Falcone regularly. She is an absolute wonder. I couldn't recommend her more. She really cares about my sons well being over all and always answers any questions I have, big or small. Plus side too is my shy little guy absolutely loves her. We've also seen a few other doctors within the practice too who were also so great. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

We have been to all three locations and all of them were clean and provided great care. We have seen several different doctors and I have no complaints. Special shout out to Dr. Nguyen - she's absolutely amazing. She's so attentive and informative. She takes time to try to make the child comfortable and it's much appreciated. Love this place! If I could give it 10/5 stars, I would.

We have been taking our daughters to Priority Care Pediatrics for over 12 years. We have loved seeing Dr. Nguyen for their yearly health checks and have not had a bad experience with any of the other doctors when our girls are sick. They are responsive when you leave a message with a question and I've never had an issue getting an appointment when we need one. They have in house lactation consultants which is super convenient after giving birth as well as numerous other specialist in office.

Hi so my review is based off of 3 kids and several years of bringing my kids to this practice. I appreciate that this office is still practicing safe Covid guidelines. I appreciate the caring doctors, yes really. They listen. They take their time with the children and parents. Yes they fill up appointments quickly. Yeah you have to wait a while to see someone once you get your room. However, the doctors are professional and do the best they can I feel like.

To name a few I appreciate Dr Wohlwend, Dr Thompkins and Dr Neitzel. Dr Thompkins is someone I hands down would trust to look through my child's medical history. Any of the doctors here really. But Dr Thompkins took the time to make sure my oldest sons vaccines were completely up to date. I do recommend this office.

Priority Care should be named No body cares because they really do not show any compassion or and care at all. I am brand new father and looked around for good professional care for my son and this place has let me down several times. The doctor was nice but that is the least you expect from care provider who is responsible for the life your baby.

Numerous times I had to call for results to see if they have came and no response whatsoever. Also the trick with the lactation consultant got my family too for a good feee smh. Only reason I tried this place was due to the hospital but never again. Very poor communication and lack of responsibility, surprised still in business. Contacted the BBB to make sure about all the various billing claims and Childerns Mercy to please do no associate with them.

Staff and doctors are great but they have fees that I didn't agree with. They try to get you to pay $15 and you can use the nurse hotline unlimited, otherwise it's $20 per call. The insurance we use has its own free nurse hotline which i used, and somehow PCP got a report of that and wanted to charge me $20 for calling my insurance nurse line. PCP said they got billed by Childrens Mercy because i used the nurse hotline.

I tried explaining to PCP that i contacted my INSURANCE nurse hot line and got a call back from Childrens Mercy nurse line which is covered by our insurance. PCP insisted that anytime I use the nurse hotline, even by calling my insurance nurse line, I will be charged $20. When I contacted my insurance, they were unaware of this charge and said the nurse hotline is free of charge for members.

When I contacted Childrens Mercy, they said they dont bill clinics, they only bill patients, that PCP must have a private bill and Childrens Mercy found no record of bills for us.

Today was the last straw. After 9 years of our family being patients here we will be looking for a new practice. They treat the kids like cattle and cram in as many visits to rack up charges. They saw my 3.5 year old on Tuesday and I told them then it was Croup. A fever for 5 days with countless calls and waiting for test results only to be told after my umpteenth call Friday morning that they couldn't prescribe my kiddo meds and they'd have to be reexamined.but no appointments available that day.

Nurse tells me to go to "walk in hours" at the N. Oak location on Saturday or CMH Urgent Care. I expressed I didn't want to do CMH as it is unnecessary exposure and a lot more $$$. I left the call deflated, frustrated and angry. My kiddo had a horrible overnight and nobody got any sleep but I woke up extra early and my kiddo up even though they only had a few hours of sleep and were upset to get to the office only to be told "they stopped doing open office hours a year ago" and all the appointments were gone for today.

I asked to speak to our doctor's nurse and they sent me to the CMH Nurse hotline. So here I am on Saturday with an extremely sick kiddo being forced into an expensive and unnecessary visit to urgent care. What's ironic is that we can't do a telehealth appointment because kiddo needs to be "examined" so our only option is CMH Urgent Care.where I can sign up for a Telehealth appointment.

While the nurses and doctors are nice the practice managers only care about $$$. Sadly, this isn't the first experience we've had like this. Monday we start looking for a new practice.

I love the actual doctors and nurses at this provider. However, the way the office is run is often frustrating. We were required to schedule a visit with the lactation consultant for our new baby's first visit. She asked us questions and we answered them. She gave us advice on breastfeeding that isn't consistent with La Leche League or our certified lactation consultant that could have jeopardized our breastfeeding if I had listened to her.

She did not ask if we had any questions. It felt out of her way to answer the question we did have about pump flange size. I asked to be measured and she said they couldn't do that. And then gave me more information not consistent with our certified lactation consultant. To top it all off, we were charged for this lactation visit outside of the regular well baby visit.

We were not told we would be charged or that it was an additional service to the well baby visit, we didn't want the service, we weren't given a choice in it, and we received improper advice/no care for our question.

If I could give Priority Care Pediatrics a Negative star I definitely would. Every time we go we wait for over an hour- the staff is absolutely disrespectful. I only went because my childhood provider transferred there and I wanted my son to have the same experience but it's been totally opposite. I have seen almost all of the doctors and they have misdiagnosed my son three times.

If you waste your time here please only see Dr. Tompkins. I call multiple times and never get returned calls. They also apparently wanted my son to see a physical therapist but didn't share that information with me.then they considered that a no show. Every person I speak to is rude and disrespectful. I don't feel like they helped my son at all. It's pretty sad, I want the best for the children and Priority Care is not it

I have had great experiences here ever since our daughter was born. Doctors and staff are all very friendly. I've seen three doctors here (due to coming in to the after hours walk in clinic) and I've always been so impressed.

My experience echos many of the others across numerous review platforms. Doctors are very kind and considerate. I do disagree with their newly adapted stance on vaccines especially the highly controversial HPV vaccine. Administration side is a complete nightmare. Billing has been a disaster since day 1. I've had issues a few times when I've paid in the office and get additional bills for duplicate payments.

Good luck trying to speak to anyone on the phone or get timely return calls. I've brought my son to this office since he was a newborn and he's 5 now. They've had substantial growth and potentially lost sight of the overall customer experience. Loved the doctors but unfortunately will not return and would not recommend.

Love the doctors but the office staff, appointment line is terrible. I tried to set up an appointment recently and was hung up on twice and a third time had to leave a message. I have been with this office since it's beginning but as they grow their services seem to get worse. Maybe staying smaller would be better for customers.

All the doctors are amazing here and so nice. Forgot formula today and in the midst of my daughters crying doctor Grimes comes back in with a whole can. The nurses are amazing too. Highly recommend this practice.

The irritations of my prior review remain, especially the call in phone tree. I remain here because of the excellent care and attention, particularly Dr. Buzz. The opening of their new office in Liberty is wonderfully convenient, and uncrowded. The ability to call at 8:15 in the morning and request an appointment that day is beyond valuable.

I take my kids here. Love the doctors and nursing staff. The receptionist can be a pill, but I'm not paying her for her medical advice. Overall the staff is professional, and gives a vibe off that they care. The place is very kid friendly and clean too. If you need a pediatrician for your kids this is a good stop. They have a large enough staff, that you will be able to find a fav. In the event that you can't get in to see the doc you want, the doctors are competent and caring enough to fill the bill.

Blown away from start to finish. Clean, modern and efficient facility. Personal and friendly staff. They definitely take the displeasure out of having a sick kiddo. We are moving our whole family to the Liberty location once they open!
