Quail Creek Ear Nose & Throat - Robert H Stroud The Quail Creek Ear, Nose and Throat Center started in 2005 with one simple idea to supply the best care for disorders of the ear, nose and throat in a comfortable, friendly environment. Since then, we currently have opened a new facility and added another physician, but our main aim remains the same. We like patients to feel like family and friends from the time they 1st contact our team.

Just stay away! Dr. Stroud does not communicate with with the audiologist in his own office and sure doesn't communicate with his patients! Would give negative stars if I could!

One of the receptionist was rude. I called to reschedule my appointment, she asked for date of birth, I said that I Set-up appointment yesterday and was able to provide the year only (I called for friend of mine). I would provide name and date. but she insisted to have date of birth then hang up! I called back, she ignored me. The other receptionist that Set-up appointment for me day earlier was nice.

This place is disrespectful of your time, and do not warn you if they don't accept your insurance. We took our son here and they waited over an hour to see the doctor. Then when they scheduled our son's tubes surgery, they told us they don't accept our insurance and would have to pay the difference.

Fixed a lip tie in my infant. Asked my wife to see if this fixed his feeding problems. Then came into the room without knocking only 2-3 minutes later. As we tried to cover he he didn't pause, turn or look away, or apologize. No anasthetics we're used and the overall visit lasted about 30 minutes. The actual procedure was about 5 minutes. Maybe. Billed us 1,400.00

Doctors are nice and thorough but be prepared for at least 30 mins past your appointment time. They want you to show up early to your appointment and then make you wait forever. I asked the lady to the front desk and she just said that's part of it. How can that be part of it? Any other profession would go out of business if it treated its customers like that. Choices are very limited with insurance or we would find a dr with better service.

The receptionist, nurse, and other staff were so helpful and patient oriented Dr, Fin explained everything he was doing and why I felt so at ease I knew I was in good hands

Don't bring your kids here. The Dr. ran a swab test on my daughter and and she naturally gagged and slightly turned her head. He got upset then told my wife to control my daughter. My wife paid for the procedure upfront that day. After continual rude customer service we canceled the procedure an still waiting on refund that they said it'll only be half of the amount paid.

The new audiologist Marley in opinion was incompetent at her job. Her customer service skills were very poor. She was very unprepared for my appointment had not even pulled my chart to see what equipment I had. Did not not have recommendations for newer options. She seemed to inexperienced at her job to be able to handle the tasks at hand.

I suddenly developed pain and pressure and lost a significant amount of hearing in my right ear and about a month later developed tinnitus. The first time I saw Dr. Weinheimer he told me to add Afrin to my current regiment which included Flonase and a decongestant and come back in a month. I called back after a week and said I was still miserable. Went back in and he recommended a CT scan.

The insurance would not approve it that day so he tried puncturing the ear drum to relieve some of the pressure knowing it probably would not help because he had already told me there was no fluid behind the ear drum. It did not help. I went back for the CT scan and he said it was clear. Said it must be TMJ and that he would refer me to a specialist.

He NEVER made the referral nor did he ever check on me. I went back to my PCP and he wanted me to see an ENT in a larger city but wanted me to find out who Dr. Weinheimer would refer me to. I called and they said they would leave a message for his nurse. I waited four days and no one returned my call. I called back and was informed he would NOT refer me to anyone else.

After my review, I received a phone call from Dr. Weinheimer. I appreciated him calling. We talked about the issues that I addressed above. Therefore, I edited my review. My hope is that there will be some changes in the office so that this does not happen to another patient.

I am there for my son for the audiologist and occasionally for an ENT. The receptionists love him, he is such a charmer. They are quick with their work and nice. However, our audiologist has left for a different occupation. So we have another one that is more comfortable with hearing aids than cochlears.
