I love my doctor Dr. Kim but the office receptionist, Jennifer, is the rudest person I have ever met. QF should understand no matter how "quality" medical service they provide, condescending attitude of receptionists can cause patients to seek treatment elsewhere.

I was a patient of Dr. Mullen. She was the BEST! I only saw her once a year for an annual physical, bloodwork and pap. I was so so sorry to see her leave. Since she has left, I was bounced around with residents which I didn't mind because the doctor would always pop in. The receptionists are really key to the practice so when they mishandle a scheduled appointment, I was incredibly disappointed and asked to speak to the doctor and was told no.

I asked for a return call to discuss the experience. No call. I did receive a letter two days later saying our views were not aligned and I needed to find a new family practitioner. I miss Dr. Mullen.

I have been a patient at this practice since I was a teenager. In the last year they have become completely useless as a doctors office. On Sunday I hurt my back and neck badly. I already had an appointment for Wednesday. Called them on Monday to try to get in sooner. Spoke with am assistant as usual (because the real doctor never deals with anything anymore) and they gave me the run around.

They said they would call bac. They called me back 24 hours later for more run around. They didn't change my appointment and didn't offer me even a little help. This practice no longer cares about the health of its patients or is simply incompetent. As of today I'm looking for a new primary care doctor. It shouldn't take multiple attempts to get care for an injury.

I used to rave about Quality Family Physicians. Recently, there has not been anything 'quality' about this office. My father asked to visit with a doctor and not only did they deny his request, they kicked him out of the practice. After Eun Kim's departure from the practice, my entire family was sent an email notifying us that we were all no longer patients at QFP. Absolutely disgusting treatment of long-term patients. I would not recommend Quality Family Physicians to anyone searching for dependable, quality care.

I have been going to Dr. Kim since I turned 18 and was no longer able to see my pediatrician. I absolutely adore her and have for many years. I also really like Coty and Lindsey, who I don't actually think is there anymore. After dr Kim decided to leave the practice, however, QFP sent a letter with absolutely zero notice that they would no longer be able to see me as a patient (or my mother or sister).

No option to switch to another provider at the practice, no assistance with transitioning, and an expiration date on the amount of time they give you to transfer medical records, meaning I have to find a new doctor ASAP or else I lose all of that. What an absolutely disgraceful way to treat patients who have been trusting the practice for years. I hope they eventually learn that dismissing half of your patient base is not a good move, but I'm sure karma will not do it's job and they will continue to operate in this manner. Just absolutely shameful.

A lack of quality from "Quality" Family Physicians. Very disappointing. I had been a patient with the practice for over 5 years, until they dropped the majority of their patients with barely 2 weeks notice (during a pandemic, no less). Unfortunately, two of the doctors left the practice so letting patients go in and of itself is regrettable but understandable.

However since then, even though we are still well within the promised 2 week grace period, my family has been unable to get a return call when inquiring about medication continuity while we search for a new provider. The reality of it is that finding a new PCP is difficult during the best of times, and with COVID still in full swing, it's even harder. Ironically, QFP themselves stated in the patient dismissal email that there is a "shortage of primary care physicians" in Delaware, which makes this termination of care with little notice that much more discouraging.

On a positive note, my family will no longer be subjected to the front desk staff, whose behavior varied from frigid and dismissive to downright rude and condescending. As a former admin & service industry professional myself, I like to think I'm more than fair to folks having a bad day, but the two women I usually spoke with were so consistently rude that I'm no longer inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt. Additionally, perhaps now we can find a practice where we can actually see the doctor, as opposed to a PA or Nurse Practitioner (both of whom were honestly great, but we were literally refused consultation by the doctor herself when requested).

All that said, I would be remiss not to mention that Dr. Kim, who is no longer with QFP, was hands down the best doctor I've ever had. I wish her the best of luck, and her departure leaves very little in the way of redeeming qualities at "Quality" Family Physicians.

I had been a patient with Quality Family Physicians for almost 10 years until they recently dropped me back in February. I had visited their office February 17th for a follow up visit and about a week later I received a letter saying that Dr. Eun Kim was leaving and they would no longer be able to take care of me. The date of the letter was February 17th the same day I was in the office and not once did they mention to me that this was happening.

They even had me schedule an appointment for June knowing they wouldn't be able to take care of me in June. I also have medication that is about to run out and am not able to get a refill due to them no longer having me as their patient. I also keep calling about getting my medical records transferred to my new doctor's office with no response or call back.

This is very unprofessional and absolutely disgusting to do to people. To make matters worse I cannot get into my account with Quality Family Physicians which has all of my medical history! Whatever you do, DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE!

I found Wiley to be satisfactory. Later on you will find you don't get to see Wiley but are forced to see PA and charged the same. Oh the PA should be supervised. I think not. They set up appointments you don't need. They nickel and dime you and only work with insurance companies that benefit their bottom line. All in these are not doctors, they are a practice where money comes first and practicing medicine second. You can tell when you walk in and there are just a few patients. The reception staff are nasty and could care less. Stay away - far far away.

Dr. Kim is seriously my savior. I have had a very bad chronic illness that is multi-faceted but she has been able to guide me through and help me face this. I know the practice isn't accepting new patients but I respect their decision because they are so full of patients that they do not want patient care to suffer because of having too many patients. I commend them for thinking of their patients first.

I'm new to this practice and am very happy I chose to go here. The staff is unusually nice and efficient, and my Doctor helpful and knowledgeable. They also have some helpful online patient services. I was able to take care of the necessary forms before ever walking in the door.
