Dr Ramesh is a AMAZING doctor but his staff and his weekend call line is horrendous. My mom has covid and I've been trying to get him to call in a infusion for FOUR DAYS. It's a simple task of telling the Dr to send in a script asap. If my mom dies I 100% blame the call line and the front desk staff for neglecting to immediately tell the Dr what is going on.
