For a professional place they fail. The phone staff is rude and not professional, they almost never answer the phone. scheduling an appointment is difficult. They are supposed to help people its there job yet they fail at almost everything. It is very disappointing and annoying.

The worst clinic you can find in California. bad service from the employees who record you. the doctors are not responsible with their appointments. if I could give zero I would give them zero

I gave them one star because there's no way to give zero stars and still leave a review. I have been going to this Clinic since before I turned 18. Now that I am 18 and a college student they require me to miss one day of school and work to come register before they will let you talk to a scheduler. If i didn't need Dr Karina ( she made my diagnosis) to fill out paperwork i wouldn't be bothering with these people.

I guess they provide a service to low income families, but nobody should be subjected to treatment like this. I guess they feel like they can treat people like this because some dont have a choice. SAD really SAD.

What an absolute clown show of a health clinic. My coverage with Anthem Blue Cross recently began and Ravenswood was auto-selected to be my Primary Care Provider (PCP). What a mistake that was! I am in a special situation where I am out of state assisting with an elderly parent for a few months, so I needed to schedule a doctor's appointment for a very specific week in Oct when I would actually be back in-state.

All I needed was to schedule an appointment with an available doctor MORE THAN ONE MONTH AHEAD OF TIME. I had my insurance information and everything you would think you need to complete this very simple task- BUT NO! Ravenswood requires you to SHOW UP IN PERSON to register as a new patient. You have to show up in person in 2021-with phones, internet, and a million ways to do things remotely-just to even get to the scheduling step!

Do you see how ridiculous this is?!?! I immediately called Anthem Blue Cross back and had them change my listed PCP to someone-anyone-more competent than Ravenswood Health Center. The fact that they put up so many inconvenient, unnecessary barriers for new patients to just SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT is insanity. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Every time I call no one answer. And this is at the beginning no one has answered to tell me to hold. I am already on hold. It's ridiculous. I currently hold today for almost an hour and when someone answered finally it was to late my phone died. So now I'm on hold again. Is it better to just walk in and schedule because all the admins are too busy to pick up or they all go to lunch at the same time. I will post a phone of my hold time so you know I'm not kidding.

If you want an appointment, don't call. Just go to the facility. Also, don't expect professional services, front desk reception does not provide professionalism. Also, don't expect an appointment same day, you'll have to wait weeks for an appointment, by then your arm would fall off. Good luck!

Today I posted how hard it was to get on the line with someone. But I had to repost bc I was helped and was taken good cared of. I want to recognize an admin thats always there for me when I call and go over and beyond every time and her name is Kinia Pahulu, thank you for helping me in time of need. And I want to thank Dr. Faye for seeing me today and transferring me over so she can be my primary dr.

She's helped me get back to work bc of covid symptoms I struggled with and got me medication I needed for my health. Thank you all for making my day today. I just wanted to make sure Ravenswood Family health clinic know how great these two are as employees. They did a great job and I'm so grateful for them.

Don't bother if you are new to California. They are extremely rude, talk over you and just transfer you to an empty line. Very difficult to establish care when they don't care!

I was referred to this place for my child and I wouldn't go there let alone my child. I can't believe how unorganized and unprofessional the staff is. All they do is ask for your name and number and that someone else will call you back. After repeated calls and a few days of this, I found a better dentistry office for my disabled child.
