Dr. Alejo is very unprofessional. I really wanted to like her but after it took us 4 weeks to get an appointment with her and then she NO SHOWED to our appointment that we were very much looking forward to. I determined that she doesn't respect our family's time and it is a poor reflection on her professionalism (or lack thereof). She was also very condescending in the phone message she left and did not even address me by my name in the VM.

I will NOT be working with Dr. Alejo and would not recommend her to anyone. Also other reviews here have confirmed that she is like this with other patients.so disappointing!

We were impressed with Dr. Nick in the initial interview, but he was never available for actual appointments. Dr. Alejo was overreaching and condescending. She discouraged breast feeding at under one week old, and pushed us to use the clinic's recommended formula, which was clearly a paid placement by Enfamil. "Take this free bag and Enfamil sample pack." Dr. Alejo asked what I thought of my newborn's color.

I said the baby looks healthy. Dr. Alejo strongly encouraged us to get lab testing for jaundice done immediately at their associated lab. which was at the hospital during a pandemic. I reluctantly brought my newborn to the hospital and had the testing done. Sure enough, the baby was completely healthy. Dr. Alejo encouraged us to make an appointment the following Friday, which would have been the third appointment in one week, and in the newborn's first week of life.

I said that seemed excessive. She disagreed. I was pestered with manipulative calls from the front desk when I told them that we would not be going to the appointment. We have since switched to Dowd Medical in Reading. The difference is night and day. Our baby is doing much better without the excessive poking and prodding, and we no longer have to deal with disrespectful staff.

I love everything about Reading Pediatrics! They truly care about our daughters well-being. They are honest with their advice. Their new urgent care office for sick calls takes some of the stress off keeping our kids healthy. Thank you Reading Pediatric Associates!

Best place Hands down. Love the doctors here and their on call system. Seen both Dr. NICK & DR. MIN. love that they have med students. Didn't love that I had to repeat my issues in detail to 3 different people at her checkup : nurse, med student then doctor. It was exhausting. Also 1 nurse that is condescending. I'm in my 30s & work with children & she talks to me like I'm 18.

Everyone is always so helpful. We love Dr Min, she always makes the kids and myself feel at ease. She always provides great feedback and recommendations. We never feel rushed, she truly does care about their well being as well as the entire families.

My son has been going here since he was born (2 years). Everyone here is wonderful, from Dr Nick and Darcy to the front desk team and the billing dept. We've been twice with pandemic protocols and they are above and beyond. I have recommended them to several friends and family members with children.

My family loves Reading Pediatrics and especially Dr. Min! The staff, nurses, and doctors are caring, efficient and really take the time to address any and all issues. They have decades of experience and I'd recommend them without hesitation. Post-Corona, the procedures and safety measures were excellent. I felt extremely safe and so did my son.

Our kids have been coming to RPA for ten years now and we really like this practice. Staff is caring and warm and the physicians and nurses are top notch when it comes to child care and attention to detail. The offices are very clean, up to date and child friendly. Appointments are not difficult to get and the morning walk-ins are a huge bonus (you know how often kids come down with something). Visits themselves are very punctual and the team makes sure that you know what to do, if your child needs additional care. My wife works in the medical industry and has very high regards for this practice, and so do I. Its great to have a pediatric facility such as this in Reading.

I would not choose any other practice for my kids medical care. The staff at RPA are so professional and courteous. They are very willing to listen and work with you in any situation. Dr. Nick has a heart for kids he works hard to make the kids feel at home while getting medical care. The services are outstanding and incomparable.

The doctors and nurses are just so caring! The place is spotless and nice. I mentioned to the doctor that I was worried about my 3yo behaviors because she seemed a little off lately and I was concerned that she might have some degree of autism, and Dr Min not only helped me tremendously at the office, but she also called me a few days later to give me more ideas and recommendations to where I could take my daughter. The staff is so respectful and sweet, my kids actually love going to the doctor. I recommend this place to everyone!
