There is a list of things I could write and go into detail about. The bottom line is, I was so saddened by the lack of support and guidance. I never saw Dr. Hage and he did not deliver my baby, which I was later told by many healthcare professionals, was not normal nor right. Initially, I was so upset and disappointed with the way practitioners spoke to me during my first pregnancy, my most special pregnancy.

And at my last appointment for my 6 week check up, I went in with zero expectations and knowing that this was the last time I would be coming back to this place and I was shocked at the 3 minute discussion with the NP who didn't check my incision, didn't console my concerns with breast feeding, didn't give any advice, and referred me to Instagram to get information because she didn't want to take the time to talk to me or provide some information about what I could do for myself.

I would hate for any other women to feel alone, not heard, not supported and not cared for during this season of life. It truly saddens me that women think this is acceptable service and this is their only choice. There is better out there.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I never actually met Dr. Hage, only the nurse practitioners. They misdiagnosed me with hyperthyroidism in my second trimester of pregnancy. I tried to tell them I thought they were wrong- I had no symptoms. They treated me like I was stupid and demanded that I get on medication. I got a second opinion from my regular doctor and it turns out I was right, my thyroid levels were normal.

When I confronted them about the misdiagnosis, and how angry it made me, they dismissed how I felt and said it was a mistake. Who knows how that medication (that I didn't need) would've affected my baby? But they didn't care. Basically told me I was overreacting. I refuse to ever step foot in this facility ever again. Take everything they say with a grain of salt, because they clearly don't know what they're talking about.

This is the THIRD time I'm writing this review, because my previous two disappeared. Long story short, I'm 47-years-old, and Dr. Hage had been my gynecologist for several years. I went to his office in 2021, complaining of excessive menstrual bleeding (continuously for more than a month). They recommended the procedure endometrial ablation.

During the pre-op appointment, I was told by a nurse practitioner there, that it would "help stop the bleeding." I had NO IDEA it would literally be scarring the lining of my uterus, thus rendering me infertile. I found out four months post-op when one of Dr. Hage's staff called me to see how I was feeling after the procedure. I said I felt fine, but I still hadn't gotten my period, yet.

And she said, "Oh, you won't!", and proceeded to tell me more about the procedure. My heart dropped. I was not told that beforehand. I was devastated. She continued to explain that, at my age, the chances of getting pregnant were 1-3% if any, anyways. I felt like, instead of admitting their apparent negligence, they tried to justify it with that?

To this day, I still feel sad and angry when I think about it. That decision should have been MINE to make. Hopefully my review won't get deleted again. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.

So very disappointed in my experience. I have been a patient for over 5 years - multiple pregnancies. I came to Hage because that's who EVERYONE suggested to me, but after sharing my experience, people have told me the care has changed so much because it is nothing like it used to be. I'm sad to write this because I did love the people there, but I've had issue after issue.

With multiple pregnancies, I only actually saw Hage a few times, and he was at neither birth, even though the second was born at 11:30am and he visited that morning and said if I had the baby after noon he would be there. Disappointing since hospital is right across the street from his office. I have had about 5 issues with incorrect medical information being told to me (twice during an ultrasound), and another one of which the wrong person's test results were in my chart even though I had not even been tested for this.

I was billed incorrectly and had to call my insurance company to rectify the situation and then go back to the office for a refund because they made a mistake. With my second pregnancy, I had a schedule of my appointments in advance towards the end since you go so often. The majority of times, I would get a call the day before to reschedule my already scheduled appointment by one to a few hours.

With already having arranged childcare and work schedules, this was such a hassle for me and eventually I just learned to say no- but found it unprofessional of them to run their business this way. Also, appointment times keep getting longer and longer. Multiple times I have waited over an hour before being seen, and the last visit I was in the office 1.5 hours. Lastly, I have not been called back on multiple occasions- one of which was during a medical episode that was quite urgent and they were aware of.

This last time, I wanted to get in to make another appointment, called a week and a half ago, never called back. I have given so much grace to the office considering all the issues I've had over the past 5 years, but enough is enough. I wrote an email directly to the office expressing my concerns, and letting them know I would be seeking care elsewhere, and they did not even both responding or reaching out to me. I shouldn't be surprised- this is how businesses run these days. No one cares if a customer/patient has been treated poorly. Very sad. I hope they get better.

They couldn't schedule me an appointment even though I'm 15 weeks pregnant. It's easier to get an abortion then get prenatal care here. I cant believe how hard they make it for you to get any kind of prenatal care.

This doctor thinks he's the Messiah! His staff are not confident in their job roles and refused to schedule me an appointment with the actual doctor, without something from my doctor, which was faxed twice. Their office is completely unorganized and after trying to schedule an appointment for 7 days, I decided that the lack of empathy and concern for my well being that this is not the office for me.

I had the best experience I have ever had with an OBGYN! I have been going yearly since I was 16, and have had horrible experiences. For the first time in 20 years, I felt heard and seen. Shannon, the family nurse practitioner who saw me, was excellent! She made sure that I understood everything, and explained in detail every question I had. I would highly recommend her!

I am so grateful that Dr. Hage performed my surgery in May 2021. He was so nice and even called me later in the evening to make sure I was ok. I was back home from surgery within 4 hours and had no complications. Both of his nurse practitioners were very nice and informative during my pre and post surgical process. His office staff are great as well and I was always seen on time. I highly recommend them!

What I love about this place is a nurse practitioner named Shannon, she is truly the best person that I've ever encountered. I've had multiple appointments with her already but just with my first, she made me and my baby feel so loved and cared for. I seriously love her attitude and professionalism at the same time, I wish I could talk to her boss so she can get a raise just for being so good to me and to everyone else I'm assuming. You won't be disappointed with her at all!

Dr. Hage is simply the best. Incredibly smart and caring. I have had quite the journey delivering my babies and had many medical issues and Dr. Hage did absolutely everything to make sure the babies and myself were treated with the highest care possible. He is not only an amazing doctor but he also cares so much about his patients. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

The staff at this office are beyond sweet and care for their patients with kindness when in the office. However, there have been many things through my pregnancy that have made me very upset and stressed out because of this office. I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I have felt a burning sensation similar to a UTI for the past 3 weeks. When I first felt the pain I asked to have my urine tested, I came in the same day and had my sample taken at the lab in the same building, I did not get my results until 4 days later.

So I continued to sit with the pain. The results came back negative and they sent me home, but like I said I still had pain. I insisted to come back and get further tested and they scheduled me for a swab and promised me the results by a certain day and then never called me. So I have been sitting here still to this day with pain that i have no idea what it is and it has been 3 weeks and they won't answer my calls.

They also have left me waiting for up to 40 minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room on multiple occasions which has left me in tears and unable to enjoy my appointments. They have no nurses call line or way to call and ask questions over the weekend which I think is ridiculous. They don't answer calls, don't get back to you unless you bother them repeatedly, and leave you waiting around for extended periods of time. I wish I would have found an office that is more proactive about my baby and I's health.

Clean office, polite staff, and got the best care with Shannon. She always made me feel at ease, respected my decisions, and gave me clear responses to all my concerns. I'm sad to leave their office for the remainder of my pregnancy due to not wanting a hospital birth after all but I will definitely continue to recommend this place.

I recently delivered and I've been seeing NP Jeanette. Every appointment I've been greeted with smiles from the moment I walked in. I never waited more than 10 min for my appointment. I always had every question answered by Jeanette and she always calmed my nerves when I was worried about certain things. The ladies in the back were amazing too!

When I needed paperwork completed for work, Stephanie was super attentive and completed the paperwork same day. I'd def recommend this office and I'll be back in the future.

Visited as a new patient yesterday, the wait time could have been better but Shannon, the family nurse practitioner I saw, was excellent! Great bedside manner, very friendly and made me feel like I could trust her opinion and practice. I will be visiting her again I the future when needed. I would give them 5 stars but for two things - My appt was at 2pm, I wasn't actually seen until closer to 3.

Not the end of the world, I've waited longer for my regular doctor, but just something to be aware of if you have a busy schedule - There's an additional 3% charge if using you credit or debit card for Co-pays or other payments. I understand there's fees they have to pay on their end when CCs are processed but a heads up would have been nice so I could at least bring cash.

Been going to Dr. Hage's office for years and just saw Shannon, NP for the first time and WOW. She is amazing! Awesome bedside manner and made me feel comfortable instantly. Did a great job at explaining things in simple terms I could understand and also. just get the vibe that she really enjoys her job. Always a plus. So excited I get to see her now! I hope she's still there when I decide to start having babies lol

I wish they would turn off the televisions in the office, or turn down the sound. Ugh. Nothing to comment about anything else yet. Still waiting for my appointment.

I love Dr. Hage and his staff. He is by far one of the best doctors I've ever been a patient of. I recently had a surgery (number 10), and it went so smoothly. His bed side matter and personal interaction is something I will never forget. I wish that all my history of surgery and hospitalizations were even half as good as the care I received from him. I'd give him a hundred stars if I could. I was lucky to have him as my gynecologist. Thank you Dr. Hage you have been a God sent to my family and me.

They need to re train the rude and clueless receptionist on letting patients know important information instead of making it seem like it's the patients fault for not already knowing

I LOVE DR. Hage! NP Langston is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been going in since 2012 and I WILL NOT have anyone else perform my c sections. I only see Dr. Hage during delivery but I always have enough time to catch up and talk about life before he hands me my baby lol Angela in the front is AMAZING! CNA Stephanie is always happy! Maybe they need to hire me for marketing hahah anyways I seriously love this place!

Nurse Practitioner SHANNON MABIE is the absolute BEST! She has the best bedside manner and actually takes time to listen to you and help in any way she can. She made me feel so comfortable (as comfortable as you can getting a pap ) and was very professional! I would recommend her to every woman I know!

Dr. Hage was extremely arrogant, rude and demeaning during my appointment with him. He was dismissive when discussing my recent diagnosis of HPV and Cervical Mass. I don't feel that this man should be allowed to practice in a specialized profession such as OBGYN. He presents as an individual who cannot treat strong, independent women. SAVE YOURSELVES THE DEGREDATION LADIES! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DR.'S OFFICE!

With all the hormonally compromised patients this saintly doctor attends to, you'd think he'd have a knighthood or a street named after him at the very least! I've been going to Redlands OBGYN for more than 10 years now. This is the kind of doctor you switch insurance providers for! Dr. Hage and his team have now delivered 4 of my 5 children. I feel like Dr. Hage can not only handle any medical curve ball that pregnancy will throw at you, but he also helps you feel like there's nothing to worry about, because he's got this!

The brains and the bedside manner?!? (Calm down ladies, he's married!) Lastly, what an amazing staff! I didn't think they'd be able to replace Debbie, the amazing nurse practitioner that retired years ago, but I'm so glad to be wrong! I loved the nurse practitioners and the incredible staff! The wait was never more than 5 minutes, the office is very clean and the hospital where you deliver is literally across the street from the doctor's office and it's all surrounded by orange groves! 5 stars across the board!

Having a baby is a life changing challange, but having to find the right doctor to first deliver your baby is the most intense and hard things to do. I had to think over and over with these words, that is not just a review, it is a thank you! A thank you to the staff, amazing nurses. perfection on the staff. Really trained, amazing with clients, receptionists explain thoroughly good with instructions.

The nurses know and explain every step of your pregnancy, amazing facility, super clean and well maintained. The doctor was amazing he talked to us, explain to us and answer everything and every question I had. The time to my baby girl delivery was amazing. it was sad that doctor Hage was not able to be there but let me tell you something, his colleague that was there to deliver was amazing and did a great job. (Not having your original doctor to deliver you is not bad doctors are humans to and they have a life) Doctor. Hage came the morning after my deliver and assured my delivery was perfect.

So thank you to all the staff of doctor, Hage for having such an amazing delivery program with me and I'm sure they do the same with other patients thank you! Keep the good work!

I just delivered my first son with the help and care of Jeanette and Dr. Hage. Staying pregnant was not easy for me, and Jeanette listened to my concerns and helped me carry to full term with my son. The office staff is amazing. Every time I came in they knew who I was, when my husband wasn't there they would ask about how's he's doing.

They made us feel like people and not a number. We always visited with Jeanette and had the same Medical Assistant so we never felt like we had to repeat ourselves at our appt. because everything was well documented. I was diagnosed with gestation diabetes. I was concerned that I had still never met Dr. Hage until late in my pregnancy but the moment I did, I was so comfortable in knowing he would be delivering my son.

When it close to delivery and we realized my son would be larger due to the diabetes, Dr. Hage called me personally before I left the Parking lot and was so knowledgeable about me personally. I was impressed seeing as I had only personally met him once. He said he was monitoring me for weeks, based on his knowledge I believe him. He made my husband and me comfortable in our decision to schedule a csection.

Once in the csection, my husband was waiting to join me in the OR and he has continued to tell people how kid Dr. Hage was in making conversation with him and easing his nerves. We wanted to circumcise our son as well. And his pediatrician was unavailable to preform the procedure until 2 weeks post delivery. We were not comfortable waiting and dr. Hage got him in within 24 hours of me calling to ask.

Everything went great! Lastly, I had some complications post csection ( not due to dr. Hage, just freak things that happen) and Jeanette called the next morning after my trip to the ER and checked on me. I was no expecting that, but she helped ease my nerves of what happened and I felt so much better speaking to her. I highly suggest using this office. I could not have had a better experience. Especially with all the unforeseen events of my pregnancy.

Wait times were very short. I felt like I was able to ask all my questions without being rushed, and the PA I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. I'm very happy that I found them, and would highly recommend this clinic. Assistants and front office were also very kind.

Receptionist at the front desk is always rude and has a terrible attitude. Younger Hispanic female plus size. The worst part is they offer no patient confidentiality. When you provide a urine sample the front desk gives you a cup in front of everyone in the lobby and they make you use the hallway restrooms. Then you carry your urine cup back to the office and walk through the outside public hallway and through the lobby area and take it to a restroom they have in the back.

When I asked if I could please use the restroom they have in the back office the receptionist said it was out of order so I had to use the public restroom. It was so humiliating, and this isn't the first time they say the restroom is "out of order" will not be returning for these reasons.

Took a couple of weeks to get in for an appointment, which is fine I guess. The office is super clean and well kept, very calming and comfortable. The front desk staff are very friendly and seem like they actually care to help you out. The girl that brought me back was super sweet and kept up the conversation. I thought I was seeing the Doctor, but ended up only being seen by the Nurse Practitioner.

She was kind and answered my questions clearly. I asked for two things and she made it happen. I had to set up a separate appointment for an ultrasound though, which I thought was strange haha. But they got me in the next day for that, so at least there's that! Was also surprised they don't have a laboratory in the building, considering how many doctors and offices there are in there haha. Overall, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. I am going back!

Had my first appointment here yesterday for my second pregnancy, and i was really impressed with this office. Every interaction from the moment i walked in the door until the time i left, was professional, friendly, and thorough. I never waited very long for anything, i felt listened to and valued, and my visit with the NP was great, she was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease and never rushed me. I am very happy that i will be receiving my obstetrical care here for the remainder of my pregnancy.

I had so many frustrations with this office. Mostly their billing practices and lack of personal care. I overall felt like a number and not a patient. Pros: they make their appointments quick and easy. no long waits. i felt like my time was valued. staff is nice (for the most part.) Cons: wow, so much. My biggest issue was their billing practices. Dr Hage did not delivery my baby, the on-call doctor did.

The doctor that delivered kept trying to bill my insurance for payment, but could not because Dr. Hage charged out that he delivered the baby. He did not. Finally, the on call doctor (who was AMAZING, btw) asked for my help to clear up the error. I spent 1:45 with my insurance and Dr. Hage's office trying to get it cleared up. Because the other doctor was not getting paid, they sent me a bill for $1200 for the delivery. Needless to say, I was very unhappy and annoyed.

Just recently, I got ANOTHER bill from Dr Hage's office when i haven't been there in almost a year. I paid in full for prenatal care when we first started our care there. I was annoyed to get a bill over 1.5 years later. I called my insurance who then called his office to clarify what these new charges were for. They were submitting my office OB visits to the insurance for reimbursement (a year later), but saying there was an outstanding balance that my insurance was not covering that I owed.

Because I had my insurance call them to clarify the charges, they found out that what they originally charged me for was way more than what I should have paid! My out of pocket portion was less than half of what I paid. They actually need to reimburse me because I overpaid, not send me a bill to collect more money. The bill was (supposedly) sent in error, but had I not checked and just paid it, I would have never realized how sloppy their billing practices were.

I wonder if they would have "realized" their error had I not investigated and complained through my insurance. Another separate downside, while they are quick and efficient with their appointments, I felt like no one knew me personally. the care was very generic and they couldn't take the time to get to know their patients because there were so many of us.

I mostly saw the NP, as most of my Dr appointments were rescheduled with her because he was likely at the hospital. This was my first child and I do not feel like I had a helpful experience with this office. I felt like i learned more from the internet and my birth and beyond classes. I would never recommend anyone to use this office for prenatal care and hope they find someone that really values their patients and not just their finances.
