My 5 year old daughter had an appointment at 1pm today. Was asked if i wanted to do it through zoom. 2:30 i called them. Told me i would get a phone call before 5. No phone or text. Great customer service. Not

Dr Plosky was wonderful! He explained exactly what he was going to do and what I could expect. I feel he exceeded my expectations. After choking on food for almost five years, it's exciting to be able to eat normally again!

Excellent care. Very efficient I had very good luck with Sophia Fernandes. ENT is lucky to have her. I never had any problems with wait or feeling rushed. They were right on time. The staff all super friendly. I even was able to talk to a nice lady, Beatrice at check out. She was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. All of them were. This is my ENT office for life.

They even have an allergy Dept next door that I didn't know about. I will be going there too. We did a audiology test. The Dr saw me twice in same day. (Which is rare at any Dr office. They usually have you make another appt) basically saying they're system works and they really care about patients time and health.

People are here for allergies. But for some strange reason the employees at this fine medical establishment brought in their dog and everyone just loves to pet it. I have no problem with dogs but pets should not be allowed in a medical building unless they are trained for that. Why not just let cats roam the hallways? If that doesn't bother you maybe the 2 hour waits will. Im all set.

Dr Reilly was really great with checking up on my issues with my ears. All went very well. Before I saw the Doctor, the receptionist was very nice, walked me through paperwork to fill out. Was bit of a wait, but nothing too bad.

This practice is painful to deal with on every level! To call the office an get someone is about a 25 minute wait, at your appointment you will wait in waiting room about an hour, then you will wait again in exam room for provider to come in roughly another 25-30 minutes. When the provider comes in they are rushing to get out. They have no respect for patients time. only doctors time matters at this office. Not returning to this office again.

AWFUL! I went to my scheduled appointment due to blockage in my right ear and waited nearly 2 hours to be seen. First I had a ear test which the lady said I'm losing my hearing and need additional tests. I finally see the ear specialist Dr. Plosky, who says everything is fine. I brought up the hearing test and he said he sees nothing (after seeing me for no more than five minutes!) I'll be going to get a second opinion. Awful work, I would not go.

Every call is 15-20+ minute wait (I'm writing this while I've been on hold for 25+ minutes). I had an allergic reaction to medication they gave me and I called multiple times, and left multiple messages, and no one called me back. At a later appointment, when I asked the provider if she'd gotten my message, she said she never got it. They gave me incomplete medical records when I requested them, and I've spent the better part of the week trying to get the records.

I recently suffered an instance of Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss. I immediately contacted Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeons of Western New England, since this is a serious condition. I must admit that I would have hesitated to contact them if I had seen all of the negative reviews beforehand. My guess is that people have grown impatient and do not understand staff shortages and the other circumstances that accompany the current pandemic.

Many people also seem to think that the entire world revolves around them and have unrealistic demands. My own experience with Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeons of Western New England has been 100% positive, including the doctors (in both the Springfield and Northampton offices) and every staff member with whom I have had contact, both in person and over the phone.

When I first called the office, I had an appointment scheduled for noon that same day. Every telephone representative was extremely courteous and returned my calls promptly in every instance. Yes, you will probably need to leave a message, but that is the case with nearly every medical office these days. During my three office visits, my appointments were on schedule and the staff members and doctors were extremely courteous, thorough, and attentive.

Most importantly, under the doctors' treatment, I fully recovered from my condition (which consisted of the full loss of hearing in one ear.) If you are reading this review, I would encourage you to consider my experience over people who may have unjustified complaints. I consider myself to be somewhat demanding and probably not the easiest patient. That said, let me reiterate that I have been 100% satisfied with every aspect of my experience with Ear, Nose & Throat Surgeons of Western New England.
