The care at this facility is great. The billing department is absolutely awful. If you have more than 1 insurance or change insurance they will not help. They refuse to refile insurance claims to the correct insurance company. They refuse to be held accountable for their mistakes. Their business department is costing them clients

Hospitals can be a very anxiety ridden experience. Sue, the woman at the front desk, made us feel welcomed with the utmost kindness! Our Nana Joy has not been doing so well but, Sue's warm greeting and kindness eased all our worries each day we came to visit. Working Holidays are truly a difficult time, hats off to Sue and all the lovely members of this hospital you are all angels! Sue has represented this hospital in such a lovely manner please continue to take the greatest care of her just like you do your patients

I have had three out of my four babies at Ridgeview Medical Center and each and every experience was a dream. From the doctors to the nursing team, everyone was upbeat, friendly, and very informative. They listened to my questions and answered all of them with passion and precision. Highly recommend!

3 stars for the excellent service. I went for an ultrasound to the hospital, the appointment went fine, but everything before that like getting the order in adn later getting it sent to my out of network MD etc etc was a total nightmare.

Would've given 0 stars if it was an option. Today my gf went into labor. As I was on my way to the hospital I was informed that I wouldn't be allowed in to experience the birth of my son because It hadn't been 21 days since I had covid. It had been over 2 weeks since I had covid. I had a negative test 0 symptoms and only wanted to be there for my gf and our son.

I called patient relations, human resources and anyone I could to make an exception for me and my family. I was told I would receive a call back to tell me about their decision, but never received a single call. CDC guidelines states that this kind of action is ridiculous and uncalled for. This is my first child and I'm missing this once in a lifetime moment for no good reason.

Their website says nothing about this policy - seems more like something they made up on the spot. Its unforgivable and I'm extremely disappointed. We won't ever be using this hospital again. This situation is literally breaking my heart. It's truly ludicrous and not supported by any recommendations or data of any kind.

I had a minor surgery recently at Ridgeview and it went really well. I was so impressed by the surgical prep team, Anesthesiologists, etc. They were very friendly and personable. The phlebotomist was exceptional. She did an incredible job on my hand IV! This is hard to do and can be very painful.

My mom is in the hospital and I think the nurses and doctors are doing an amazing job with her but the reason I have to give it one star is how the they have the stupid policy on no one under 18 in the hospital. I have checked other hospitals and they don't have that policy. My mom lives with me so we are from the same house hold. My mom is not doing good and she wants to hold her but this hospital refuses. And I was also told that she still wasn't allowed if she does pass away. Which I think it is so wrong!

I've had stellar treatment every single time I've been hospitalized at this facility. I've had 3 lithotripsy procedures related to kidney stones. Thankful for the nurses and all of the staff. My daughter gave birth in 2019 and had great experience with the MD and the nurses there as well. The baby was placed for adoption. The RN that cared for her was incredibly compassionate and truly made the experience feel "warm".

I had an emergency appendectomy at Ridgeview Waconia Campus. It was a great experience. The staff were kind and patient with me. From my first appointment with my doctor to find out why my stomach hurt at 3:20pm until I was home and recovering at 11:30 the same evening, it was as effortless as I could imagine a surgery to be. Very little pain and I was even able to go back to work the next day. I only wish I had remembered to ask them to save the appendix :.

I was very scared to go to the ER. Fortunately, it was an amazing experience - if one can say so about a visit in the ER;) The receptionist - Barb, was very friendly and comforting. Every nurse and the doctor himself were absolutely amazing. Very kind, very understating, very gentle. And pretty funny too! The Nurse practitioner - Lindsey, and Doctor Frederick went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.

They even let me swear, when I needed to, to survive the pain;). I hope I will never see them again under similar circumstances, but if I ever have to visit the ER in the future, I would be crossing my fingers to have the privilege to be under their care.
