We believe our first responsibility is to our patients, their needs and overall well being. Rivertown Pediatrics specializes in pediatric care of infants, children and adolescent medicine. Our goal is to offer an uncompromising level of medical care to meet the preventive, acute and chronic medical and emotional needs of children and to ensure that area children enjoy longer, healthier and more productive lives.
Please make calls regarding your child's health during normal business hours. The nurse will return your call and determine if the child needs to be seen in the office and offer clinical advice as needed. Calls made after office hours will be answered by our answering service and forwarded to the nurse or physician on call.
Rivertown Pediatrics is proud to be part of a national program entitled Reach Out and Read through which we are able to give a new book to every child who comes to our office for a well child check-up from the ages of 6 months to 5 years. The goal of this program is to promote a love of books and reading in the coming generation.
Rivertown Pediatrics provides a convenient and secure way to communicate with our patients thru our patient portal. All patients should register for the portal to obtain access to your child's medical records. Here you can request prescription refills and send messages to our staff. Your provider can send you test results, summaries of your visits and information about your referrals to specialists.

Continuously have rude staff that lacks the ability to effectively communicate. Their team of doctors do a really good job. It's a shame that their receptionists are always exceptionally rude to guests and do not take any initiative in taking care of guests. They don't seem to understand that patients and their parents pay their bills. All 3 of my children will never be back here.

I am so thankful l was told about this place. I loved it here and so do the kids. Tha staff was extremely professional with the best attitude for helping people. The doctor was so concern and was very attentive when examining the kids. She took her time everything was awesome in the service we received. Thank you 5 stars

These doctors, nurses, and every employee, excluding one PA (Lauren Hamsley). Has created by far the most enjoyable experience for me and my family in our times of need. My kids are accident prone and have been getting sick a lot often. Had a weird case of strep throat and Scarlett fever, when no one else could figure it out. Kristen did. She was so amazing.
I was there today for a sliced toe on my child and they went above and beyond the receptionist offered to wheel chair him out to my truck for me so I did not have to carry him. I called needing medical records, thought it would take a day, they had it ready in ten minutes. They worked to make sure my daughter got tubes in her ears. I called them after hours last night, it had to be two in the morning.
I felt so bad calling so late. I spoke with Elizabeth Holve. Despite how late it was, she was completely engaged in the call, caring, if she was tired or sleeping, I would have never known. She seemed so eager to help. I know if someone called me that late talking my ear off I wouldnt have been nearly as charismatic and eager to listen to a blabbering mom.
I honestly could go on for four pages worth of compliments that I would happily give them. I believe that me and my children have HAD to be an aggravation to them, yet again, they definitely don't show it. They are just always happy to help, and you can tell that they aren't just happy to help because it's their job but because they genuinely care.
I don't normally take the time to leave such an extensive review, but they have done so much for me and my family. A review is the least I can do for such amazing people. Thank you Rivertown, for being the best thing I have ever experienced in pediatric care.
