I was informed there was over 25 people ahead of me in the ER waiting room. I asked how long the nurse thought it would be before I was brought back from the waiting room into a room to see a Dr. She explained it wouldn't be less than 4 hours before I was even called in the waiting room to be seen. I thanked her then told her I was going to head to an urgent care facility instead.

I have been a patient in the ER here before and they seen to always treat people in the halls of the ER due to being overloaded with people. I have seen th3m Narcan man in front of my room. I understand it's an emergency room and some cases arenl8fe or death and can't be ignored, but something has to change with the lack of privacy and hippa rights. Nurses have been more than accommodating after admission, but I wait hours and hours to get some actual medical service from a DR. If you can, I would try another facility or even an urgent care if you qualify.

Honestly, this is by far the worst healthcare facility I've ever been to. Not only is it unclean (I've been back and forth here for a week visiting a family member and the same blood splatters are on the main corridor floor so shows you how much and how often it is clean - not very) but there is a serious miscommunication among staff, with different messages being given to the patient and to the family.

A recent discharge process took literally 8 hours and it was all because of a paperwork mishap. Unreal in 2022. There is also currently one working entrance and exit and the garage looks and feels like it's about to collapse. Do you remember Building 19? Well St V's is the Building 19 of hospitals. Save yourself time and stress - go somewhere else.

The place is beautiful, ample parking, and easy enough to maneuver around. Immediate staff are very friendly, however my experience / procedure was very painful, in numerous ways. I made it clear it was a first for me, and was told it would be "fair" and "tolerable". I was under the impression I was getting a biopsy, one. It ended up being 3 biopsies and they told me after it was done.

There's more to it, but all I will say is my experience was in the woman's wellness center, and it was traumatic. One my way out, more friendly representatives, I got offered water and a parking voucher. At no point was pricing discussed (aside from a standard co-pay), and calling to get an itemized bill was atrocious. Everyone was so rude and the only reason I know about the bill was due to an automated email that my credit card was charged.

Since leaving a review I've been contacted several times, but after speaking to a Joanna explaining my frustration and telling her I feel like I have to stop letting St. V's treat me, she said "that's fine". It's almost like she made the decision for me. No explanation of my bill or procedure will change it, which is a shame because I LOVED my primary physician, Dr. Vargas at St. V's in Auburn/Charlton.

Went in to ER at 9 am for pain that felt like arm being ripped from socket. Got seen by a nurse at 10 am. Waited till 2 PM to ask how long it'd be till arm by doctor, all the while pain continued to get worse. Nurse told me that everyone was waiting as long as me, full well knowing that I was one of first for the day. No communication, no doctors, no respect from staff. Nurses go on strick demanding respect, but then in turn test patience like garbage. Had I not need treatment badly, I would have left. Also highly recommend people go to a different hospital. They don't care at this one

I had a bad experience with from day one. Here I am day three regretting the fact that I chose st. Vincent's. Next time I will read reviews before going somewhere. I'm a veteran and my room mate is a rude druggy off the street who kept me up all night. I had to play supervisor while I'm a patient. Never again. It's not a clean hospital. Trust me not a good place.

Your just a number here. The nurses have so many patients they forget what ailments you have. One even tried to give me meds that were for another patient. DONT COME HERE.TOMORROW IS NOT KNOWN! Please listen to my reviews

Everyone knows the ER always has a wait. But dropping boyfriend off at 6pm for chest pains being taken back around 10pm then finally having blood taken, ekg and x-ray done at midnight to being left in a room until 3am without any sign of a nurse or dr! When he walked out at 4am you had the nerve to call an hour later just noticing he left and ask where he went but not give him any answers over the phone. We will never be returning here, help has gone completely down the drain.

I can't believe the lack of care at this dump. Went there with chest pain. They never asked any questions about my previous health conditions. The ran some tests and put me back in the waiting room. I kept telling them I felt bad but they did not rush to get me back to a room. I left and had someone take me to another town to a different hospital. I would not take a stray dog to this place for medical treatment!

My husband has been waiting almost 3 weeks for a ct-scan. Our dr. has called several times. They said they were waiting for ins. approval. They got this approval over a week ago and said they would be calling, but still no call. In the meantime my husband has been sick this whole time. I'm hoping there is nothing seriously wrong but I guess they don't care.

I had surgery February 15th to have fluid removed from my lung. I needed a ride in and out because they were supposed to twilight sedate me. They never twilight sedated me and i suffered excruciating pain and was screaming. I was asked if i was in pain, I screamed yes, and they continued with the process. It was over twenty minutes to a half hour screaming in pain.

My mask was soaked with tears and nasal discharge to the point that i needed a new mask. I was discharged from the surgery room and never sent to recovery room. Why did I need a ride to and from the hospital when I was never twilight sedated? You are always supposed to go to recovery from the surgery room. This is a horrible experience and needs to be dealt with! It was a traumatic experience and the pain was unbearable.

We had a fantastic experience at Saint Vincent's Hospital a few weeks ago for the birth of our child. From the moment we were admitted right up until we took our little one home, we felt so well cared for. The nurses and staff in both the Labor and Delivery and Maternity units were exceptional. They were kind, attentive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable.

As first time parents we had a plethora of questions, and no question went unanswered. They were extremely patient and took the extra time to explain things in great detail and to share their own valuable insights and experiences as parents. We had interactions with so many different people during our multi-day stay, and the whole time the staff was well organized and cohesive.

Nothing slipped through the cracks! They made what could have been a very nerve wracking experience so much easier. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful facility to anyone. You are in good hands at St. V's!
