This woman Denise that answers the phone is COMPLETELY incompetent and VERY rude. I cancelled the appointment I had made because of HER. Didn't even get to see a DR. and I really need to my pain is unbearable! She has made it much worse as stress flares up Fibromyalgia. I have been sick since that conversation! When I spoke to her she offered a time that I couldn't make and she actually asked me why I had an appointment that was all day!
That is none of her business but I did tell her it was one of those appointments that the company tells you they will be at my house between 9am and 5pm. Needless to say, I found a much better place to go that is caring.

The doctors and staff here are great, friendly, and professional. Dr mike kneeland and the receptionist staff are on their A game, explain everything coherantly, and truely look out and care about their patients treatment and care. Been going here only a month but it feels like i know them personally. Great place would reccommend them to anyone.

This was hands down the most rushed and uncomfortable experience. The receptionist was very rude towards me and talked to me like I was a child who didn't understand a thing . She then took me into a separate room where she could ask me about my medical history, and was super unprofessional, sarcastic and just RUDE the entire time. Needless to say I wasn't feeling comfortable before meeting with the doctor.
When it came to the actual adjustment all this doctor did was crack my back & hips and charged me $76 and then sent me out the door. ridiculous & unhelpful easing any pain in my neck & shoulders. Ugh

Do not go here! They did all these unnecessary procedures and said if insurance didn't cover they wouldn't charge me. They also charged my insurance 3x more for an ice pack than it said on the box. When the bills were denied they charged me. They're all about making as much money from each patient and not what's best for them.

Couldnt find the place as when I clicked this address it brought me back to Stiles Road in Salem- called for clarification, phone was answered by Peggy and she was quite rude and unclear and made me physically upset so I cried on my way trying to find this place. Was directed to three different locations before giving up and resorting to missing my appointment. very bad first experience.

Dr. Mitch and all the staff here are amazing! I've been coming here since I was 8 years old. I am now 33 and they have always taken care of me. Now that I moved far they even squeeze me in whenever I'm in town because I would never trust anyone else with my back and hips. Great people who genuinely care about their patients.

DO NOT go here.this place scams, we paid cash for our visits and our insurance stated one price and they made a false claim after for more. They never give receipts for proof of payments with cash. They say its $30 and you pay then charge you $40 and state you never paid. Then they send a false bill and send it to collections. BEWARE! Scammers here!
